Abstract
The invention discloses a bogie system and a vehicle, wherein the bogie system comprises a framework, a walking wheel, a horizontal wheel, a driving device, a traction device, a suspension device and a basic braking device; the framework comprises an I-shaped frame and four supporting legs, the I-shaped frame comprises two cross beams and a central beam for connecting the two cross beams, and the four supporting legs are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of two ends of the two cross beams; two walking wheels are respectively arranged at two sides of the central beam. The frame of the bogie system is an I-shaped frame, and the two walking wheels are respectively arranged on two sides of the central beam of the I-shaped frame, namely the installation mode of the walking wheels is open, so that when the walking wheels need to be replaced, the bogie does not need to be disassembled from the vehicle, only the walking wheels are separated from the running track, and the walking wheels are directly replaced on the bogie, thereby simplifying the wheel replacement process, improving the working efficiency and controlling the cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of monorail straddle type vehicles, in particular to a bogie system and a vehicle.
Background
In the prior art, the replacement of the running wheels of the urban monorail vehicle needs to separate the bogie from the vehicle by using a special tool after the vehicle is disassembled at a vehicle section, and then the running wheels of the bogie are replaced. The equipment investment of this process is great, and is with high costs, and has higher to the operation place requirement, and the operating cycle is long, and work efficiency is low.
Therefore, how to simplify the replacement link of the travelling wheels of the monorail vehicle is a difficult problem to be solved urgently in the field at the present stage.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a bogie system, which can simplify the replacement process of the running wheels of a monorail vehicle, and solve the problems in the field at the present stage. The invention also aims to provide a vehicle comprising a bogie system as described above, thus making it possible to simplify the replacement of the running wheels of a monorail vehicle.
A bogie system comprises a framework, a walking wheel, a horizontal wheel, a driving device, a traction device, a suspension device and a basic braking device;
the framework comprises an I-shaped frame and four supporting legs, the I-shaped frame comprises two cross beams and a central beam for connecting the two cross beams, and the four supporting legs are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of two ends of the two cross beams;
the two walking wheels are respectively arranged on two sides of the central beam.
Preferably, in the bogie system, four horizontal wheels are arranged at the bottoms of the four supporting legs respectively.
Preferably, the driving device of the bogie system comprises a three-phase asynchronous motor and a planetary gearbox.
Preferably, in the bogie system, the two sets of driving devices are respectively used for driving the two running wheels.
Preferably, in the bogie system, the traction device adopts two traction pull rods to realize the transmission of traction force.
Preferably, in the bogie system, two of the traction rods are longitudinally arranged on the central beam.
Preferably, in the bogie system, the suspension device employs an air spring to achieve impact force alleviation.
Preferably, in the bogie system, four air springs are provided, and the four air springs are respectively arranged on the top surfaces of two ends of the two cross beams.

Detailed Description
The core of the specific embodiment is to provide a bogie system, which can simplify the replacement link of the running wheels of the monorail vehicle and solve the problem in the field at the present stage.
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiments described below do not limit the contents of the invention described in the claims. The entire contents of the configurations shown in the following embodiments are not limited to those required as solutions of the inventions described in the claims.
The bogie system provided by the embodiment comprises a framework 1, a walking wheel, a horizontal wheel 3, a driving device, a traction device, a suspension device and a basic braking device 4; the framework 1 comprises an I-shaped frame and four supporting legs 7, the I-shaped frame comprises two cross beams 5 and a central beam 6 for connecting the two cross beams 5, and the four supporting legs 7 are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of two ends of the two cross beams 5; two walking wheels 2 are respectively arranged at two sides of the central beam 6.
The framework 1 of the bogie system is an I-shaped frame, and the two walking wheels 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the central beam 6 of the I-shaped frame, namely the installation mode of the walking wheels 2 is open, so that when the walking wheels 2 need to be replaced, the bogie does not need to be disassembled from a vehicle, only the walking wheels 2 need to be separated from a running track, and the walking wheels 2 can be directly replaced on the bogie, thereby simplifying the wheel replacement process, improving the working efficiency and controlling the cost.
Therefore, the bogie system provided by the invention can simplify the link of replacing the running wheels 2 of the monorail vehicle and solve the problem in the field at the present stage. Please refer to fig. 1-2.
