Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Offenend-Spinneinrichtung umfassend ein mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbares Rotorgehäuse und einen Spinnrotor. Das Rotorgehäuse ist nach vorne hin offen und durch ein Deckelelement verschließbar. Nach hinten weist das Rotorgehäuse eine Rückwand mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung für einen Rotorschaft des Spinnrotors auf. Der Rotorschaft wird außerhalb des Rotorgehäuses angetrieben. Die Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses ist so ausgebildet, dass im Inneren des Rotorgehäuses der Bereich hinter dem Spinnrotor verdeckt wird.
  • Eine Offenend-Spinneinrichtung umfasst ein Rotorgehäuse mit einem Deckelelement zum Verschließen des Rotorgehäuses. In dem Rotorgehäuse ist ein Spinnrotor angeordnet. Der Spinnrotor ist drehbar gelagert. Der Spinnrotor kann zum Spinnen auf verschiedene Weise angetrieben werden. Es ist bekannt, die Spinnrotoren mehrerer Offenend-Spinneinrichtungen über einen gemeinsamen Antrieb anzutreiben. Die Kraft kann von dem gemeinsamen Antrieb auf die Spinnrotoren beispielsweise mittels eines Riemens übertragen werden. Es ist auch bekannt, dass jedem Spinnrotor ein elektromotorischer Einzelantrieb zugeordnet ist. In Verbindung mit einem Einzelantrieb ist der Spinnrotor vorzugsweise berührungslos gelagert. Eine berührungslose Lagerung kann als magnetische Lagerung ausgebildet sein. Berührungslos gelagerte Spinnrotoren mit Einzelantrieben sind besonders empfindlich gegen Verschmutzungen.
  • Zum Spinnen ist ein Unterdruck in dem Rotorgehäuse erforderlich. Deshalb weisen bekannte Offenend-Rotorspinnmaschinen eine zentrale Unterdruckquelle und eine maschinenlange Unterdruckleitung auf. Die Unterdruckversorgung der Offenend-Spinneinrichtungen wird durch einen Anschluss des Rotorgehäuses an die maschinenlange Unterdruckleitung realisiert.
  • Im Spinnbetrieb wird über einen Faserleitkanal Fasermaterial in das Rotorgehäuse eingeführt und der fertig gesponnene Faden wird über einen Fadenabzugskanal aus dem Rotorgehäuse abgezogen. Das spinnrotorseitige Ende des Fadenabzugskanals befindet sich an einem Ansatz, der an dem Deckelelement befestigt ist und in den Spinnrotor ragt. Wenn die in den Rotor eingespeisten Fasern nicht mehr durch den Spinnprozess herausbefördert werden, entstehen Faserringe. Dies kann zum Beispiel bei einem Fadenbruch und ggf. zeitlich verzögerter Abstellung der Faserbandzufuhr passieren. Zunächst werden die Fasern durch die Fliehkräfte in der Rotorrille gehalten. Beim Bremsen des Spinnrotors fällt der Faserring zusammen und legt sich um den in den Spinnrotor ragenden Ansatz. Von dort kann der Faserring weiter hinter den Spinnrotor gelangen und einen Faserwickel bilden. Ein solcher Faserwickel kann durch den in dem Rotorgehäuse herrschenden Unterdruck nicht mehr abgesaugt werden und beeinträchtigt das Spinnergebnis.
  • Die DE 103 03 481 A1 offenbart eine Offenend-Spinneinrichtung mit einem aus Rotorteller und Rotorschaft bestehenden Spinnrotor, mit einem den Rotorteller umgebenden, unter Unterdruck stehenden Rotorgehäuse, welches eine Durchtrittsöffnung für den außerhalb des Rotorgehäuses gelagerten Rotorschaft aufweist, sowie mit einem die Durchtrittsöffnung abdichtenden, bezüglich des Rotorschaftes in radialer Richtung schwimmend angeordneten und mit dem Rotorschaft einen Dichtungsspalt bildenden, am Rotorgehäuse axial anliegenden Dichtungselement. Das Dichtungselement ist mit einem Fortsatz versehen, der eine der Durchtrittsöffnung zugewandte Rückwand des Rotortellers bis in den Bereich des größten Außendurchmessers des Rotortellers unter Belassen eines engen Hüllspaltes umhüllt. Durch den den Rotorteller umhüllenden Fortsatz soll die Luftreibung am Rotorteller deutlich verringert werden. Diese Anordnung kann jedoch nicht verhindern, dass sich im Inneren des Rotorgehäuses hinter dem Spinnrotor oder präziser hinter dem Rotorteller ein Fadenwickel bildet.
