Definitions

  • the present application relates to the field of pots.
  • It relates for example to a jar of cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food product comprising a lid which incorporates an improved opening and closing mechanism in order to simplify access to the product.
  • a jar of cosmetic product has a base, generally made of glass or plastic, that is to say a container surmounted by a neck whose diameter is close to the dimensions in section of the base, to have a large opening.
  • the base is closed by a cover, generally screwed on the collar.
  • the cover is also generally equipped with a seal responsible for sealing the closure for good preservation of the product contained.
  • a drawback lies in the fact that the thread of the thread present on the neck requires having a neck clear of the rest of the base over a certain height and also a cover of a relatively large height; in other words the presence of the thread imposes dimensional constraints for the height of the neck and the thickness of the cover.
  • the pot For a non-circular pot whose base and lid have identical contours, the pot often has a stop which limits the angular travel of the lid relative to the base so as to always have a coincidence of shape between the base and the cover. The presence of the stop prevents screwing beyond, and therefore compensate for a loss of sealing in the event of the seal being crushed.
  • French application n ° 1551009 offers a pot with a simple lid of use to close or open the jar which allows to guarantee a reliable closing and which also leads to other advantages.
  • the documents FR3026725A1 and FR3022749A1 also relate to a cosmetic jar, which has a base and a lid for closing the base; the cover comprising a hooking plate and a cover which are mounted in rotation with respect to each other so that the cover is configured to assume a rest position and an open position in which the plate hooking and the cover are rotated relative to each other, relative to the rest position.
  • One of the objectives of the present application is to propose a pot whose lid is further improved, further leading to other advantages.
  • the slide is here a double opening and closing ramp. It draws a path forming a guide for moving the pilot pad.
  • the slide forms an oblong buttonhole.
  • it forms a double cam, that is to say both an interior profile cam and an exterior profile cam fitted into the interior profile cam, and for example having the same shapes or homothetic forms.
  • one edge of the slide is active for opening, the other for closing.
  • one of the edges acts on the control pad to spread the claw, that is to say allow a passage in the open position, while another of the edges acts on the control pad to bring the claw closer, i.e. return to the closed position.
  • the slide comprises for example a first end and a second end.
  • one of the first end or of the second end is farther from a center of rotation of the cover than the other of the first end or of the second end.
  • the slide has for example a bean shape.
  • Such a pot makes it possible to attach and seal the cover on the base with a reduced torque.
  • the friction is also lower than with a conventional hooking on nets.
  • such a pot makes it possible to carry out the same opening and closing movement as with a conventional pot whose lid is screwed onto the base, for example with a rotation in a counterclockwise direction to open the pot and in a direction. schedule to close it.
  • the cover takes, for example, the open position when the cover is rotated relative to the attachment plate relative to the closed position in a counterclockwise direction.
  • the cover for example takes the closed position when the cover is rotated relative to the attachment plate relative to the open position in a clockwise direction.
  • the attachment plate comprises a support, the at least one attachment element being mounted on the support and movable relative to it.
  • the hooking element comprises a plate, for example from which extends a hook formed by a back wall and by the claw which extends from the back wall.
  • the hooking element is pivotally mounted to the support of the hooking plate by the plate, that is to say by means of the plate.
  • the plate is positioned parallel to an upper surface of the support of the hooking plate and is configured to pivot around an axis parallel to the pivot axis around which the cover is configured to pivot relative to to the attachment plate.
  • the attachment element comprises the control pad and the cover comprises the slide.
  • the attachment element comprises the slide and the cover comprises the pilot pad.
  • the pot is characterized in that the cover comprises at least one locking strip, positioned between the cover and the attachment plate and fixed relative to the cover; the at least one locking strip is configured to assume a locking position in which it bears against a dorsal wall of the at least one hooking element, thus pressing the claw into the notch, when the cover is in the closed position, and to take an unlocking position, in which the at least one locking strip is angularly displaced relative to its locking position and distant from the back wall of the at least one hooking element, when the cover is in the open position.
  • a locking strip is a vertical rib.
  • a “vertical” direction here designates a direction parallel to a pivot axis around which the cover is configured to pivot relative to the attachment plate.
  • the locking strip is integrated in the cover, in particular in a wall surrounding the cover.
