Claims (10)
- Eine Zentrifugalpumpe, umfassend ein Pumpengehäuse mit einem Einlass (12) und einem Auslass (18), eine Welle (14), die abgedichtet und mit Gleitlagern (40) an dem Pumpengehäuse montiert ist, wobei die Welle (14) in axialer Richtung beweglich ist, mindestens ein Laufrad (16), das auf der Welle (14) zur Drehung mit dieser befestigt ist, und ein Mittel (20) zum Ausgleichen von Axialkräften; wobei das Ausgleichsmittel (20) eine Ausgleichsscheibe (22) umfasst, die auf der Welle (14) zur Drehung mit dieser befestigt ist, und einen Außenumfang aufweist, und ein stationäres Gegenelement (28), das in Verbindung mit dem Pumpengehäuse angeordnet ist; wobei die Ausgleichsscheibe (22) und das Gegenelement (28) einen Ausgleichshohlraum (36) zwischen sich belassen; wobei die Ausgleichsscheibe (22) eine erste nicht-axiale Fläche (50, 50') aufweist, die auf den Außenumfang begrenzt ist, und das Gegenelement (28) eine zweite nicht-axiale Fläche (52) aufweist, wobei sich die erste und die zweite nicht-axiale Fläche (50, 50'; 52) gegenüberliegen und einen dünnen Spalt (36') zwischen sich belassen, wobei mindestens eine der ersten und zweiten nicht-axialen Flächen (50, 50'; 52) mit mindestens einer ringförmigen Nut (54, 64, 74, 84', 84", 94') versehen ist, wobei eine Drosselung stromabwärts der Ausgleichsscheibe (22) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenelement (28) mit einem Gegenring (26) versehen ist, der die zweite nicht-axiale Fläche (52) aufweist und/oder die Ausgleichsscheibe (22) mit einem kranzförmigen Ring (86) versehen ist, der die erste nicht-axiale Fläche (50') aufweist.
- Die Zentrifugalpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der ersten und zweiten nicht-axialen Flächen (50, 50'; 52) mit kreisförmigen Ringen (94) zum Bilden von ringförmigen Nuten (94') zwischen sich versehen ist.
- Die Zentrifugalpumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Nut (54, 64, 74, 84', 84", 94') eine Tiefe aufweist, wobei die Tiefe mindestens das 10-fache derjenigen des dünnen Spalts (36') beträgt.
- Die Zentrifugalpumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Nut (54, 64, 74, 84', 84", 94') eine Abmessung von 1 bis 10 Millimetern in einer Richtung im rechten Winkel zu der ersten und der zweiten nicht-axialen Fläche (50; 52) aufweist.
- Die Zentrifugalpumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Nut (54, 64, 74, 84', 84", 94') eine Abmessung von 1 bis 10 Millimetern in einer Richtung parallel zu der ersten und der zweiten nicht-axialen Fläche (50; 52) aufweist.
- Die Zentrifugalpumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenelement (28) die Rückwand der Zentrifugalpumpe ist.
- Die Zentrifugalpumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Nut in der Ausgleichsscheibe (22) einer Nut in dem Gegenelement (28) gegenüberliegt.
- Die Zentrifugalpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drosselung stromabwärts eines Hohlraums (38) angeordnet ist, der stromabwärts der Ausgleichsscheibe (22) liegt.
- Die Zentrifugalpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drosselung stromabwärts des Ausgleichsmittels (20) eines von einem Gleitlager, einem Ventil und einer Leitung mit einem geeigneten Strömungsquerschnitt ist.
- Ein Verfahren zum Ausgleichen eines Axialschubs einer Zentrifugalpumpe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verfahren den Schritt umfasst von:• Anordnen einer Drosselung stromabwärts der Ausgleichsscheibe (22) zum Steuern der Menge an Flüssigkeit, die über das Ausgleichsmittel (20) austritt, und• Versehen des Gegenelements (28) mit einem Gegenring (26), der die zweite nicht-axiale Fläche (52) aufweist, und/oder• Versehen der Ausgleichsscheibe (22) mit einem kranzförmigen Ring (86), der die erste nicht-axiale Fläche (50') aufweist.
