Claims (8)
- Porte ou fenêtre coulissante motorisée comprenant :- un châssis fixe (1) ;- un cadre (2) qui coulisse horizontalement par rapport au châssis (1) entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture ;- au moins un chariot (3, 4) associé, en fonctionnement, à une traverse inférieure (2a) du cadre (2) et reposant sur un rail horizontal de base (5) pour permettre le coulissement du cadre (2) à la fois dans les directions d'ouverture et de fermeture ;- des éléments (6) de blocage/déblocage situés sur des tiges fonctionnelles (7) qui coulissent le long d'au moins un montant vertical (2b) du cadre (2) ; les éléments (6) de blocage/déblocage interagissant avec des éléments de gâche (8) correspondants positionnés sur le châssis (1) fixe au moins afin de bloquer/débloquer le cadre (2) entre la position de fermeture et la position d'ouverture et vice versa ;- une unité de commande (9) composée d'une unité cinématique (10) reliée, sur un côté, aux tiges fonctionnelles (7) et, sur l'autre côté, à un élément d'activation (11) pour commander le mouvement de coulissement des tiges (7), dans les deux directions, et permettre les configurations d'ouverture et de fermeture du cadre (2) ; l'unité de commande (9) comprenant un corps (12) en forme de boîte positionné à l'intérieur du montant vertical (2b) du cadre (2) ; le corps (12) en forme de boîte logeant l'unité cinématique (10) reliée, en utilisant un élément d'entraînement (13), aux tiges fonctionnelles (7) et à un élément (11) motorisé par une source d'énergie extérieure, définissant l'unité d'activation reliée à l'unité cinématique (10) pour activer les tiges fonctionnelles (7) par commande externe ;
caractérisée en ce que l'unité cinématique (10) comporte des éléments (14) pour le raccordement/la séparation entre l'élément d'entraînement (13) et l'élément motorisé (11) pour permettre, lorsque cela est nécessaire, un mouvement manuel d'urgence des tiges (7) en utilisant un arbre (15) d'une poignée (16) pouvant être reliée, de l'extérieur, à l'unité d'entraînement (13) à travers une cavité (17) réalisée sur le montant vertical (2b) du cadre (2) ; les éléments de raccordement/séparation (14) étant mobiles entre une position raccordée entre l'unité d'entraînement (13) et l'élément motorisé (11), et une position séparée entre l'élément d'entraînement (13) et l'élément motorisé (11) qui peut être activé, en fonctionnement, en correspondance de l'entrée de l'arbre (15) de la poignée (16). - Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'unité cinématique (10) comprend au moins une première roue dentée (18) pour le transfert de mouvement entre l'élément motorisé (11) et l'élément d'entraînement (13) et solidaire en rotation à l'intérieur du corps (12) en forme de boîte ; la première roue dentée (18) étant reliée en rotation à l'élément d'entraînement (13) en utilisant les éléments de raccordement / séparation (14).
- Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1 et 2, dans laquelle l'élément d'entraînement (13) comprend une bague (19) coaxialement couplée à l'intérieur de la première roue dentée (18) et solidaire en rotation par rapport à la première roue dentée (18) par les éléments de raccordement / séparation (14) ; la bague (19) comportant un siège (20) pour loger l'arbre (15) de la poignée (16) et un levier (21) dépassant radialement de la bague (19) et positionné dans un plan parallèle à la première roue dentée (18); le levier (21) étant articulé, en son extrémité libre, à l'extrémité d'un bras (22) relié aux tiges fonctionnelles (7) et mobile le long du plan parallèle à la première roue dentée (18) .
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, dans laquelle les éléments de raccordement / séparation (14) comprennent au moins deux groupes de cheville (23, 23a) chacun positionné de façon coulissante dans des sièges radiaux (24, 25) réalisés tous les deux sur la première roue dentée (18) et sur la bague (19) et positionnés de façon coaxiale réciproquement en correspondance de la position de raccordement entre la première roue dentée (18) et les éléments d'entraînement (13) ; entre chaque groupe de cheville (23, 23a) et la première roue dentée (18) se trouvent des moyens élastiques (26) pouvant maintenir chaque groupe de cheville (23, 23a) dans la position de raccordement entre la bague (19) et la première roue dentée (18), et pour au moins permettre le retrait du groupe de cheville (23, 23a) correspondant à l'entrée de l'arbre (15) de la poignée (16) de manière à libérer la bague (19) de la première roue dentée (18).
- Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle les éléments de raccordement / séparation (14) comprend au moins quatre groupes de cheville (23, 23a) étant réciproquement équidistants et logés dans des sièges (24, 25) correspondants présentés par la première roue dentée (18) et la bague (19) ; chaque groupe de cheville (23, 23a) comportant un élément élastique (26) correspondant.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, dans laquelle chaque groupe de cheville comprend :- une première cheville (23) logée de façon coulissante dans un siège (24) correspondant de la première roue dentée (18) et comportant une base inférieure (23c) de contact avec l'élément élastique (26) correspondant ; la première cheville (23) comportant un sommet (23d) en partie logé dans le siège (25) de la bague (19) en correspondance de la position de raccordement entre la première roue dentée (18) et les éléments d'entraînement (13) ;- une seconde cheville (23a) logée de façon coulissante dans un siège (25) correspondant de la bague (19) ; la seconde cheville (23a) comportant un sommet (23e) dépassant du siège (25) de la bague (19) et une base inférieure (23f) en contact avec le sommet (23d) de la première cheville (23) de manière à pousser radialement la première cheville (23) en correspondance d'une position de séparation entre l'élément d'entraînement (13) et l'élément motorisé (11) pouvant être activé, en fonctionnement, à l'entrée de l'arbre (15) de la poignée (16).
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 2 à 6, dans laquelle l'élément motorisé (11), logé dans le corps (12) en forme de boîte, comporte un arbre d'entraînement (27) tournant autour de son propre axe longitudinal, et équipé d'une vis sans fin (28) se mettant en prise avec une seconde roue dentée (29) étant raccordée en rotation à l'intérieur du corps (12) en forme de boîte ; la seconde roue dentée (29) se mettant en prise avec une troisième roue dentée (30) folle, logée à l'intérieur du corps (12) en forme de boîte, et se mettant en prise à son tour avec la première roue dentée (18) pour permettre le passage du mouvement.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le corps (11) en forme de boîte est fixé à l'intérieur du montant vertical (2b) du cadre mobile (2) ; le corps (12) en forme de boîte comportant une rainure antérieure de laquelle dépassent au moins deux éléments (31) pour s'accoupler aux tiges fonctionnelles (7) ; les éléments d'accouplement (31) étant reliés aux éléments d'entraînement (13).