  • the pot is characterized in that the back wall of the at least one attachment element comprises a ramp, the ramp having a start of stroke, having a first thickness, and an end of stroke, having a second thickness, the start of the race being positioned angularly between the end of the race and the at least one locking strip in its unlocked position, and the first thickness being less than the second thickness.
  • Such a ramp makes it possible to facilitate the positioning of the locking strip against the dorsal wall of the corresponding hooking element without feeling of snagging, of resistance, during the movement of rotation from the open position to the closed position. of the cover from a user.
  • the back wall of a fastening element may also include a groove, parallel to the locking strip, configured to receive the locking strip when it is in the locking position, further stabilizing its position.
  • the pot is characterized in that the cover has at least one protuberance, having a top as well as a ramp and a stop flap on either side of the top according to a portion of the periphery of the cover, and in that the attachment plate comprises at least one elastic blade which comprises a bump, the bump having a top as well as a ramp and a stop flap on either side of the top; the top of the at least one protuberance being angularly at a distance from the top of the boss when the cover is in the open position and the abutment face of the protrusion being in abutment against the abutment face of the boss when the cover is in the closed position, the top of the protrusion passing beyond the top of the hump when the cover passes from the open position to the closed position, thus forming a hard spot area.
  • Such a hard point advantageously makes it possible to provide an indication to the user on the level of screwing or unscrewing of the cover on the base of the pot.
  • the hump In the open position, the hump is then positioned, angularly, between the claw of the hooking element and the protuberance, while in the closed position, the protrusion is positioned, angularly, between the claw of the element and the bump, being stuck against the bump.
  • the plate is kept in orientation relative to the base.
  • the indexing tongue extending over a portion of the periphery of the attachment plate means that the embedded end is angularly distant from the free end of the indexing tongue.
  • the rib of the indexing tongue which also extends in an angular direction, preferably extends over a length at least equal to the distance "d" separating the two accompanying ribs of the pair.
  • the neck has a rim, under which the notch is formed, and the recess is formed in the rim of the neck.
  • the step is for example a cut in the rim such that the rim then has a locally reduced thickness.
  • the neck comprises, for example again, at least two notches made diametrically opposite and the attachment plate comprises at least two indexing strips each comprising a lug cooperating with one of the notches in the closed position of the cover.
  • the pot is characterized in that the cover comprises a hooking member which comprises a central frame, the at least one hooking element, connected to the central frame, and at least one leaf spring ; the leaf spring is on the one hand connected to the central frame and on the other hand in abutment against the at least one hooking element, and is configured to push back the hooking element.
  • a hooking member which comprises a central frame, the at least one hooking element, connected to the central frame, and at least one leaf spring ; the leaf spring is on the one hand connected to the central frame and on the other hand in abutment against the at least one hooking element, and is configured to push back the hooking element.
  • the at least one leaf spring forms a return spring favoring the return to the second position of the hooking element in order to facilitate the opening of the pot.
  • such a fastening member makes it possible to simultaneously produce the at least one fastening element and the leaf spring, or at least all the fastening elements if there are at least two, possibly with at minus a leaf spring.
  • the production of the at least one attachment element, or even of the at least one corresponding leaf spring, is therefore facilitated.
  • their positioning on the attachment plate is then also facilitated.
  • the leaf spring is formed of a waiting blade, embedded in the central frame by one end and one free end of which bears against the hooking element, at least when the element is in first position.
  • the leaf spring can touch the latching element or even be at a distance therefrom.
  • the leaf spring when the fastening element is in second position, is then less stressed than when the fastening element is in first position, or even the leaf spring is then at rest, that is to say unconstrained.
  • the pot is characterized in that the claw of the at least one hooking element comprises an inclined face configured to cooperate with the neck of the base to compress a seal when the lid is in the closed position and the jar is closed.
  • the pot is characterized in that the base comprises a shoulder provided with at least one ramp and in that the attachment plate comprises at least one imprint of complementary shape configured to cooperate with the 'at least one ramp.
  • Such a ramp in cooperation with a complementary imprint in the attachment plate allows easy angular indexing of the attachment plate relative to the base, and therefore of the cover relative to the base.
  • This not only allows the lug of the at least one indexing tongue to position itself in a corresponding recess in the neck of the base for passage into the closed position of the cover, but also to guarantee, for example, a determined orientation of the lid relative to the base when the pot is closed.
