- Patents US 5 267 591 , US 6 105 634 and JP 10 101 025 describe three different liquid filler devices in which a sleeve is placed around a sector of the nozzle and a flow of air directed into the gap between the sleeve and the nozzle to prevent the formation of condensation on the peripheral outer surface of the nozzle.
- US Patent 5 775 387 discloses a dispensing device for filling containers with liquids, of which the nozzle comprises a moving internal valve poppet having a flared end portion, which is designed to facilitate the expulsion of air from the container while filling with liquids and avoid the liquid product mixing with the air, and incorporates an isolation gap such as will prevent the formation of condensation on the outside of the nozzle.
- Japanese patent 577 891 discloses a device for dispensing liquids into bottles, equipped with a valve poppet and a system designed to prevent any dripping of liquids when the device is closed: to this end, the poppet affords a central duct through which, at the moment of closing the nozzle, any droplets of liquid are held back by suction. In this instance, both the condensate and the residual liquid product are aspirated.
- US Patent 4 964 444 relates to a device for use in filling containers that comprises a plurality of filler valves, wherein the nozzle of each valve is furnished with a modular external mechanism such as will clean the nozzle periodically by circulating a cleansing fluid, in order to guarantee the aseptic conditions needed for filling operations.
- a fundamental drawback common to all dispensing devices of the type described above is that the solutions adopted in order to prevent condensation from forming and possibly dripping into the container during the filling step are typified by arrangements tending to overcomplicate the structure of the dispensing device, whether by heating the walls of the filler nozzle or by aspirating the droplets of liquid that collect on the nozzle, or by cleaning the nozzle periodically.

Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Dosieren flüssiger Produkte in Füllmaschinen, beinhaltend eine Düse (5) mit einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Achse (A), einer unteren Ausgabeöffnung (7) und einen Ventilschieber (14), der im Innern der Düse (5) beweglich ist, um die Ausgabeöffnung (7) zu öffnen und zu schließen, wobei das flüssige Produkt von der Ausgabeöffnung in entsprechende Behälter (3) geleitet wird, deren Einfüllöffnung (3a) jeweils in einem Füllbereich (8) unterhalb der Ausgabeöffnung angeordnet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) ferner Umlenkmittel (19) beinhaltet, die fest mit der Düse (5) verbunden sind, nahe der Ausgabeöffnung (7) angeordnet sind und zumindest eine röhrenförmige Wand (17) beinhalten, die im Wesentlichen koaxial zu der Düse (5) ist und ein aufgeweitetes Profil aufweist, das sich vom Rand der Ausgabeöffnung (7) bis zu einer Wulst (18) erstreckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die röhrenförmige Wand (17) eine obere Oberfläche (22) und eine untere Oberfläche (23) aufweist, die beide nach unten abgewinkelt sind und zu dem Wulst (18) hin zusammenlaufen, der sich außerhalb des Füllbereichs (8) befindet, wobei der Wulst (18) als eine Ablaufrinne dient, von der Kondensat und/oder flüssige Partikel des Flüssigproduktes abtransportiert und außerhalb des Füllbereichs (8) abgelassen werden. - Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, worin die röhrenförmige Wand (17) eine Verkleidung (24) beinhaltet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, worin die röhrenförmige Wand (17) abnehmbar an der Düse (5) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, worin die untere Oberfläche (23) um eine Gradzahl abgewinkelt ist, die von der Art der zu dosierenden Flüssigkeit abhängig ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, worin der Rotationskörper einen auswechselbaren unteren Abschnitt der Düse (5) bildet, der entsprechend der Art der zu dosierenden Flüssigkeit ausgewählt wird.
