Claims (23)

  1. Dom-Vorrichtung mit einem im Wesentlichen flachen ersten lichtdurchlässigen Element (10), einem Glas-Dom-Element (30) und einer geschlossenen Verbindungsvorrichtung (40) zwischen einem peripheren Bereich (11) des ersten Elements und einem peripheren Bereich des Glas-Dom-Elements (30), so dass zwischen dem ersten Element (10) und dem Glas-Dom-Element (30) mindestens ein geschlossener Raum (R) gebildet wird; wobei der geschlossene Raum (R) ein Gas enthält; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (10) eine lichtdurchlässige Folie (61) aufweist, die in einem Klemmprofil (60) eingespannt ist.
  2. Dom-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste Element (10) eine lichtdurchlässige Platte, vorzugsweise eine Glasplatte, aufweist.
  3. Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die geschlossene Verbindungsvorrichtung (40) mindestens einen Abstandshalter (41) aufweist, der zwischen dem peripheren Bereich (11) des ersten Elements (10) und dem peripheren Bereich (31) des Glas-Dom-Elements (30) vorgesehen ist, so dass das Glas-Dom-Element (30) in einem Abstand zum ersten Element (10) angeordnet ist.
  4. Dom-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei sich der Abstandshalter (41) entlang der gesamten Peripherie des ersten Elements (10) und des Glas-Dom-Elements (30) erstreckt, so dass der geschlossene Raum (R) durch den Abstandshalter (41), das erste Element (10) und das Glas-Dom-Element (30) begrenzt wird.
  5. Dom-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei der Abstandshalter (41) ein Trockenmittel, z. B. ein Kieselgel, aufweist.
  6. Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, die ferner ein zweites, im Wesentlichen flaches Element (20) aufweist, welches im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem ersten Element (10) angeordnet ist.
  7. Dom-Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, wobei das erste Element (10) und das zweite Element (20) Glasplatten darstellen.
  8. Dom-Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, wobei zwischen der ersten (10) und der zweiten Glasplatte (20) eine Folie (50), vorzugsweise eine Polyvinylbutyral-Folie (PVB), vorgesehen ist.
  9. Dom-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei zwischen der ersten (10) und der zweiten Glasplatte (20) eine Kunststoffschicht, vorzugsweise eine Polycarbonat-Schicht, vorgesehen ist.
  10. Dom-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das zweite Element (20) eine Kunststoffplatte oder eine lichtdurchlässige Folie darstellt.
  11. Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das erste Element (10) aus vorgespanntem (gehärtetem) Glas gefertigt ist.
  12. Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der periphere Bereich (11) des Glas-Dom-Elements (30) und des ersten Elements (10) einen rechteckigen Außenumfang aufweist.
  13. Dom-Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, wobei der periphere Bereich (11) vier im Wesentlichen flache Teile umfasst, die vom Außenumfang ausgehend schräg nach oben oder horizontal verlaufen und an einen zentralen gewölbten Teil (32) des Glas-Dom-Elements (30) anschließen.
  14. Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die geschlossene Verbindungsvorrichtung (40) ein Dichtungsband, wie z. B. ein Butylband, aufweist, welches zwischen dem ersten Element (10) und dem Glas-Dom-Element (30) angeordnet ist.
  15. Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, ferner aufweisend ein Rahmenprofil, das ausgebildet ist, um auf einen Aufsetzkranz montiert werden zu können, wobei das Rahmenprofil um den Außenrand des ersten Elements (10) umlaufend angeordnet ist.
  16. Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die geschlossene Verbindungsvorrichtung (40) durch Aufbringen einer härtbaren Polymerzusammensetzung entlang und/oder zwischen dem peripheren Bereich des Glas-Dom-Elements (30) und dem ersten Element (10) ausgebildet wird.
  17. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, aufweisend die folgenden Schritte:
    a. Anordnen einer im Wesentlichen flachen ersten Glasplatte (10) und eines Glas-Dom-Elements (30) in einer Form, wobei eine Umfangskante des Glas-Dom-Elements (30) mit einer Umfangskante des ersten Elements (10) ausgerichtet ist, wobei das erste Element (10) eine in einem Klemmprofil (60) eingespannte lichtdurchlässige Folie (61) aufweist; und
    b. Anordnen eines Dichtungsmaterials zwischen einem peripheren Bereich des ersten Elements (10) und einem peripheren Bereich des Glas-Dom-Elements (30), so dass zwischen dem ersten Element (10) und dem Glas-Dom-Element (30) ein geschlossener Raum (R) gebildet wird und der geschlossene Raum (R) ein Gas enthält.
  18. Verfahren nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, wobei das Dichtungsmaterial zwischen dem peripheren Bereich des ersten Elements (10) und dem peripheren Bereich des Glas-Dom-Elements (30) angeordnet ist.
  19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, wobei das Dichtungsmaterial durch Bewegen einer Injektoreinheit (130) in der Form entlang der Peripherie des ersten Elements (10) und des Glas-Dom-Elements (30) drucklos eingebracht wird.
  20. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, wobei eine oder mehrere der folgenden Komponenten in die Form eingearbeitet werden: ein Sensor, ein Belüftungselement, ein Beleuchtungselement, ein Kabel, eine Halterung, ein Scharnier.
  21. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, wobei das erste Element (10) eine lichtdurchlässige Platte umfasst, vorzugsweise eine Glasplatte.
  22. Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, ferner aufweisend ein Rahmenprofil, das ausgebildet ist, um auf einen Aufsetzkranz montiert werden zu können, wobei das Rahmenprofil umlaufend um eine Außenkante des ersten Elements (10) angeordnet ist.
  23. Dom-Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 oder 22, wobei die geschlossene Verbindungsvorrichtung (40) durch Aufbringen einer härtbaren Polymerzusammensetzung entlang und/oder zwischen dem peripheren Bereich des Dom-Elements (30) und dem ersten Element (10) ausgebildet wird.
