Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Lichtsignal zur Aufstellung im Bereich eines Verkehrsweges, insbesondere eines Eisenbahngleises, und zur Anzeige von Signalbegriffen.The present invention relates to a light signal for installation in the area of a traffic route, in particular a railway track, and for displaying signal terms.
Lichtsignale werden zur Steuerung von Verkehrsflüssen in vielfältigster Weise im Strassen-, Eisenbahn-, Flug- und Schiffsverkehr eingesetzt. Sogenannte Zwergsignale werden bei den Schweizerischen Bundesbahnen (SBB) und bei mehr als 30 Privatbahnen verwendet und dienen als Lichtsignal zur Sicherung von Fahrstrassen innerhalb von Bahnhofs- und Rangierbereichen. Zwergsignale erfüllen damit sowohl Funktionen für den Rangier- als auch den Zugfahrbetrieb. In der Regel werden Zwergsignale in der Schweiz immer links vom Gleis aufgestellt. Zwergsignale befinden sich direkt am Boden neben dem Gleis, nur in speziellen Einzelfällen werden sie zur besseren Sichtbarkeit erhöht angebracht. Ein Zwergsignal besitzt drei weisse Lampen bzw. drei Leuchten in L-förmiger Anordnung. In der Schweiz kann ein Zwergsignal drei verschiedene Signalbegriffe anzeigent:
- HALT,
- FAHRT MIT VORSICHT oder kurz VORSICHT, und
- FAHRT.
- STOP,
- RIDE WITH CAUTION or CAUTION for short, and
- JOURNEY.
Im Besonderen bei Gleichstrombahnen stellt aber die Aufstellung dieser Zwergsignale gewisse Anforderungen an den Bahnbetreiber. Es sind nämlich die Schutzerde des Niederspannungsnetzes zwischen dem Zwergsignal und dem Stellwerks, die Bauwerkserde des gesamten Bahntrassee und die Bahnerde der Gleichstromspeisung sauber galvanisch voneinander zu trennen. Aus diesem Grunde werden die Zwergsignale bei Gleichstrombahnen auf separaten vorgefertigten Betonsockeln montiert. Obwohl die galvanische Trennung mit diesen Betonsockeln sichergestellt ist, haben diese allerdings den Nachteil, dass sie vom Handling her aufwändig und daher entsprechend unbeliebt bei den Infrastrukturbetreibern sind.In particular in the case of direct current railways, the installation of these dwarf signals places certain demands on the Railway operator. Die Gebrauchsmusterschrift
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde ein Lichtsignal zur Aufstellung im Bereich eines Verkehrsweges, insbesondere eines Eisenbahngleises, und zur Anzeige von Signalbegriffen anzugeben, welches im Besonderen die Anforderung an die galvanische Trennung der verschiedenen Bezugserdungen erfüllt und sich zugleich auch durch eine einfache Montierbarkeit auszeichnet.The present invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a light signal for installation in the area of a traffic route, in particular a railway track, and for displaying signal terms, which in particular fulfills the requirement for the electrical isolation of the various reference earths and at the same time is also characterized by simple mounting .
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch ein Lichtsignal zur Aufstellung im Bereich eines Verkehrsweges und zur Anzeige von Signalbegriffen, umfassend:
- a) einen zweiteiligen Signalmast, umfassend einen Fussteil und einen höhenverstellbaren Teil, wobei der höhenverstellbare Teil in verschiedenen Montagehöhen mit dem Fussteil verbindbar ist;
- b) eine Isolierschicht, insbesondere eine Isolierplatte, zur galvanischen Trennung des Fussteils von dem höhenverstellbaren Teil,
- c) Isolierelemente, wie z.B. Unterlegscheiben und/oder Gewindebuchsen aus Kunststoff, zur galvanischen Trennung der Verbindung des Fussteils und des höhenverstellbaren Teils;
- d) ein den Signalmast zumindest teilweise umgebendes Hüllelement aus einem isolierenden Werkstoff; und
- e) einen an dem höhenverstellbaren Teil befestigten Signalkopf mit entsprechend zur Anzeige der Signalbegriffe vorgesehenen Signallampen.
