Claims (7)
- Élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17') avecau moins un conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22) et un élément élastique (7 ; 7'), qui entoure l'au moins un conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22), dans lequel l'extension axiale de l'au moins un conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22) est modifiable, dans lequel l'au moins un conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22) est métallique, dans lequel l'élément élastique (7 ; 7') est constitué d'un matériau électriquement isolant et est fixé à chaque conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22), dans lequel l'élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17') est conçu de façon à pouvoir être disposé de manière coaxiale dans un élément de contact à conducteur externe (1), dans lequel, du fait de l'élasticité de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7') et de la fixation de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7') à l'au moins un conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22), dans un état comprimé de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7'), une force élastique de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7') peut être transmise à l'au moins un conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22), dans lequel le matériau électriquement isolant de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7') est un élastomère, dans lequel l'au moins un conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22) comprend respectivement une première partie de conducteur interne (21; 21 1, 22 1) massive, pouvant être mise en contact avec un premier composant (3) et une deuxième partie de conducteur interne (22 ; 21 2, 22 2) massive, pouvant être mise en contact avec un deuxième composant (4), dans lequel, respectivement, la deuxième partie de conducteur interne (22; 21 2, 22 2) est en contacte électrique avec le premier conducteur interne (21 ; 21 1, 22 1) et est mobile par rapport à la première partie de conducteur interne (21 ; 21 1, 22 1), dans lequel l'élément élastique (7 ; 7') est fixé au moins à chaque deuxième partie de conducteur interne (22; 21 2, 22 2),caractérisé en ce queen une zone centrale (10) entre deux zones d'extrémité (111, 112), qui sont voisines chacune d'une extrémité axiale de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7'), la rigidité de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7') est réduite par rapport à la rigidité dans les zones d'extrémité (111, 112).
- Élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17') selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
un diamètre extérieur dans la zone centrale (10) est réduite par rapport à un diamètre extérieur dans les zones d'extrémité (111, 112). - Élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17') selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la zone centrale (10) présente, dans son extension longitudinale axiale, plusieurs fentes (12) qui s'étendent chacune d'une surface extérieure vers une surface intérieure de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7'). - Élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17') selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
sur une surface intérieure et/ou extérieure dans la zone centrale (10) de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7'), est prévu respectivement un évidement (13). - Élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17') selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
afin d'obtenir une impédance adaptée sur l'extension longitudinale axiale de l'élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17'), un diamètre extérieur d'un conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22) est agrandi respectivement dans une zone du conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22) respectif voisine de la zone centrale (10) de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7'). - Élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17') selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la fixation de l'élément élastique (7 ; 7') à chaque conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22) a lieu à l'aide d'au moins une griffe (8) prévu respectivement sur chaque conducteur (2 ; 21, 22), qui est respectivement accrochée dans un évidement (9) correspondant sur l'élément élastique (7 ; 7'). - Sous-ensemble avec un premier composant (3), un deuxième composant (4), un élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17') selon l'une des revendications précédentes et au moins un élément de contact à conducteur externe (1), qui est disposé respectivement de manière adjacente à l'élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17'), dans lequel le premier composant (3) et le deuxième composant (4) sont reliés entre eux par l'intermédiaire de l'au moins un élément de contact à conducteur externe (1) et l'au moins un conducteur interne (2 ; 21, 22) de l'élément de contact à conducteur interne à ressort (17 ; 17') est relié ou peut être mis en contact respectivement avec le premier composant (3) et le deuxième composant (4).
