Claims (10)
- Une pompe centrifuge comprenant un boîtier de pompe avec une entrée (12) et une sortie (18), un arbre (14) étanché et monté sur le boîtier de pompe avec des paliers lisses (40), l'arbre (14) étant mobile dans la direction axiale, au moins une roue à aubes (16) montée sur l'arbre (14) pour tourner avec celui-ci, et un moyen (20) pour équilibrer des forces axiales; dans laquelle le moyen d'équilibrage (20) comprend un disque d'équilibrage (22) montée sur l'arbre (14) pour tourner avec celui-ci, et présente une circonférence extérieure, et un contre-élément stationnaire (28) disposé en liaison avec le corps de pompe; dans laquelle le disque d'équilibrage (22) et le contre-élément (28) laissent une cavité d'équilibrage (36) entre eux; dans laquelle le disque d'équilibrage (22) présente une première surface non axiale (50, 50') limitée à la circonférence extérieure et le contre-élément (28) présente une deuxième surface non axiale (52), la première et la deuxième surface non axiale (50, 50'; 52) se faisant face et laissant une fente mince (36') entre elles, dans laquelle au moins l'une des première et deuxième surfaces non axiales (50, 50'; 52) est pourvue d'au moins une rainure annulaire (54, 64, 74, 84', 84", 94'), dans laquelle un étranglement est disposé en aval du disque d'équilibrage (22), caractérisé en ce que le contre-élément (28) est pourvu d'une contre-bague (26) ayant la deuxième surface non axiale (52) et/ou le disque d'équilibrage (22) est pourvu d'une bague annulaire (86) ayant la première surface non axiale (50').
- La pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des première et seconde surfaces non axiales (50, 50'; 52) est pourvue de bagues circulaires (94) pour former des rainures annulaires (94') entre elles.
- La pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rainure annulaire (54, 64, 74, 84', 84", 94') présente une profondeur, la profondeur étant au moins 10 fois celle de la fente mince (36').
- La pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rainure annulaire (54, 64, 74, 84', 84", 94') présente une dimension de 1 à 10 millimètres dans une direction perpendiculaire à la première et à la deuxième surface non axiale (50; 52).
- La pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rainure annulaire (54, 64, 74, 84', 84", 94') présente une dimension de 1 à 10 millimètres dans une direction parallèle à la première et à la deuxième surface non axiale (50; 52).
- La pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contre-élément (28) est la paroi arrière de la pompe centrifuge.
- La pompe centrifuge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une rainure dans le disque d'équilibrage (22) est opposée à une rainure dans le contre-élément (28).
- La pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étranglement est disposé en aval d'une cavité (38) située en aval du disque d'équilibrage (22).
- La pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étranglement en aval du moyen d'équilibrage (20) est l'un d'un palier lisse, d'une soupape et d'un conduit ayant une section d'écoulement appropriée.
- Un procédé d'équilibrage d'une poussée axiale d'une pompe centrifuge selon la revendication 1, le procédé comprenant l'étape de :• disposer un étranglement en aval du disque d'équilibrage (22) pour contrôler la quantité de liquide, qui s'écoule par le moyen d'équilibrage (20), et• pourvoir le contre-élément (28) d'une contre-bague (26) ayant la deuxième surface non axiale (52), et/ou• pourvoir le disque d'équilibrage (22) d'une bague annulaire (86) ayant la première surface non axiale (50').