  • Die DE 25 38 261 A1 offenbart eine Offenend-Spinneinrichtung mit einem Spinnrotor, der innerhalb eines im Betrieb unter Unterdruck stehenden Gehäuseraumes liegt. Der der Rückseite des Spinnrotors zugekehrte Gehäuseraum weist mehrere, konzentrisch zur Drehachse des Spinnrotors und in Längsrichtung zu dieser hintereinander angeordnete ringförmige Ausnehmungen mit unterschiedlichen Durchmessern auf, die den unterschiedlichen Arbeitsdurchmessern der in die Spinneinrichtung einsetzbaren Spinnrotoren angepasst sind. Der äußere Mantelteil eines Spinnrotors bildet mit der entsprechenden Ausnehmung einen Ringspalt. Dieser wirkt als Abdichtung des den Spinnrotor aufnehmenden vorderen Gehäuseraumes zu dem rückwärtigen dem Lager zugekehrten Teil. Auf diese Weise wird auch verhindert, dass beim Abstellen der Spinneinrichtung von der Unterdruckquelle aus dem Spinnrotor abgesaugte Fasern in den hinter dem Spinnrotor liegenden Teil des Gehäuseraumes gelangen.
  • Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine alternative Spinneinrichtung zu schaffen, die das Auftreten von Fadenwickeln im Inneren des Rotorgehäuses hinter dem Spinnrotor verhindert und einfach an verschiedene Formen und Durchmesser des Spinnrotors anpassbar ist.
  • Zur Lösung der Aufgabe wird eine Offenend-Spinneinrichtung umfassend ein mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbares Rotorgehäuse und einen Spinnrotor vorgeschlagen. Das Rotorgehäuse ist nach vorne hin offen und durch ein Deckelelement verschließbar, nach hinten weist das Rotorgehäuse eine Rückwand mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung für einen Rotorschaft des Spinnrotors auf. Am größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors ist ein enger Spalt von weniger als 2 mm Spaltbreite zwischen dem Spinnrotor und der Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses vorhanden und die Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses ist so ausgebildet, dass im Inneren des Rotorgehäuses der Bereich hinter dem Spinnrotor verdeckt wird. Die Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses wird zumindest teilweise durch einen wechselbaren Aufsatz gebildet, der auf einer rückwärtigen Begrenzungswand des Rotorgehäuses aufliegt. Dabei erstreckt sich der Aufsatz bis zu den seitlichen Begrenzungswänden des Rotorgehäuses.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Konstruktion der Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses wird im Inneren des Rotorgehäuses der Bereich hinter dem Spinnrotor abgeschirmt, sodass Faserwickel nicht dorthin gelangen können. Das heißt die Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses ist so gestaltet, dass es von vorne keine Durchgänge in den Bereich hinter dem Spinnrotor gibt. Die einzige Ausnahme ist der Spalt zwischen der Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses und dem größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors. Bei Einhaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Spaltbreite von weniger als 2 mm kann ein Durchtritt von Fasern aber weitestgehend verhindert werden. Die Spaltbreite sollte größer als 0,2 mm sein, um einen Kontakt des Spinnrotors mit der Rückwand zu vermeiden. Eine Spaltbreite von 1 mm wird bevorzugt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses zumindest teilweise durch einen wechselbaren Aufsatz gebildet, der auf einer rückwärtigen Begrenzungswand des Rotorgehäuses aufliegt.
  • Auf diese Weise kann die Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses einfach an verschiedene Formen und Durchmesser des Spinnrotors angepasst werden.
  • Weiter erfindungsgemäß erstreckt sich der Aufsatz bis zu den seitlichen Begrenzungswänden des Rotorgehäuses. Dadurch wird eine einfache Befestigung möglich. Klips- oder Pressverbindungen können leicht realisiert werden.
  • Zusätzlich zu der Verhinderung von Faserwickeln hinter dem Spinnrotor hat die erfindungsgemäße Offenend-Spinneinrichtung den Vorteil einer geringen Luftreibung. Ein Rotor erzeugt durch seine Drehung eine turbulente Strömung, die zu Reibungsverlusten und damit einer höheren Leistungsaufnahme seines Antriebs führt. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses überführt die turbulente Strömung in eine laminare Strömung. Der Luftstrom wird dabei nach außen geführt. Es entsteht dabei ein Druckgefälle. Weniger Luft bedeutet weniger Luftreibung und damit eine Energieersparnis für den Antrieb.
  • Der Spinnrotor weist einen der Rückwand des Rotorgehäuses zugewandten Rotorboden auf. Der enge Spalt kann sich der zumindest teilweise entlang des Rotorbodens fortsetzten. Mit Entfernung von dem größten Außendurchmesser kann sich die Spaltbreite ändern. Es ist keineswegs erforderlich, dass sich der Spalt bis zum Rotorschaft hin fortsetzt. Hinter dem Spinnrotor kann durchaus ein Hohlraum vorhanden sein. Erfindungswesentlich ist nur, dass der Bereich hinter dem Spinnrotor abgeschirmt ist.
