Entsprechende Fortsätze der Führungsbahn 41 an der Halteplatte 4 können dabei in wie in dieser Ausführung geradlinig und senkrecht verlaufende Führungslöcher 33 eingreifen, wobei das Verriegelungselement 30 auch gleichzeitig von fingerförmigen Ausprägungen der Führungsbahn 41 hintergriffen werden kann. Das so geführte Verriegelungselement 30 ist in einem montierbaren Zustand der Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 über ein fest mit dem Fangelement 20 verbundenes, bolzenförmiges Stellelement 5 bewegungsgekoppelt mit dem Fangelement 20 verbunden. Die Halteplatte 4 verfügt dabei über eine entsprechend ausgeformte Durchführung mit einem in dieser Ausführung im Wesentlichen kreisbogenförmigen Verlauf, der auch als Anschlag für die Begrenzung der Schwenkbewegung des Fangelements 20 dienen kann. Im Verriegelungselement 30 ist zum Eingriff des mit dem Fangelement 20 mitverschwenkenden Stellelements 5 eine Ausnehmung 32 vorgesehen, die in dieser Ausführung die Form eines zur senkrechten Verstellrichtung des Verriegelungselements 30 rechtwinklig, also horizontal, verlaufenden Langlochs aufweist. Zur Kontaktierung des Querbolzens 95 des Möbelbeschlags 94 ist am Verriegelungselement 30 ein Abschnitt mit einer den Querbolzen 95 in einer verriegelten Stellung der Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 hintergreifenden Keilfläche 31 ausgebildet. Claims (15)
- A securing device (1) for releasably securing a front panel (93) to a drawer (90), in particular to a drawer side wall (92), comprising:- at least one furniture fitting (94) which can be pre-fitted to the front panel (93),- a catching device (2) associated with the drawer (90), wherein upon insertion of the furniture fitting (94) the catching device (2) automatically holds same and the catching device (2) has a moveable catching element (20), and- a locking device (3) which prevents unintentional release of the furniture fitting (94) from the securing device (1),wherein the locking device (3) has a moveable locking element (30) which is separate from the catching element (20) and which in a locked position bears against the pre-fittable furniture fitting (94) and wherein the catching element (20) and the separate locking element (30) are motionally coupled - preferably in any position -, wherein the securing device (1) has a feed track (42) for the furniture fitting (94), wherein the feed track (42) is of a substantially straight configuration and wherein the locking device (3) automatically holds the furniture fitting (94) against unintentional release at at least two different positions along the feed track (42), characterized in that the locking element (30) is guided moveably - preferably linearly - in a guide track (41).
- The securing device (1) as set forth in claim 1 wherein in a locked position the locking element (30) bears with a wedge surface (31) against the pre-fittable furniture fitting (94).
- The securing device (1) as set forth in claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the locking element (30) urges the front panel (93) with the pre-fittable furniture fitting (94) in a locked position in spring-loaded relationship towards the drawer (90).
- The securing device (1) as set forth in one of the claims 1 to 3 wherein the furniture fitting (94) which can be pre-fitted to the furniture panel (93) has a transverse pin (95) and the locking element (30) in a locked position bears against the transverse pin (95) of the furniture fitting (94).
- The securing device (1) as set forth in one of the claims 1 to 4 wherein the catching element (20) is mounted pivotably about an axis of rotation (A).
- The securing device (1) as set forth in one of the claims 1 to 5 wherein the guide track (41) for the locking element (30) extends transversely relative to the insertion direction (X) of the furniture fitting (94) which can be pre-fitted to the front panel (93) into the securing device (1).
- The securing device (1) as set forth in one of the claims 1 to 6 wherein the catching element (20) has a pivot lever (21) loaded by a force storage means (6), preferably with at least one spring (61), and a pulling-in lever (22) loaded by a force storage means (6), preferably with at least one spring (61), wherein the pivot lever (21) pivots the catching element (20) and the pulling-in lever (22) pulls the furniture fitting (94) in spring-loaded relationship towards the drawer (90) during the pulling-in process.
- The securing device (1) as set forth in one of the claims 1 to 7 wherein the coupling of the movement of the catching element (20) to the movement of the locking element (30) is effected by way of an adjusting element (5) fixed to the catching element (20) and wherein the adjusting element (5) engages into an opening (32) in the locking element (30), wherein preferably the opening (32) in the locking element (30) is in the form of a curved, straight or stepped slot.
- The securing device (1) as set forth in claim 8 wherein the locking element (30) can be subjected to a force by way of the adjusting element (5) from a force storage means (6) acting on the catching element (20), preferably with at least one spring (61).
- The securing device (1) as set forth in one of the claims 1 to 9 wherein the locking device (3) holds the furniture fitting (94) against unintentional release at least region-wise at any positions on the guide track (42).
- The securing device (1) as set forth in one of the claims 1 to 10 wherein the securing device (1) has an unlocking device (7) for the locking device (3), which permits intentional release of the furniture fitting (94) from the securing device (1), wherein the unlocking device (7) lifts the locking element (30) off the furniture fitting (94) and releases the furniture fitting (94) wherein preferably the unlocking device (7) has an ejector (71) which permits ejection of the unlocked furniture fitting (94), wherein the ejector (71) pivots with the catching element (20) and thereby ejects the furniture fitting (94) from the drawer (90).
- The securing device (1) as set forth in claim 11 wherein the unlocking device (7) has a tool receiving means (72) for a tool, that is accessible from the exterior and by way of which the unlocking device (7) and/or the ejector (71) can be actuated.
- The securing device (1) as set forth in one of the claims 1 to 12 wherein the securing device (1) has a height adjusting device (82) and/or a side adjusting device (83) for the front panel (93).
- A drawer (90) comprising a drawer frame (91), a front panel (93) and at least one securing device (1) for releasably securing the front panel (93) to the drawer (90) as set forth in one of the claims 1 to 13.
- An article of furniture (9) comprising at least one drawer (90) as set forth in claim 14.
