Claims (12)
- Élément de protection (3) latéral qui peut être appliqué sur une base d'un cylindre (2) d'un manchon (l) pour impression flexographique et étant équipé d'une rainure de registre (7) qui peut être mise en prise par une butée (8) prévue sur un mandrin (6) sur lequel est monté ledit manchon (1), ledit élément de protection (3) latéral et ladite rainure de registre (7) étant réalisés en une seule pièce (9) avec le même type de matériau, ledit élément de protection (3) latéral étant une bague plate (11) formant une partie principale de ladite pièce (9) et comportant une base plate (13) intérieure adjacente à ladite base dudit cylindre (2) et une base plate (14) extérieure opposée à ladite base dudit cylindre (2), lesdites bases plates intérieure et extérieure (13, 14) se présentant sous la forme de couronnes circulaires parallèles l'une à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que ladite rainure de registre (7) dépasse orthogonalement à, et extérieurement de ladite bague plate (11) à partir de ladite base plate (13) intérieure, ladite rainure de registre (7) se prolongeant dans une partie secondaire (12) de ladite pièce (9) logée dans une encoche à forme complémentaire (18) présente en correspondance d'un bord périphérique intérieur de ladite base dudit cylindre (2), ladite base plate (13) intérieure de ladite bague plate (11) correspondant à ladite base dudit cylindre (2).
- Élément de protection (3) latéral selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite base intérieure (13) de ladite bague plate (11) comporte des ouvertures (17) d'allègement de poids fonctionnant aussi comme des réservoirs pour un adhésif servant à joindre ladite pièce (9) à ladite base dudit cylindre (2).
- Manchon (1) pour impression flexographique comprenant un cylindre (2) et un élément de protection (3) latéral selon la revendication 1, appliqués sur une base dudit cylindre (2).
- Manchon (1) pour impression flexographique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce (9) est constituée d'un matériau susceptible d'être imprimé en utilisant une imprimante 3D.
- Manchon (1) pour impression flexographique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie secondaire (12) de ladite pièce (9) surmonte ladite base plate (13) intérieure de ladite bague plate (11).
- Manchon (1) pour impression flexographique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que dans la direction des génératrices axiales de ladite bague plate (11), ladite partie secondaire (12) de ladite pièce (9) possède une dimension supérieure à ladite bague plate (11).
- Manchon (1) pour impression flexographique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'une cloison latérale de ladite partie secondaire (12) de ladite pièce (9) se prolonge sur l'extension des génératrices axiales intérieures de ladite bague plate (11) .
- Manchon (1) pour impression flexographique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3-7, caractérisé en ce que ladite rainure de registre (7) comporte une zone cylindrique (15) pour se mettre en prise avec ladite butée (8) et une zone conique (16) pour un accès guidé de ladite butée (8) dans ladite zone de mise en prise (15).
- Manchon (1) pour impression flexographique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3-8, caractérisé en ce que ladite base plate (13) intérieure de ladite bague plate (11) comporte des ouvertures (17) d'allègement de poids fonctionnant aussi comme des réservoirs pour un adhésif servant à joindre ladite pièce (9) à la base dudit cylindre (2).
- Manchon (1) pour impression flexographique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3-9, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce (9) comporte des éléments graphiques (19) sur ladite base plate (1) extérieure pour personnaliser ledit manchon (1).
- Manchon (1) pour impression flexographique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3-10, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce (9) est jointe à ladite base dudit cylindre (2) par un adhésif.
- Machine pour impression flexographique caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un manchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3-11.
