As shown inFig. 2 , theend beam 82 of theframe 2 is provided with anopening 46 for the protrudingpart 45 to insert, corresponding to the protrudingpart 45. Theopening 46 is a rectangular structure, and the length in the transverse direction of the vehicle body is larger than the length in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. Anopening 46 is provided on each of the twoend beams 82, in regard to the two swing bolsters 11. - As shown in
Fig. 6 , twotransverse backstops 47 are mounted on the side walls of the two transverse sides of eachopening 46. The twotransverse backstops 47 protrude from both sides towards the protrudingpart 45 below the swing bolster 11. The protrudingpart 45 below the swing bolster 11 extends to the space between the twotransverse backstops 47. A transverse stop gap is left between the protrudingpart 45 and eachtransverse backstop 47. The transverse backstop play a better role in the horizontal stop in the operating process of the vehicle, thus to limit the lateral displacement of the vehicle beyond normal degrees of freedom, in order to avoid dangerous conditions such as the rollover when the vehicle goes through small radius of curve. - As shown in
Fig. 18 , in the embodiment, thetransverse backstop 47 is composed of three layers, namely, a wear-resisting layer 47a, arubber layer 47b and a bottom layer. The wear-resisting layer 47a is located on the top layer which is in contact with the protrudingpart 45 of the swing bolster 11. Thetransverse backstop 47 is in contact with the protrudingpart 45 of the swing bolster 11 via the wear-resisting layer 47a. As shown inFig. 18 , the bottom layer is composed of three parts, and they are afirst bottom plate 47c, asecond bottom plate 47d and a third bottom plate 47e, respectively. Thefirst bottom plate 47c is located at the bottom of the bottom layer and an opening is at the center of thefirst bottom plate 47c, and the cylindricalsecond bottom plate 47d with a thicker thickness is welded to the opening. Thesecond bottom plate 47d extends into the inside of therubber layer 47b and an inner tapping hole 47f is provided in the center of thesecond bottom plate 47d. The inner tapping hole 47f penetrates thesecond bottom plate 47d and the third bottom plate 47e is fixed to the top of the inner tapping hole 47f, thus the structure plays a role of a backstop while ensuring the strength of the joint. Thefirst bottom plate 47c, thesecond bottom plate 47d and the third bottom plate 47e and therubber layer 47b are integrally vulcanized and formed. The inner tapping hole 47f could be a notch structure that does not penetrate through thesecond bottom plate 47d and it is not necessary to separately provide the third bottom plate 47e in this situation. As shown inFig. 6 , a mountinghole 50 is formed in the side wall of theend beam 82. Abolt 48 passes through the mountinghole 50 of theend beam 82 and is fixedly connected with the inner tapping hole 47f of the bottom layer of thetransverse backstop 47, then thetransverse backstop 47 is fixed to theend beam 82. A fixed washer (not shown in figures) is mounted between the mountinghole 50 in the side wall of theend beam 82 and the head of thebolt 48. - The
transverse backstop 47 ensures a good stiffness curve performance under the requirements of the elasticity, and ensures that the lateral displacement of thetransverse backstop 47 is minimized in the worst operating conditions. The shaking caused by the traverse movement of the vehicle is greatly reduced, the running smoothness is improved and the ride comfort is increased. The structure is simple, the performance is reliable and the durability is strong. - When the
transverse backstop 47 is mounted, it is necessary to adjust the transverse stop gap between the top of thetransverse backstop 47 and the protrudingpart 45 of the swing bolster 11. One or more adjusting shims 49 are further provided between thefirst bottom plate 47c of thetransverse backstop 47 and the side walls of theend beam 82, and the adjustment is convenient and fast. - As shown in
Fig. 4 , alongitudinal backstop 42 extends, from each of the two side walls in the longitudinal direction inside theopening 46, to the protrudingpart 45. Thelongitudinal backstop 42 functions as a longitudinal bearing, and thelongitudinal backstop 42 engages with the protrudingpart 45 to drive the vehicle to operate when thetraction rod 16 fails to work. - When the vehicle runs at a high speed, the vertical vibration occurs due to the line problem, and vertical impacts are caused on the vehicle body. As shown in
Fig. 6 and14 , in the embodiment, a lifting device is provided between the swing bolster 11 and theend beam 82 of theframe 2 to limit the maximum vertical vibration distance of the vehicle body so as to avoid overshooting. The lifting device not only limits the maximum vertical vibration distance of the vehicle body, but also plays a role of the overall lifting of the bogie. - As shown in
