Claims (5)

  1. Capsule qui comprend une collerette en forme de cône et un disque de fermeture supérieur caractérisée en ce que la collerette en forme de cône est une monocouche d'aluminium d'une épaisseur comprise dans la plage de 60 micromètres à 150 micromètres et le disque est composé d'une monocouche d'aluminium de 40 micromètres à 100 micromètres et dans laquelle l'un des bords de la collerette comporte une languette d'aluminium adhérant transversalement à l'intérieur de la collerette.
  2. Capsule selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la collerette en forme de cône est une monocouche d'aluminium d'une épaisseur comprise entre 70 micromètres et 100 micromètres.
  3. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-2 caractérisée en ce que la languette d'aluminium présente une épaisseur dans une plage de 40 micromètres à 70 micromètres.
  4. Procédé d'obtention de la capsule définie dans les revendications 1-3 qui comprend les étapes consistant à :
    a) découper une feuille de monocouche d'aluminium de la taille appropriée pour former la collerette de la capsule ;
    b) fixer une languette d'aluminium dans une position transversale sur l'intérieur de la feuille de telle sorte qu'une extrémité est sur le bord de la feuille ;
    c) coller l'un des bords de la feuille découpée ;
    d) former la collerette de la capsule, recouvrir et coller les bords opposés ;
    e) fixer un disque d'aluminium dans la partie supérieure du corps formé à l'étape d).
  5. Bouteille qui comprend la capsule définie dans les revendications 1-3.
