Claims (11)

  1. Strömungsablenker (1) zur Verwendung in einer Füllvorrichtung (10) zum Befüllen eines Behälters, umfassend:
    einen Verwirbelungskörper (2), der einen ersten Durchlauf (3), aufweisend eine spiralförmige Ausdehnung, für ein Füllfluid definiert, wobei der erste Durchlauf (3) aus Spiralen (4) besteht, die dem Füllfluid eine Wirbelbewegung verleihen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Verwirbelungskörper (2) ein zweiter Durchlauf (5) für ein auszustoßendes Gas ausgebildet ist, wobei der zweite Durchlauf (5) koaxial zum ersten Durchlauf (3) angeordnet ist und eine zumindest teilweise spiralförmige Ausdehnung aufweist.
  2. Strömungsablenker (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Durchlauf (5) eine Sektion (5a) mit einer spiralförmigen Ausdehnung umfasst, die durch Außenwände der Spiralen (4) definiert ist.
  3. Strömungsablenker (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Sektion (5a) mit einer spiralförmigen Ausdehnung des zweiten Durchlaufs (5) und der erste Durchlauf (3) einander ergänzend ausgeformt sind.
  4. Strömungsablenker (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei der zweite Durchlauf (5) eine weitere zylindrische Sektion (5b) aufweist, die sich an einem der Enden verbreitert.
  5. Strömungsablenker (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Spiralen (4) durch ein vorgegebenes Abstandsmaß gleich beabstandet sind.
  6. Strömungsablenker (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Abstand zwischen den Spiralen (4) variabel ist.
  7. Strömungsablenker (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verwirbelungskörper (2) aus rostfreiem Stahl oder Titan oder einem Polymermaterial besteht.
  8. Füllvorrichtung (10) zum Befüllen eines Behälters, umfassend:
    - einen Ventilkörper (11);
    - einen Durchlaufkanal (12) für das Füllfluid, ausgebildet im Ventilkörper (11);
    eine Ausgabedüse (13) zum Ausgeben des Füllfluids;
    - einen Schließer (14), der verschiebbar in den Durchlaufkanal (12) eingefügt ist, um dessen selektive Kommunikation mit der Ausgabedüse (13) herzustellen;
    - einen Strömungsablenker (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Strömungsablenker (1) an der Ausgabedüse (13) angeordnet ist.
  9. Füllvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Strömungsablenker (1) entfernbar in den Ventilkörper (11) eingesetzt ist.
  10. Füllvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Strömungsablenker (1) in einer unteren Zone des Ventilkörpers (11) untergebracht ist.
  11. Füllvorrichtung zum Befüllen von Behältern, umfassend eine Vielzahl von Füllvorrichtungen (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10.
