    - a slider (102, 1002) having an opening (150) and mounted translatably on the body (104, 1004) parallel to the longitudinal axis (10) between a closed position where the slider (102, 1002) is close to the opening (152) of the body (104, 1004) and a far position where the slider (102, 1002) moves away from the opening (152) of the body (104, 1004),
    - two parallel bars (106a-b) arranged on either side of the longitudinal axis (10),
    - a return element (402) that constrains the slider (102, 1002) in the far position, and
    - a nut (110, 1110) coaxial with the longitudinal axis (10) secured either to the body (1004) or to the slider (102), and
    - a screw (108) with a central bore (114) and which is screwed into the nut (110),
    the adapter (100, 1000) also including combined movement means that are distributed between the slider (102, 1002) and the body (104, 1004), and which comprise, for the end of each bar (106a-b), a first means that ensures a movement of the end perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (10), and, for each bar (106a-b), a second means that ensures a slanted movement of the bar (106a-b), where the two slants are oriented in a V with the tip oriented toward the openings (150, 152) and the separated ends oriented toward the opposite side.
  2. The adapter (100, 1000) according to claim 1, characterized in that each first means is arranged in the body (104) and assumes the form of a slot (602) in which the end of said bar (106a-b) slides, and in that each second means is arranged in the slider (102) and assumes the form of a slit (112a-b), where, for each bar (106a-b), the two slits (112a-b) are facing one another in parallel, each in a gripping plane parallel to the longitudinal axis (10), the two slits (112a-b) that are arranged in a same gripping plane are arranged in a V where the tip is oriented toward the openings (150, 152) and the separated ends are oriented on the opposite side.
  3. The adapter (1000) according to claim 1, characterized in that each first means is arranged in the slider (1002) and assumes the form of a slit (812a-b) through which the end of the bar (106a-b) passes and in which it slides, and in that each second means is arranged in the body (1004) and assumes the form of a slot (813a-b), where for each bar (106a-b), the two slots (813a-b) are facing one another and parallel, each in a gripping plane parallel to the longitudinal axis (10), the two slots (813a-b) that are arranged in a same gripping plane are arranged in a V where the tip is oriented toward the openings (150, 152), and the separating ends are oriented toward the opposite side.