Fig. 6 and14 , the lifting device is two liftingrods 51 which are mounted on the lower surface of the swing bolster 11. The twolifting rods 51 are arranged symmetrically on two lateral sides of the protrudingpart 45, to ensure the connection strength and to maintain the balance when lifting. Abayonet 60 is provided at the bottom of the liftingrod 51 and the diameter of thebayonet 60 is greater than the diameter of the liftingopening 59. Thebayonet 60 is away from the liftingopening 59 with a vertical distance and the distance is the maximum vertical vibration distance allowed. The inner surface of the bottom of thebayonet 60 is a tapered surface and a locatingblock 62 is mounted below thebayonet 60. The upper surface of the locatingblock 62 is a tapered surface cooperating with the tapered surface of thebayonet 60. The inner circle of the locatingblock 62 is designed with a step-like structure and the step-like structure is abutted against thestop portion 61 of the liftingrod 51 after installation, to play a role of locating and stopping. Anut 63 is tightened on the bottom of the liftingrod 51 below the locatingblock 62 for fixation. The inner circle of thebayonet 60 has a recessed annular groove which is provided with an O-shapedsealing ring 64 therein, for fixation and sealing. After installation, if the swing bolster 11 moves in the vertical direction, thebayonet 60 at the bottom of the liftingrod 51 is locked at the liftingopening 59, thereby avoiding overshooting. At the same time, when the liftingrod 51 is lifted, thebayonet 60 is caught on theframe 2, to achieve the overall lifting of the bogie and the vehicle body. - As shown in
Fig. 6 , theend beam 82 at the liftingopening 59 is provided with an upward-concaving portion 65 in order to protect the liftingrod 51. The mountinghole 50 for mounting thebolt 48 of thetransverse backstop 47 is arranged on the side wall of the upward-concaving portion 65 and the liftingopening 59 is arranged on the top wall of the upward-concaving portion 65. The upward-concaving portion 65 not only facilitates the installation of thetransverse backstop 47 and the liftingrod 51 conveniently, but also facilitates routine maintenance. Additional structures such as transverse backstop mounting seats and vertical backstop mounting seats are not needed, so that the structure of thebogie 1 is simplified to a certain extent and the weight of thebogie 1 is also reduced. - As shown in
Fig. 6 and20 , two groups ofsecondary spring mechanisms 8 are provided between each swing bolster 11 and theframe 2. The two groups ofsecondary spring mechanisms 8 are arranged symmetrically in the lateral direction of theframe 2 outside the two liftingrods 51, and the structures of the two groups ofsecondary spring mechanisms 8 are the same. As shown inFig. 21 , thesecondary spring mechanism 8 is composed of anupper backing plate 66, alower backing plate 67 and a spring in the middle. The spring in the middle is a steel double-round spring and is composed of aninner spring 68 and anouter spring 69. Not only the overall structure of the secondary spring is compact and the performance is stable, but also the operation stability of vehicle is also improved. It meets the requirements of large passenger capacity, especially for low-floor urban rail vehicles with limited space between the vehicle body and bogie. - The
upper backing plate 66 is composed of an upper metal plate 66a, alower metal plate 66b and arubber layer 66c in the middle. Therubber layer 66c is vulcanized together with the upper metal plate 66a and thelower metal plate 66b and theupper backing plate 66 is provided with acentral hole 66d. As shown inFig. 14 and20 , a first mountinggroove 70 is provided on the lower surface of the swing bolster 11 corresponding to theupper backing plate 66. The diameter of the first mountinggroove 70 matches with theupper backing plate 66, so that theupper backing plate 66 is caught in the first mountinggroove 70 and is fixed. Meanwhile, thecenter hole 66d is caught in the mountingportion 71, thereby theupper backing plate 66 and the swing bolster 11 are fixedly connected. There is no need for a conventional bolt connection between theupper backing plate 66 and the swing bolster 11, thus, to make the mounting and dismounting easier and more convenient, to reduce the use and maintenance of fasteners and to make the structure of thesecondary springs 8 more compact, so that the device is more suitable for low-floor urban rail vehicles with limited space between the vehicle body and bogie. - The lower surface of the
lower metal plate 66b of theupper backing plate 66 bulges downwards to form an upperspring locating protrusion 66e which is ring-shaped. The upperspring locating protrusion 66e is located between theinner spring 68 and theouter spring 69. The upperspring locating protrusion 66e is a metal plate and is welded together or integrally molded with thelower metal plate 66b. - As shown in