  • the pot is round, it is then easy to make the decorations of the cover and the base coincide, and / or the logos and / or any inscription.
  • Such a ramp in cooperation with a complementary imprint in the attachment plate allows the plate to be held relative to the base in order to pivot the cover relative to the plate even more securely and efficiently.
  • the cover comprises, distributed every 90 °, four hooking elements comprising a claw, four slides and four pilot pads, each of the pilot pads cooperating with one of the guides, as well as: four lamellae lock, and / or four leaf springs, and / or, diametrically opposite, at least two elastic blades provided with a boss in the attachment plate and at least two corresponding protrusions in the cover, and / or at least two pairs of ribs and two indexing tabs, each being as described in the present application.

  • the neck 201 defines an opening which allows access to the product contained (in the container 200 or in the cup).
  • the dimensions of the neck and the opening are close to the dimensions in section of the base.
  • the opening of the pot is wide enough to allow the passage of at least one finger of a hand or a spatula, like the spatula 208, that is to say that it has, in section, a transverse dimension greater than or equal to about 25 millimeters.
  • the neck 201 here comprises a notch 202 and a peripheral rim 204, under which the notch 202 is defined.
  • the neck 201 has only one notch 202 which extends all around the neck 201 and continuously.

  • the rib 405b has for example a substantially trapezoidal shape.
  • the free end is provided with a lug 405a.
  • the lug 405a is thus configured to cooperate with a recess 203 from the neck 201 of the base. Any rotation of the plate 4 relative to the base 2 is thus limited, in particular during a pivoting of the cover 5 relative to the plate 4 to open or close the pot. Indeed, in the event of sliding of the plate 4 relative to the base 2, the lug 405a slides along the rim 204 then comes position in a recess 203, preventing the pivoting of the plate 4 relative to the base 2 and then facilitating the pivoting of the cover 5 relative to the plate 4. Thus, as long as the lug 405a is out of a recess 203, the indexing tongue 405 is elastically deformed by bending.
  • an indexing tongue 405 is thus configured to cooperate with a pair 507 of accompanying ribs 507a, 507b of the cover, as described later.
  • the attachment plate 4 further comprises at least one elastic blade 406, deformable.
  • it includes four elastic blades 406, arranged every 90 °, but it could include only two for example.
  • the elastic blade 406 extends, along a circumference of the support, between two successive slots 407 and is formed above an indexing tongue 405 if necessary.
  • the elastic blade 406 is produced by a recess, directly in the support 400 of the plate, in particular between a part of the contour wall 400a and the closing plate 401. This makes it possible in particular to guarantee a slight deformability of a part of the contour wall of the plate when the latter comes into contact with a protuberance 506 during the closing or opening of the pot.
  • the elastic blade 406 comprises, on an outer surface, at least one bump 408.
  • the bump 408 here has a substantially triangular shape.
  • the boss 408 has a top 408a as well as a ramp 408b and a stop flap 408c on either side of the top 408a along a periphery of the support 400; the top 408a projecting radially.
  • the support comprises a section 411 in the form of a rectangular arch, also called "inverted U".
  • a profile 411 comprises two vertical uprights and a crosspiece connecting the two vertical uprights to one another.
  • the cross member then constitutes the above-mentioned elastic blade 406.
  • the support 400 By sweeping the support 400 clockwise in top view as on the figure 6 , for each attachment element 610, the support 400 therefore comprises a pin 404, possibly a boss 408, then a slot 407. And more precisely, the abutment face 408c of the boss 408 is positioned between the ramp 408b of the boss and slot 407 (as shown figure 11 ).
  • An elastic blade 406 is thus configured to cooperate with a protrusion 506 of the cover.
  • the support has an internal imprint 409 configured to collaborate with the ramp 206 located on the shoulder 205 of the base 2.
  • it has two internal imprints 409 configured to collaborate with each of the two ramps 206 .
  • Each internal cavity 409 is here hollowed out in a thickness of the contour wall 400a which, for this purpose, may possibly include an enlargement, for example a flange 410.
  • the contour wall 400a then mainly extends between the flange 410 and the tray 401.
  • the cover 3 comprises at least one hooking element 610.
