Claims (17)

  1. A motorized swing-plug door including:
    - a leaf hanging on a mechanism providing the hanging and the driving, and guided by a guiding rail (8) integral with the shell, the mechanism including a hanger tube (2) arranged for supporting the weight of said leaf,
    - the leaf including an arm (1) having a sliding bushing cooperating with the hanger tube (2),
    characterized in that
    - one end of said tube (2) is jointed onto a first transversally mobile carriage (3), by a joint having at least one degree of freedom in rotation in a horizontal plane and one degree of freedom in axial translation,
    - the other end of said tube (2) being jointed onto a second transversally mobile carriage (3bis), by a joint having at least one degree of freedom in rotation in a horizontal plane.
  2. A swing-plug door according to claim 1, characterized in that said other end of the tube (2) has, in addition, one degree of freedom in longitudinal translation.
  3. A swing-plug door according to claim 1, characterized in that both carriages (3, 3bis) are mobile in parallel transversal directions with a fixed spacing.
  4. A swing-plug door according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that the driving mechanism (200) includes a rotating interlinking rod (9) positioned longitudinally and held by two fixed bearings (10) with respect to the shell, one of the ends driving the transversal displacement of the first carriage (3) and the other end locking the second carriage (3bis) during the transversal displacement of the first carriage (3) together with the longitudinal locking of the leaf or of the arm supporting the leaf.
  5. A swing-plug door according to claim 4, characterized in that the transversal displacement of the first carriage (3) is provided by a rod-crank system.
  6. A swing-plug door according to claim 5, characterized in that, in closed position, the line connecting the jointing axis of the rod (12) on the carriage (3) and the axis of the crankpin of the interlinking rod (9) is shifted from the axis of the interlinking rod (9) for locking the door, using a butting system.
  7. A swing-plug door according to claim 4, characterized in that the interlinking rod (9) has a crankpin provided with a roller (13) cooperating with a guiding path (14) integral with the second carriage (3bis), such guiding path (14) having a curved segment which prevents, together with the locking in longitudinal translation of the leaf or of the leaf hanger arm, the transversal displacement of the second carriage (3bis) during the phase of disengaging the second carriage (3), extended by a transversal segment enabling the transversal displacement of the carriage (3bis).
  8. A swing-plug door according to any one of the preceding claims 4 to 7, characterized in that said interlinking rod (9) is driven in rotation by the outlet of a motor-reducer (20).
  9. A swing-plug door according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the driving mechanism includes a screw and nut (17, 18) system driving the leaf through an arm provided with a fork (15) cooperating with the nut (18), the nut (18) being immobilized in rotation and free in transversal motion with respect to the fork.
  10. A swing-plug door according to any one of claims 4 to 9, characterized in that the driving mechanism includes a double driving outlet motor, one outlet driving the interlinking rod (9), the other one driving the screw and nut (17, 18).
  11. A swing-plug door according to claim 10, characterized in that the screw and nut (17, 18) driving is actuated by the increased torque on the interlinking rod (9) driving outlet.
  12. A swing-plug door according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the driving mechanism (20) further provides the vertical movement of a connecting bar by means of a linking assembly connected to the interlinking rod (9) controlling the leaf lower locking and guiding mechanism.
  13. A swing-plug door according to claim 12, characterized in that the lower guiding mechanism includes a transversally mobile carriage (55) having, at the outer end thereof, a roller cooperating with a guiding path provided on the leaf, said mobile carriage (55) being controlled by a rod-crank system actuated by said connecting bar.
  14. A swing-plug door according to claim 13, characterized in that said rod-crank system includes a rod having, at one end, a joint cooperating with the carriage, and at the other end, a joint cooperating with a crankpin pivoting with respect to a longitudinal axis integral with the shell, the crankpin further including a jointing with the connecting bar.
  15. A swing-plug door according to claim 14, characterized in that the straight line connecting the rod-carriage joint, on the one hand, and the rod-crankpin joint on the other hand is shifted with respect to said axis integral with the shell, in closed position, for locking the door with a butting system (59).
  16. A swing-plug door according to any one of claims 12 to 15, characterized in that the connecting bar (51) further engages the central lock.
  17. A swing-plug door according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front part of the leaf has a notch for the fitting into a protruding part connected to the shell.