Fig. 2 ,20 and21 , a second mountinggroove 72 corresponding to eachsecondary spring mechanism 8 is provided on theend beam 82 of theframe 2. The diameter of the second mountinggroove 72 matches with thelower backing plate 67, so that thelower backing plate 67 is caught in the second mountinggroove 72 and is fixed. Thelower backing plate 67 is composed of a locatingseat 67a and an adjusting pad, and the locatingseat 67a is a metal plate. The upper surface of the locatingseat 67a bugles upwards to form a lowerspring locating protrusion 67b which is ring-shaped. Thespring locating protrusion 67b is located between theinner spring 68 and theouter spring 69. Thespring locating protrusion 67b is a metal plate and is welded together or integrally molded with the locatingseat 67a. After installation, thelower backing plate 67 is secured to the bottom of the second mountinggroove 72 of theframe 2 and thesecondary spring mechanism 8 and theend beam 82 are fixedly connected. There is no need for a conventional bolt connection betweenlower backing plate 67 and theend beam 82, to make the mounting and dismounting easier and more convenient, thus, to reduce the use and maintenance of fasteners and to make the structure of thesecondary spring 8 more compact. The second mountinggroove 72 of theend beam 82 is an inverted conical structure. While thesecondary spring 8 is fixed, it also prevents thesecondary spring 8 from colliding with the inner wall of the second mountinggroove 72 when the vehicle is running. In the embodiment, the second mountinggroove 72 is a sinking structure, and the height of the floor surface is further reduced. - On one hand, the upper
spring locating protrusion 66e and the lowerspring locating protrusion 67b act as a damper, and on the other hand, this "protrusion" structure separates theinner spring 68 and theouter spring 69. When the vehicle passes a small curve, that is, when a large displacement occurs of thesecondary spring mechanism 8, the possibility of collision between theinner spring 68 and theouter spring 69 is lowered, thus, it effectively prevents the instability of thesecondary spring 8. - The adjustment pad of the
lower backing plate 67 has two different structures. One is an innerspring adjusting pad 67c, the innerspring adjusting pad 67c is a rubber pad and is mounted against the inner ring of lowerspring locating protrusion 67b which is the bottom of theinner spring 68, for adjusting theinner spring 68 at a predetermined load compression height. The other one is an outerspring adjusting pad 67d. The outerspring adjusting pad 67d is a rubber pad and is mounted against the outer ring of lowerspring locating protrusion 67b which is the bottom of theouter spring 69, for adjusting theouter spring 69, to ensure the height of theinner spring 68 and theouter spring 69 compressed at the same working load, thereby to ensure the smooth operation between the vehicle body and the bogie. At the same time, theupper backing plate 66 uses the flexibility of therubber layer 66c to greatly reduce the vibration and the impact caused by the steel spring. - A cylindrical
protective cover 73 is mounted between the first mountinggroove 70 and the second mountinggroove 72. Thesecondary spring mechanism 8 is enclosed within theprotective cover 73. Theprotective cover 73 is preferably vulcanized and made of a rubber which has an excellent oil resistance and corrosion resistance. Theprotective cover 73 is composed of an upper engaging portion, an intermediate cylindrical portion and a lower engaging portion, and the intermediate cylindrical portion is a wavy structure. The upper engaging portion and the lower engaging portion are respectively sealed and fixedly connected to the first mountinggroove 70 and the second mountinggroove 72. It not only facilitates the installation and removal of theprotective cover 73, but also makes thesecondary spring mechanism 8 sealed into theprotective cover 73 to prevent oil, water droplets, etc. from penetrating into the frame and causing corrosion. In addition, when the vehicle is operating, the dustproof structure has the foldable characteristics with a "wave" shape itself, so as to seal with different spring deformations under different loads. - As shown in