  • the cover includes a hooking member 6 (shown individually figure 8 ) which comprises at least one attachment element 610, and in the present embodiment, four attachment elements 610, identical, and arranged at equal distances from each other, that is to say every 90 °.
  • a hooking member 6 shown individually figure 8
  • the cover includes a hooking member 6 (shown individually figure 8 ) which comprises at least one attachment element 610, and in the present embodiment, four attachment elements 610, identical, and arranged at equal distances from each other, that is to say every 90 °.
  • Each attachment element 610 here comprises a plate 612 and a hook 613.
  • the hook 613 has a back wall 614 and a claw 611.
  • the back wall 614 is connected to the plate 612 by one of its ends and has the claw 611 at its end opposite to the previous one.
  • the back wall 614 of the hook 613 extends substantially orthogonally to the plate 612 and the claw 611 is then oriented towards a center of the attachment member 6.
  • the claw 611 is here formed by a rib extending substantially orthogonally with respect to the dorsal wall 614 of the hook 613, towards the center of the attachment member 6.
  • the claw 611 here has a beveled pan configured to cooperate with a bottom of the rim 204 of the neck 201.
  • the claw 611 is thus configured to grip the neck 201 of the base 2 by engaging in the notch 202 under the rim 204 when the pot 1 is closed.
  • such a shape of the claw contributes to compressing the seal when the pot is closed, promoting better tightness of the pot.
  • the back wall 614 of a fastening element 610 comprises a ramp 616, formed on an external side of the back wall.
  • the ramp 616 is configured to cooperate with a locking strip 505.
  • the ramp 616 has by definition a start of race, having a first thickness, and an end of race, having a second thickness.
  • the start of the stroke is positioned angularly between the end of the stroke and the locking strip 505 in its unlocked position when the cover 3 is assembled.
  • the first thickness is then less than the second thickness.
  • the ramp 616 is thus configured to facilitate positioning of the locking strip 505 against the back wall 614 in its locking position.
  • each attachment element 610 comprises such a ramp 616.
  • the back wall 614 of at least one of the hooking elements possibly has a groove 617 parallel to the locking strip 505.
  • the groove 617 is thus configured to receive the locking strip 505 in its locking position, further improving the stability of its position.
  • the wafer 612 generally has an oblong and curved shape here, but it could have any type of shape.
  • the plate 612 has a hole 608 configured to cooperate with a pin 404 of the support 400 to form a pivot connection between the corresponding fastening element 610 and the support 400.
  • the plate 612 also includes a slide 615.
  • the slide 615 is here a cut in the plate 612.
  • the slide 615 has a first end 615a and a second end 615b.
  • the first end 615a is farther from a center of rotation of the cover 3 than the second end 615b when the hooking element is mounted on the support of the plate.
  • the first end 615a is situated more on the periphery of the support 400 than the second end when the fastening element is mounted on the support 400.
  • the second end 615b is here positioned between the hole 608 and the first end 615a.
  • the slide 615 has an oblong and curved shape, that is to say a bean shape.
  • the slide 615 is thus configured to receive a control pad 508: the control pad 508 is thus configured to slide in the slide 615.
  • the attachment member 6 is preferably made in a single piece, for example of metal or by molding of plastic material, for example of a POM (polyoxymethylene) type material, thus making it possible not only to simultaneously realize all the elements of attachment when there are at least two, but also to facilitate the subsequent positioning of the at least one attachment element 610 on the attachment plate 4 during assembly of the cover 3.
  • plastic material for example of a POM (polyoxymethylene) type material
  • the attachment member 6 comprises a central frame 601 which here has a hollow circular profile, thus forming a ring.
  • the central frame 601 is configured to be threaded around the central stud 403 of the support of the attachment plate.
  • the branch 603 connects a hooking element 610 to the central frame 601.
  • the branch 603 is connected on the one hand to the central frame 601 and on the other hand to the plate 612 of the element attachment 610 by one end of the plate which has the hole 608, that is to say near the hole 608.
  • each branch 603 is curved and / or inclined relative to the central frame 601 so as to provide a certain mobility to the corresponding hooking element 610.
  • the leaf spring 602 is configured to push back the corresponding hooking element 610, thus helping to open the pot 1.

  • Each of the pilot pads 508 is positioned towards the first end 615a of the slide 615.
