Da infolge intensiv befahrener Gleise 4 nur kurze Zeitfenster für eine Gleissanierung zur Verfügung stehen, werden in einer hier beispielhaft angeführten Einsatzmöglichkeit die mit den erfindungsgemäßen Schienenbefestigungsmittel 2 verbundenen Schwellen 1 - nach Reinigung des in der Baulücke 15 gelagerten Schotters - wiederum in ihre Ausgangsposition zurück verschoben (s.
Für das genannte Rückverschieben der Schwellen 1 ist es von besonderem Vorteil, wenn zwei benachbarte Schwellen 1 jeweils durch ein vorzugsweise als Kette ausgebildetes Verbindungselement 14 gekoppelt sind. Es muss daher lediglich die an die Baulücke 15 angrenzende Schwelle 1 erfasst und in deren ursprüngliche Position zurück verschoben werden. Da der Rollwiderstand infolge der Rollkörper 10 sehr gering ist, kann diese Verschiebung problemlos durch eine Arbeitskraft händisch ausgeführt werden. Die angrenzenden, durch die Verbindungselemente 14 miteinander verbunden Schwellen 1 der Gruppe werden automatisch in ihre jeweilige ursprüngliche Position mitgezogen. Infolge der auf einen Schwellenabstand bestimmten Länge I jedes Verbindungselementes 14 ist sichergestellt, dass mit der Rückverschiebung der Schwellen 1 automatisch auch der richtige Schwellenabstand vorliegt. - A method for sectional rehabilitation of a track (4) having rails (3), sleepers (1) and original rail fastening means (2), wherein a group of adjacent sleepers (1) is displaced in a longitudinal direction (11) of the rails in such a way that a construction gap (15) results which allows the passage of sleepers (1) and/or unhindered ballast cleaning, characterized in that, for a simplified displacement of the sleepers (1) relative to the two rails (3), the original rail fastening means (2) are removed and alternatively replaced by rail fastening means (2) which are designed to roll on the rail (3) in the longitudinal direction thereof, wherein the rail fastening means (2) consisting of a screw connection (5) for fastening a connecting member (8) to a sleeper (1), the connecting member (8) contacting a rail base (7) of a rail (3) by means of a contact element (6), wherein the contact element (6) of the connecting member (8) is designed as a rolling element (10), rotatable about an axis (9), for rolling on the rail (3) in a longitudinal direction of the rail.
- A method according to claim 1, characterized in that a free end (12) of the connecting member (8), intended for being positioned above the rail base (7), is arranged centrally between two rolling elements (10) provided for rolling on the rail base (7), wherein a clamping device (13) for establishing a force-locking connection between the connecting member (8) and rail base (7) is arranged on the connecting member (8), and wherein the sleeper (1), after displacement thereof, is force-locking connected to the rails (3) by actuation of the clamping device (13).
- A method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, the rail fastening means (2) of a group of sleepers (1), associated in each case with one sleeper (1), are connected to one another by means of a length-adjustable connecting element (14), preferably a chain, wherein a length (I) of the connecting element (14) arranged between adjacent sleepers (1) is configured to correspond to a sleeper distance of the track, wherein for a re-displacement of the sleepers (1), the sleeper (1) adjoining the construction gap (15) is seized and displaced back into its the original position, wherein the adjoining sleepers of the group, connected to one another by the connecting elements (14) are automatically pulled along into their respective original positions.