Figs. 20 and21 , in the embodiment, avertical backstop 74 is provided at the center of theinner spring 68. Thevertical backstop 74 is fixed to theupper backing plate 66 of the secondary spring mechanism. Thevertical backstop 74 is composed of arubber 74a, abottom plate 74b and astopper plate 74c. Therubber 74a, thebottom plate 74b and thestopper plate 74c are vulcanized together, therubber 74a is set below thebottom plate 74b and the center of thebottom plate 74b has an internal screw hole (not shown). Thestopper plate 74c is set at the bottom of the internal screw hole. Thebottom plate 74b and thestopper plate 74c are metal plates. Thevertical backstop 74 cooperates with a boss 76 and act as a safety support, to ensure the travel safety of the rail vehicle, even if a secondary spring is broken. Thelower metal plate 66b of theupper backing plate 66 of thesecondary spring mechanism 8 has a mounting hole in the center. Thebottom plate 74b and thelower metal plate 66b are fixedly connected together bybolts 75. An adjustingplate 74d is also provided between thebottom plate 74b andupper backing plate 66, for adjusting the vertical stop gap between the bottom of thevertical backstop 74 and the top of the boss 76 during installation. - As shown in
Fig. 20 , in the second mountinggroove 72 of theend beam 82, a boss 76 bulging upwards is arranged, which is integrally cast with theframe 2. An opening is provided at the center of thelower backing plate 67 of thesecondary spring mechanism 8, and the boss 76 is inserted in the opening of thelower backing plate 67 after installation, which extends into the inside of theinner spring 68 and faces right to thevertical backstop 74. A vertical stop gap is provided between the bottom of thevertical backstop 74 and the top of the boss 76. The bottom of thevertical backstop 74 is not in contact with the top of the boss 76 when the vehicle is normally operating. Only when thesecondary spring mechanism 8 is compressed under a larger load, the bottom of thevertical backstop 74 is in contact with the top of the boss 76 and thevertical backstop 74 is further compressed. The rigidity of the double steel circular spring is linear and the rigidity of thevertical backstop 74 which is made of the rubber material is non-linear, thevertical backstop 74 is in contact with the boss 76 of the second mountinggroove 72 and is compressed when the load amount is large. Thus, the structure acts as a stopper and plays a role of changing the stiffness at the same time, which is beneficial to improve the dynamic performance of the operation of the vehicle. - As shown in Fig. from 2 to 5, the
central cross beam 77 of theframe 2 is provided with an elongatedannular groove 83 which extends laterally. The upper and lower surfaces of thecentral cross beam 77 are respectively provided oneannular groove 83. The intermediate connection of thecentral cross beam 77 increases the structural strength and the capacity of carrying load. The two elongatedannular grooves 83 are alternative to be arranged through the upper and lower surfaces. Accordingly, a threaded hole with an internal thread is also provided on the side wall of thecentral cross beam 77. The part of the mounting interface ofsecond traction rod 84 and thecentral cross beam 77 are fixed together by bolts 85., Agroove 103 is provided on the inner wall of the part of the mounting interface ofsecond traction rod 84 for accommodating the head of the bolt 85, in order to prevent the bolts 85 from affecting the installation of thetraction rod 16 after installation. The two connectingseats 16c at the ends of thetraction rod 16 are placed in a semicircular mounting opening on both sides, the other part of the mounting interface of second traction rod is engaged and the two parts are fixedly connected together bybolts 86, and then the connectingseats 16c at the ends of thetraction rod 16 are fixed. Thenut 104 for tightening the end of thebolt 86 extends from the center of theannular groove 83, is inserted to the tail of thebolt 86, and is tightened. The upper and lowerannular grooves 83 are respectively provided with twonuts 104 to completely fix thetraction rod 16. It is easy to operate and the installation efficiency is greatly improved. The locatingpin 79 is mounted in thepin hole 78 of the connectingseat 16c in the same manner as the mounting interface offirst traction rod 12 is mounted. The locatingpin 79 cooperates with the pin hole on the mounting interface ofsecond traction rod 84, so that thetraction rod 16 is accurately mounted and the installation efficiency is greatly improved. - In the embodiment, a connecting
seat 16c of a cylinder is provided at the end of thetraction rod 16, which cooperates with the first mountingopening 17 of mounting interface offirst traction rod 12 and the second mounting opening 39 of the mounting interface ofsecond traction rod 84 to fix. Longitudinal transmission force is transmitted through a complete circular fit surface. It not only improves the vertical transmission capacity, but also reduces abrasion. At the same time, both ends of thetraction rod 16 are provided with spherical joints so as to have a smaller lateral rigidity. Thus, it meets the larger lateral displacement and longitudinal displacement between the vehicle body and the bogie, and it improves the longitudinal traction capability and the anti-roll capability and improves the overall performance. - As shown in
