Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif (10) pour monter une poignée (100) sur une feuille d'une porte ou fenêtre, où ladite poignée (100) comprend un corps principal (101) définissant une poignée et une goupille (102) ayant une section transversale polygonale pouvant venir en prise avec un dispositif de déplacement (300) pour déplacer des éléments d'ouverture et de fermeture de ladite porte ou fenêtre, où ledit dispositif de déplacement (300) est logé dans un évidement (201) de ladite feuille et est contrôlé par ladite goupille (102), comprenant :
    - un corps de base (11) qui est pourvu d'éléments de liaison (12) pour la liaison rigide, complète et amovible dudit corps de base (11) au niveau d'une feuille d'une porte ou fenêtre,
    - une bague (13) qui est supportée par ledit corps de base (11) de manière rotative autour d'un axe de rotation (R) coïncidant avec l'axe longitudinal de ladite bague (13), où ladite bague (13) est traversée par un trou traversant (130) qui est coaxial audit axe de rotation (R) et qui, le long d'au moins un segment axial de celui-ci, a une section transversale polygonale correspondant considérablement à celle de ladite bague (102),
    - des premiers éléments de verrouillage axiaux (14) pour le verrouillage du coulissement relatif dudit corps de base (11) et de ladite bague (13) le long dudit axe de rotation (R), et
    - des moyens d'arrêt de claquement (15) pour arrêter de manière amovible ladite bague (13) dans au moins deux positions angulaires différentes et qui sont disposés entre ledit corps de base (11) et ladite bague (13),
    où ledit dispositif (10) peut être fixé à une paroi (202) de ladite feuille au niveau d'une fente (203), ladite fente (203) étant formée dans ladite paroi (202) au niveau dudit évidement, avec ledit axe de rotation (R) considérablement orthogonal à ladite paroi (202), et
    où ladite bague (13) peut être traversée par ladite goupille (102), dont les segments d'extrémité mutuellement axialement opposés - un premier segment d'extrémité axial (102a) et un second segment d'extrémité axial (102b), respectivement - font saillie depuis les faces opposées dudit dispositif (10) et respectivement s'engagent dans ledit dispositif de déplacement (300) et dans ledit corps principal (101) de ladite poignée, un segment axial intermédiaire (102c) de ladite goupille disposé entre lesdits segments d'extrémité de celle-ci se couplant avec un couplage prismatique avec ladite bague (13), caractérisé en ce que
    - lesdits éléments de liaison (12) comprennent au moins une paire de plaques de fixation (22) qui sont supportées par ledit corps de base (11) au moyen de vis respectives (23), où lesdites plaques de fixation (22) peuvent être insérées dans ladite fente (203) en dessous de ladite paroi (202) pour fixer ladite paroi entre elles et ledit corps de base (11), où chacune desdites plaques de fixation (22) est guidée dans un siège correspondant (25) formé dans ledit corps de base (11) et configuré de manière à empêcher la rotation de la plaque de fixation respective (22) ainsi que la vis correspondante (23).
  2. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des seconds éléments de verrouillage axiaux (16) pour verrouiller le coulissement axial relatif de ladite bague (13) et de ladite goupille (102).
  3. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits sièges (25) est défini par une languette (25a) ou par une paire de languettes (25a, 25b) qui font saillie depuis une première face (11a) dudit corps de base (11) dans une direction considérablement orthogonale à celui-ci, au niveau des côtés opposés respectifs de la plaque de fixation (22), empêchant la rotation de celle-ci dans un ou les deux sens de rotation de ladite vis respective (23) .
  4. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite bague (13) comprend successivement le long de son extension axiale :
    - un premier segment d'extrémité (13a) au niveau duquel lesdits premiers éléments de verrouillage axiaux (14) sont disposés,
    - un segment intermédiaire (13c), le long duquel le segment axial dudit trou traversant (130) qui a ladite section transversale polygonale correspondant considérablement à celle de ladite goupille (102) s'étend au moins en partie, et
    - un second segment d'extrémité (13b), au niveau duquel lesdits seconds éléments de verrouillage axiaux (16) sont disposés.