  • Each of the pilot pads 508 is then moved away, in the slide, from a pivot connection between the hooking element and the plate formed by a junction between hole 608 and corresponding pin 404.
  • the fastening elements 610 are then in the first position, that is to say a position in which the corresponding claw 611 is in a position close to the center, so that when the cover is on the base, the claws 611 are engaged in the notch 202, under the rim 204.
  • the claws are then constrained by the locking strips 505 which are in abutment against the back wall 614 of the fastening element in order to avoid any deflection of the latter.

  • at least one of the accompanying ribs of the pair of hood accompanying ribs is in contact with the rib of the indexing tongue 405 of the attachment plate, maintaining the lug 405a of the indexing tongue 405 anchored in the recess 203 of the neck.
  • the lid of the pot is then fully closed and sealed.
  • each of the pilot pads 508 When the cover is in the open position, each of the pilot pads 508 is positioned towards the second end 615b of the slide 615. Each of the pilot pads 508 is then brought closer to the pivot connection between the hooking element and the plate formed by the junction between the hole 608 and the corresponding pin 404.
  • the fastening elements 610 are then in second position, that is to say a position in which the claw 611 corresponding is in a position remote from the center with respect to the first position, so that, when the cover is initially on the base, the claws 611 are released from the notch 202 and can bypass the flange 204, which makes it possible to separate the cover 3 of the base 2.
  • the four leaf springs 602 are possibly in the rest position and are flush with a section of the corresponding plate 612.
  • the indexing tongues 405 are in the rest position and the pins 405a situated at their free end are separated from the recesses 203 of the neck.
  • a first portion of the rib 405b, located on the outer face of the indexing tongue 405, is in contact with at least one accompanying rib of the pair 507. This configuration is advantageous in that it guarantees permanent contact and a controlled movement between the plate and the cover.
  • the two accompanying ribs of the pair 507 are angularly spaced from the rib 405b of the indexing tongue 405.
  • the at least one locking strip 505 is in the unlocked position, in which the at least one locking strip 505 is angularly displaced relative to its locked position and distant from the back wall 614 of the at least one hooking element 610.

  • each of the pilot pads 508 travels the corresponding slide 615 from the first end 615a towards the second end 615b, which has the effect of pivoting the fastening element 610 around its pin 404, in this case counterclockwise, then causing a separation of the claw 611, in particular relative to the neck of the base 2, i.e. the claw then moves from a first position to a second position.
  • each pilot pad 508 then cooperates with an external edge of the slide by pushing it away from a center of the cover.
  • a protuberance 506 passes over a corresponding bump 408 and the locking strip 505 moves away from the back wall 614 of the hooking element.
  • each of the control pads 508 then travels the corresponding slide 615 from the second end 615b to the first end 615a, which has the effect of rotating the latching element 610 around its pin 404, in this case clockwise , then bringing the claw 611 closer to the neck of the base so that it engages again in the notch 202.
  • each pilot pad 508 then cooperates with an internal edge of the slide by pushing back towards a center of the cover.
  • the claws 611 of the hooking elements 610 are thus configured so that, in the first position, the free ends of the claws are located inside an imaginary circle which would have as diameter the maximum diameter of the rim 204 of the base and that in the second position the free ends of the claws are located outside this imaginary circle.
  • each leaf spring of the fastening member is compressed by the corresponding plate and flexes to a final position.
  • the protrusions 506 of the cover come into contact, during the closing phase, with the boss 408.
  • the ramp 506b of the protrusion 506 slides on the ramp 408b of the boss 408 until the apex 506a of the protuberance 506 passes beyond the apex 408a of the boss 408 and the abutment face 506c of the protrusion 506 is blocked in contact with the abutment face 408c of the boss 408.
  • This hard point advantageously allows the user to identify just the level of closure of the jar.
  • the passage from the open position to the closed position and the reverse passage are carried out with a lower torque than for a traditional pot with a screwed lid.
  • the first reason is that any sliding of the seal against the base neck is further minimized or even avoided.
  • the second reason is that the mechanical closing and opening forces are brought back towards the center of the cover. Therefore the tightening or loosening torque that a user must apply to the lid to close or open the jar is lower than for a screwed jar where the forces are located towards the periphery of the lid.
