Claims (5)

  1. Füllvorrichtung (1) für eine Füllmaschine, dazu ausgelegt, Aufnahmen (3) mit einem schüttbaren Produkt zu füllen;
    wobei die Füllvorrichtung (1) Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen röhrenförmigen Körper (11) mit einer Längsachse (B), der einen zentralen Strömungskanal (12) definiert, der dazu ausgelegt ist, das schüttbare Produkt einer entsprechenden Aufnahme (3) zuzuführen, die zu füllen ist;
    - einen Verschluss (13), der in dem Kanal (12) zwischen einer unteren Position, in welcher der Verschluss (13) den Kanal (12) dichtend verschließt, und einer oberen Position, in welcher der Verschluss (13) mit dem Kanal (12) einen ringförmigen Durchgang für das schüttbare Produkt begrenzt, bewegbar ist; und
    - mindestens einen Gasrücklaufkreis (35), der dazu ausgelegt ist, das in der entsprechenden Aufnahme (3) vorhandene Gas während des Füllens derselben abzugeben, und der mindestens einen quer verlaufenden Gastransportabschnitt (41) umfasst, der sich in Bezug auf die Achse (B) quer erstreckt und den Kanal (12), der dazu ausgelegt ist, dass schüttbare Produkt zuzuführen, quert;
    und eine Vorrichtung (44), die von dem Verschluss (13) getragen wird, sich dem Gastransportabschnitt (41) des Rücklaufkreises (35) in Bezug auf die Bewegung des schüttbaren Produkts in Richtung der entsprechenden Aufnahme (3) vorgelagert befindet, und dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Bewegung an das schüttbare Produkt selbst weiterzugeben;
    wobei der Gastransportabschnitt (41) des Rücklaufkreises (35) mindestens teilweise von einer Außenfläche (47) umgeben ist, die in dem Bereich, der sich in Bezug auf die Achse (B) quer erstreckt und den Kanal (12), der das schüttbare Produkt zuführt, kreuzt, eine abgeschrägte Konfiguration aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Vorrichtung (44) eine Verwirbelungsvorrichtung ist, die dazu ausgelegt ist, an das schüttbare Produkt eine Verwirbelungsbewegung weiterzugeben, und dadurch, dass die Außenfläche (47) eine obere abgeschrägte Kante (48) und eine untere abgeschrägte Kante (49) umfasst, einander diametral entgegengesetzt, um die Verwirbelungsbewegung des schüttbaren Produkts zu führen.
  2. Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Gastransportabschnitt (41) von einem geformten Körper gestützt ist, der mindestens teilweise die Außenfläche (47) definiert.
  3. Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verwirbelungsvorrichtung (44) einstückig mit dem Verschluss (13) ausgebildet ist, angeordnet an einer axialen Endposition (28) des Verschlusses (13), und versehen mit einer Vielzahl von Flügeln (45), die in Bezug auf die Achse (B) abgeschrägt sind.
  4. Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Rücklaufkreis (35) ferner einen Gasaufnahmeabschnitt (40) umfasst, der sich in dem Kanal (12) koaxial erstreckt und an einem Ende mit der entsprechenden Aufnahme (3), die zu füllen ist, und an einer anderen Sektion mit dem Gastransportabschnitt (41) in Verbindung steht.
  5. Füllvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend ein erstes magnetisches Mittel (31), getragen von dem Verschluss (13), und ein zweites magnetisches Mittel (32), angeordnet vollständig außerhalb des röhrenförmigen Körpers (11), magnetisch gekoppelt mit dem ersten magnetischen Mittel (31), und wahlweise aktiviert, um die Bewegung des Verschlusses (13) entlang der Achse (B) zwischen der unteren Position und der oberen Position zu steuern.
