De cette façon, on obtient une réversibilité quant à l'utilisation du mécanisme. En d'autres termes, le mécanisme fonctionne soit par l'intermédiaire de la motorisation du mécanisme, soit par un entraînement manuel qui, bien entendu, peut être effectué sans aucune incidence ou dégradation sur le fonctionnement ultérieur motorisé.