  5. Dispositif (10) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits seconds éléments de verrouillage axiaux (16) comprennent au moins une cheville (31) engagée dans un trou traversant fileté radial formé dans ladite bague (13) .
  6. Dispositif (10) selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit second segment d'extrémité (13b) de ladite bague fait saillie depuis la face dudit corps de base (11) opposée à celle pouvant être fixée sur ladite paroi (202).
  7. Dispositif (10) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers éléments de verrouillage axiaux (14) sont du type obstacle.
  8. Dispositif (10) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'arrêt de claquement (15) comprennent une pluralité d'encoches (33) qui sont formées sur la surface latérale extérieure de ladite bague (13) ou dans un collier (34) monté sur ladite bague (13) et qui sont distribuées le long d'une circonférence concentrique audit axe de rotation (R) et au moins une paire de saillies (35) qui coopèrent avec lesdites encoches (33) et qui sont logées dans ledit corps de base (11) de manière mobile entre une position d'engagement avec lesdites encoches (33) et une position de désengagement avec lesdites encoches (33) à la différence de moyens de poussée élastiques (36).
  9. Dispositif (10) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément de revêtement (20) dudit corps de base (11) qui peut être couplé de manière amovible sur ledit corps de base (11).
  10. Procédé pour monter une poignée à une feuille d'une porte ou fenêtre, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - fournir une feuille d'une porte ou fenêtre qui a un évidement (201) où un dispositif de déplacement (300) pour déplacer des éléments d'ouverture et de fermeture de ladite porte ou fenêtre est logé et une paroi (202) où, au niveau dudit évidement (201), une fente (203) est formée, où ledit dispositif de déplacement (300) comprend un élément rotatif (301) pour contrôler lesdits éléments d'ouverture et de fermeture,
    - fournir une poignée (100) comprenant un corps principal (101) qui définit une poignée et une goupille (102) ayant une section transversale polygonale qui a un premier segment d'extrémité axial (102a) et un second segment d'extrémité axial (102b) qui peut être respectivement engagé dans ledit élément rotatif (301) pour contrôler ledit dispositif de déplacement (300) et dans ledit corps principal (101) de ladite poignée,
    - fournir un dispositif (10) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    - disposer ledit dispositif (10) sur la surface extérieure de ladite paroi (202) au niveau de ladite fente (203) pour que ledit axe de rotation (R) soit considérablement orthogonal à ladite paroi (202) et coaxial à l'axe dudit élément rotatif (301),
    - fixer ledit dispositif (10) à ladite paroi au moyen desdits éléments de liaison (12),
    - insérer ladite goupille (102) dans le trou traversant (130) de ladite bague (13) pour que le premier segment d'extrémité axial (102a) de ladite goupille pénètre dans ledit évidement (201) et s'engage dans ledit élément rotatif (301) et ledit second segment d'extrémité axial (102b) de ladite goupille fait saillie depuis ledit dispositif (10) sur le côté opposé par rapport à ladite paroi (202), ladite goupille (102) réalisant un couplage prismatique avec ladite bague (13) avec un segment axial intermédiaire (102c) de celle-ci disposé entre ledit premier segment d'extrémité axial (102a) de celle-ci et ledit second segment d'extrémité axial (102b) de celle-ci,
    - monter ledit corps principal (101) de ladite poignée sur ledit second segment d'extrémité axial (102b) de ladite goupille pour qu'ils soient liés de manière rigide, complète et amovible.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, où ledit dispositif 0 (10) comprend des seconds éléments de verrouillage axiaux (16) pour verrouiller le coulissement axial relatif de ladite bague (13) et de ladite goupille (102) et où, avant ladite étape de montage dudit corps principal (101) de ladite poignée sur ledit second segment d'extrémité axial (102b) de ladite goupille, une étape est prévue consistant à ajuster la position axiale de ladite goupille (102) et le verrouillage de ladite goupille (102) dans ladite position axiale par rapport à ladite bague (13) au moyen desdits seconds éléments de verrouillage axiaux (16) dudit dispositif (10).