  • Vorzugsweise weist der Spinnrotor am größten Außendurchmesser eine Außenkante auf und der enge Spalt setzt sich entlang der Außenkante axial fort.
  • Dazu bildet vorzugsweise der Aufsatz den engen Spalt am größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors mit dem Spinnrotor. Der Einsatz ist vorzugsweise rotationssymmetrisch und wird zentrisch zum Spinnrotor angeordnet. Der Aufsatz kann konusförmig ausgebildet sein, wobei der Durchmesser des Aufsatzes von vorne nach hinten zunimmt. Der Aufsatz kann auch zylindrisch sein.
  • Der Aufsatz kann an einer Begrenzungswand des Rotorgehäuses mittels einer Klipsverbindung, einer Verschraubung, einer magnetischen Kraft oder einer Presspassung befestigt sein.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand in den Zeichnungen dargestellter Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert.

  • Die Figuren zeigen erfindungsgemäße und nicht erfindungsgemäße Offenend-Spinneinrichtungen. Da Offenend-Spinneinrichtungen im Grundsatz bekannt sind, beschränkt sich die Darstellung der Figuren auf die erfindungswesentlichen Bestandteile. In den Figuren tragen Elemente mit vergleichbarer Funktion gleiche Bezugszeichen, auch wenn die Elemente anders ausgeführt sind.
  • Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine nicht erfindungsgemäße Offenend-Spinneinrichtung. Diese umfasst ein nach vorne hin offenes Rotorgehäuse 1 und einen darin angeordneten Spinnrotor 2. Im Spinnbetrieb ist das Rotorgehäuse 1 durch ein nicht dargestelltes Deckelelement verschlossen und wird durch eine nicht dargestellte Unterdruckversorgung mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt. Der offenen Seite abgewandt, also nach hinten, weist das Rotorgehäuse 1 eine Durchtrittsöffnung 4 für einen Rotorschaft 5 des Spinnrotors 2 auf. Der Rotorschaft 5 und damit der Spinnrotor 2 werden außerhalb des Rotorgehäuses 1 angetrieben.
  • Der rotationssymmetrische Spinnrotor 2 umfasst einen Rotorschaft 5 und eine Spinntasse 13. Die Spinntasse 13 umfasst einen Rotorboden 9 und einen ringförmigen Wandabschnitt 14. Der ringförmige Wandabschnitt 14 läuft zum offenen Ende hin konisch zu. Der größte Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors 2 befindet sich damit am Übergangsbereich zwischen dem Rotorboden 9 und dem ringförmigen Wandabschnitt 14. Der dargestellte Spinnrotor 2 weist am größten Außendurchmesser eine Außenkante 8 auf.
  • Die Ausführungsform der Fig. 1 weist einen Aufsatz 10 auf. Der Aufsatz 10 ist auf der rückwärtigen Begrenzungswand 11 des Rotorgehäuses 1 befestigt. Die Rückwand 3 des Rotorgehäuses 1 wird damit teilweise durch den Aufsatz 10 gebildet. Die Rückwand 3 des Rotorgehäuses 1, in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Aufsatz 10, verdeckt den Bereich 7 hinter dem Spinnrotor 2. Am größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors 2 bildet der Aufsatz 10 mit dem Spinnrotor einen engen Spalt 6 mit weniger als 2 mm Spaltbreite. Die Spaltbreite ergibt sich aus dem geringsten Abstand des größten Außendurchmessers des Spinnrotors 2 von der Rückwand 3 des Rotorgehäuses 1. In dem Ausführungsbeispiel setzt sich der Spalt 6 entlang des Rotorbodens 9 fort. Der Spalt 6 setzt sich ebenfalls entlang der Außenkante 8 axial fort.
  • Die Rückwand 3 des Rotorgehäuses 1 schirmt im Inneren des Rotorgehäuses 1 den Bereich 7 hinter dem Spinnrotor 2 ab. Die Rückwand 3 ist dazu so ausbildet, dass entlang einer gedachten Mantelfläche um die Rotationsachse des Spinnrotors 2 durch den größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors keine Öffnung vorhanden ist mit Ausnahme des engen Spaltes zwischen dem Spinnrotor 2 und der Rückwand 3.
  • In der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Offenend-Spinneinrichtung ist der Aufsatz 10 konusförmig. Der Durchmesser des rotationssymmetrischen Aufsatzes 10 nimmt vom Spinnrotor 2 zur rückwärtigen Begrenzungswand 11 zu. Der Aufsatz 10 kann auch zylindrisch ausgebildet sein.