In the bogie system provided by the present embodiment, the number of the horizontal wheels 3 may be four, and the four horizontal wheels are respectively disposed at the bottoms of the four supporting legs 7, that is, when the vehicle travels, the four horizontal wheels 3 are respectively disposed at two sides of the track, and each side has two horizontal wheels 3.
In the bogie system provided by the present embodiment, the driving device may include a three-phase asynchronous motor 8 and a planetary gear box 11, the motor may be of other types, and the motor may play the same role, and the type of the gear box may also be selected according to actual needs.
Further, the bogie system may have two sets of driving devices, and the driving devices are respectively used for driving the two running wheels 2, that is, the bogie system is designed in a bilateral driving structure.
In the bogie system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the traction device can adopt two traction pull rods 9 to realize the transmission of traction force, and also can adopt a center pin to realize the transmission of traction force so as to transmit the traction force to the bogie body.
Preferably, two traction links 9 can be provided longitudinally to the central beam 6, see the arrangement of fig. 1.
It should be noted that the longitudinal direction mentioned in the present embodiment refers to the direction of the central beam 6 itself, see fig. 1.
In the bogie system provided by the embodiment, the air spring 10 can be adopted as the suspension device to alleviate the influence of vertical impact force and horizontal impact force on the vehicle body, so that the safe running of the vehicle is ensured.
Further, four air springs 10 may be provided, and the four air springs 10 may be respectively disposed on top surfaces of two ends of the two cross beams 5, so as to better alleviate and disperse impact forces from vertical and horizontal directions of the vehicle.
In the bogie system according to the present embodiment, the foundation brake 4 may be provided on the inner side of the rim of the road wheels 2, i.e., at a position between the road wheels 2 and the cross member 5, to further facilitate replacement and removal of the road wheels 2. Please refer to fig. 2.
The present embodiment also provides a vehicle including the bogie system described above, and therefore the vehicle is also within the scope of the present invention.
The method for replacing the traveling wheels of the vehicle with the bogie system comprises the following steps:
firstly, a vehicle is pulled to a vehicle section wheel-changing operation track beam, and the track beam is powered off;
secondly, opening a skirtboard inspection door of a position of the vehicle where the walking wheels need to be replaced, and after confirming the walking wheels needing to be replaced, slowly lifting corresponding bogies on two sides of the track beam by using two jacks respectively, and keeping the walking wheels after the walking wheels are completely separated from the track surface and at a proper height; the proper height is based on the space with the wheel changing function;
thirdly, detaching the running wheels to be replaced from the bogie, and replacing new running wheels;
and finally, after the inspection confirms that the walking wheels are replaced, slowly dropping the replaced bogie on the track beam, taking down the two jacks, and closing the apron board inspection door.

Claims (10)
1. A bogie system is characterized by comprising a framework (1), a walking wheel, a horizontal wheel (3), a driving device, a traction device, a suspension device and a basic braking device (4);
the framework (1) comprises an I-shaped frame and four supporting legs (7), the I-shaped frame comprises two cross beams (5) and a central beam (6) for connecting the two cross beams (5), and the four supporting legs (7) are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of two ends of the two cross beams (5);
the two walking wheels (2) are respectively arranged on two sides of the central beam (6).
2. A bogie system according to claim 1 wherein four horizontal wheels (3) are provided at the bottom of each of the four support legs (7).
3. A bogie system according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive means comprise a three-phase asynchronous motor (8) and a planetary gearbox (11).
4. A bogie system according to claim 3 in which the drive means are of two sets and are each arranged to drive two of the running wheels (2).
5. A bogie system according to claim 1, characterized in that the traction means achieve the transmission of traction forces with two traction links (9).
6. A bogie system according to claim 5 in which two of the traction links (9) are disposed longitudinally of the centre beam (6).
7. A bogie system according to claim 1 in which the suspension means employs air springs (10) to achieve cushioning of the impact forces.
8. The bogie system according to claim 7, wherein said air springs (10) are four, and four air springs (10) are respectively provided on top surfaces of both ends of two of said cross members (5).
9. A bogie system according to claim 1 in which the foundation brake device (4) is located inboard of the rim of the road wheels (2).
10. A vehicle comprising a bogie system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