  • Die Fig. 2 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Offenend-Spinneinrichtung. Die Offenend-Spinneinrichtung der Fig. 2 entspricht im Wesentlichen der Offenend-Spinneinrichtung der Fig. 1. Die beiden Spinneinrichtungen unterscheiden sich in der Ausbildung des Aufsatzes 10. Der Aufsatz 10 der Fig. 2 erstreckt sich nämlich erfindungsgemäß bis zu den seitlichen Begrenzungswänden 12 des Rotorgehäuses 1.
  • Die nicht erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform der Fig. 3 verzichtet auf einen wechselbaren Aufsatz 10. Das Rotorgehäuse ist einstückig aufgebaut. Die Rückwand 3 des Rotorgehäuse 1 entspricht damit der rückwärtigen Begrenzungswand 11. Ansonsten entspricht Form und Aufbau der Offenend-Spinneinrichtung der Fig. 2.
  • Die Fig. 4 zeigt eine nicht erfindungsgemäße Variante ohne Aufsatz 10. Anderes als bei den vorigen Ausführungsbeispielen setzt sich der Spalt 6 am größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors 3 nicht entlang der Außenkante 8 des Spinnrotors fort. Die Rückwand 3 des Rotorgehäuses 1 und der Rotorboden 9 sind jedoch so ausgebildet, dass sich der Spalt 6 entlang des Rotorbodens fortsetzt. Diese Ausbildung ermöglicht es auch ohne wechselbaren Aufsatz 10 Spinnrotoren 2 mit verschiedenen Durchmessern in das Rotorgehäuse 1 einzusetzen. Die Spinnrotoren 2 müssen dazu am Rotorboden 9 lediglich den gleichen Neigungswinkel aufweisen.
  • Die Fig. 5 zeigt eine Variante einer erfindungsgemäßen Offenend-Spinneinrichtung mit einem anderen Spinnrotor 2. Erfindungsgemäß ist auch hier am größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors 2 ein enger Spalt 6 von weniger als 2 mm Spaltbreite zwischen dem Spinnrotor 2 und der Rückwand 3 des Rotorgehäuses 1 vorhanden. Wie bei vorigen Ausführungsformen setzt sich der Spalt 6 auch entlang des Rotorbodens 9 fort. Allerdings ist die Spaltbreite am Rotorboden 9 größer als am größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors 2. Hier wird nochmal deutlich, dass es bei der vorliegenden Erfindung darauf ankommt, dass der Bereich hinter dem Spinnrotor abgeschirmt beziehungsweise abgedeckt ist. Es kommt nicht darauf an, dass der Bereich hinter dem Spinnrotor 2 durch das Rotorgehäuse 1 ausgefüllt ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Offenend-Spinneinrichtung umfassend ein mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbares Rotorgehäuse (1) und einen Spinnrotor (2), das Rotorgehäuse (1) ist nach vorne hin offen und durch ein Deckelelement verschließbar, nach hinten weist das Rotorgehäuse (1) eine Rückwand (3) mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung (4) für einen Rotorschaft (5) des Spinnrotors (2) auf, die Rückwand (3) des Rotorgehäuses (1) ist so ausgebildet, dass im Inneren des Rotorgehäuses (1) der Bereich (7) hinter dem Spinnrotor (2) verdeckt wird
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass am größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors (2) ein enger Spalt (6) von weniger als 2 mm Spaltbreite zwischen dem Spinnrotor (2) und der Rückwand (3) des Rotorgehäuses (1) vorhanden ist, dass die Rückwand (3) des Rotorgehäuses (1) zumindest teilweise durch einen wechselbaren Aufsatz (10) gebildet wird, der auf einer rückwärtigen Begrenzungswand (11) des Rotorgehäuses (1) aufliegt, und dass sich der Aufsatz (10) bis zu den seitlichen Begrenzungswänden (12) des Rotorgehäuses (1) erstreckt.
  2. Offenend-Spinneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spinnrotor (2) einen der Rückwand (3) des Rotorgehäuses (1) zugewandten Rotorboden (9) aufweist und sich der enge Spalt (6) zumindest teilweise entlang des Rotorbodens (9) fortsetzt.
  3. Offenend-Spinneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spinnrotor (2) am größten Außendurchmesser eine Außenkante (8) aufweist und sich der enge Spalt (6) entlang der Außenkante (8) axial fortsetzt.
  4. Offenend-Spinneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (10) am größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors (2) den engen Spalt (6) mit dem Spinnrotor (2) bildet.
  5. Offenend-Spinneinrichtung nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (10) konusförmig oder zylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
  6. Offenend-Spinneinrichtung nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (10) an einer Begrenzungswand (11, 12) des Rotorgehäuses (1) mittels einer Klipsverbindung, einer Verschraubung, einer magnetischen Kraft oder einer Presspassung befestigt ist.
