Claims (8)

  1. Motorisch angetriebene/s Schiebetür oder -fenster, umfassend:
    - einen festen Rahmen (1);
    - einen Flügel (2), der horizontal relativ zum Rahmen (1) zwischen einer geöffneten Position und einer geschlossenen Position verschoben wird;
    - mindestens einen Laufwagen (3, 4), der in Verwendung an einem unteren Querstück (2a) des Flügels (2) assoziiert ist und auf einer horizontalen Basisführung (5) ruht, um das Verschieben des Flügels (2) sowohl in Öffnungs- als auch in Schließrichtung zu erlauben;
    - Verriegelungs-/Entriegelungselemente (6), die an Betätigungsstangen (7) befindlich sind, die entlang mindestens eines vertikalen Pfostens (2b) des Flügels (2) verschoben werden, wobei die Verriegelungs-/Entriegelungselemente (6) mit entsprechenden Schließelementen (8) interagieren, die am Rahmen (1) positioniert sind, fixiert mindestens, um den Flügel (2) zwischen der geschlossenen und der geöffneten Position und umgekehrt zu verriegeln/zu entriegeln;
    - eine Steuereinheit (9), bestehend aus einer kinematischen Einheit (10), die auf einer Seite mit den Betätigungsstangen (7) und auf der anderen mit einem Aktivierungselement (11) verbunden ist, um die Schiebebewegung der Stangen (7) in beiden Richtungen zu steuern und die Konfigurationen zum Öffnen und Schließen des Flügels (2) zu erlauben, wobei die Steuereinheit (9) einen kastenförmigen Körper (12) umfasst, der im vertikalen Pfosten (2b) des Flügels (2) positioniert ist, wobei der kastenförmige Körper (12) die kinematische Einheit (10) aufnimmt, die mittels eines Antriebselements (13) mit den Betätigungsstangen (7) und einem Element (11) verbunden ist, das motorisch von einer Quelle einer außenseitigen Energie angetrieben wird, definierend die Aktivierungseinheit, die mit der kinematischen Einheit (10) verbunden ist, um die Betätigungsstangen (7) durch externe Bedienung zu aktivieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kinematische Einheit (10) Elemente (14) für die Verbindung/Trennung zwischen dem Antriebselement (13) und dem motorisch angetriebenen Element (11) aufweist, um bei Bedarf eine manuelle Notbewegung der Stangen (7) mittels einer Welle (15) eines Handgriffs (16) zu erlauben, verbindbar von der Außenseite mit der Antriebseinheit (13) durch einen Hohlraum (17), der am vertikalen Pfosten (2b) des Flügels (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Verbindungs- und Trennelemente (14) zwischen einer verbundenen Position zwischen der Antriebseinheit (13) und dem motorisch angetriebenen Element (11) und einer getrennten Position zwischen dem Antriebselement (13) und dem motorisch angetriebenen Element (11), das in Verwendung am Einlass der Welle (15) des Handgriffs (16) aktiviert werden kann, bewegbar sind.
  2. Tür oder Fenster nach Anspruch 1, wobei die kinematische Einheit (10) mindestens ein erstes Getrieberad (18) umfasst, um die Bewegung zwischen dem motorisch angetriebenen Element (11) und dem Antriebselement (13) zu übertragen und drehbar im kastenförmigen Körper (12) befestigt, wobei das erste Getrieberad (18) drehbar mit dem Antriebselement (13) unter Nutzung der Verbindungs- und Trennelemente (14) drehbar ist.
  3. Tür oder Fenster nach Anspruch 1 und 2, wobei das Antriebselement (13) eine Buchse (19) umfasst, die koaxial im ersten Getrieberad (18) gekuppelt ist und fest verbunden mit dem ersten Getrieberad (18) durch die Verbindungs- und Trennelemente (14) drehbar ist, wobei die Buchse (19) einen Sitz (20) zur Aufnahme der Welle (15) des Handgriffs (16) und einen Hebel (21) aufweist, der radial aus der Buchse (19) hervorsteht und in einer Ebene positioniert ist, die parallel zum ersten Getrieberad (18) angeordnet ist, wobei der Hebel (21) an seinem freien Ende gelenkig mit dem Ende eines Arms (22) verbunden ist, verbunden mit den Betätigungsstangen (7) und bewegbar entlang der Ebene, die parallel zum ersten Getrieberad (18) angeordnet ist.
  4. Tür oder Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, wobei die Verbindungs- und Trennelemente (14) mindestens zwei Zapfeneinheiten (23, 23a) umfassen, die jeweils verschiebbar in radialen Sitzen (24, 25) positioniert sind, die beide am ersten Getrieberad (18) und an der Buchse (19) ausgebildet und koaxial zueinander an der Verbindungsposition zwischen dem ersten Getrieberad (18) und Antriebselementen (13) positioniert sind, wobei zwischen einer jeden Zapfeneinheit (23, 23a) und dem ersten Getrieberad (18) elastische Mittel (26) bereitgestellt sind, die in der Lage sind, eine jede Zapfeneinheit (23, 23a) in der verbundenen Position zwischen der Buchse (19) und dem ersten Getrieberad (18) zu halten und mindestens das Einziehen der entsprechenden Zapfeneinheit (23, 23a) am Einlass der Welle (15) des Handgriffs (16) zu erlauben, sodass die Buchse (19) vom ersten Getrieberad (18) gelöst wird.
  5. Tür oder Fenster nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Verbindungs- und Trennelemente (14) mindestens vier Zapfeneinheiten (23, 23a) umfassen, die gleichabständig voneinander sind und in entsprechenden Sitzen (24, 25) untergebracht sind, die vom ersten Getrieberad (18) und der Buchse (19) bereitgestellt sind, wobei eine jede Zapfeneinheit (23, 23a) ein entsprechendes elastisches Element (26) aufweist.
  6. Tür oder Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, wobei eine jede Zapfeneinheit Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen ersten Zapfen (23), der verschiebbar in einem entsprechenden Sitz (24) des ersten Getrieberads (18) untergebracht ist und aufweisend eine untere Kontaktbasis (23c) mit dem entsprechenden elastischen Element (26), wobei der erste Zapfen (23) eine Oberseite (23d) aufweist, die teilweise im Sitz (25) der Buchse (19) an der Verbindungsposition zwischen dem ersten Getrieberad (18) und Antriebselementen (13) untergebracht ist;
    - einen zweiten Zapfen (23a), der verschiebbar in einem entsprechenden Sitz (25) der Buchse (19) untergebracht ist, wobei der zweite Zapfen (23a) eine Oberseite (23e) aufweist, die aus dem Sitz (25) der Buchse (19) hervorsteht, und eine untere Kontaktbasis (23f) mit der Oberseite (23d) des ersten Zapfens (23), sodass der erste Zapfen (23) radial in eine Trennposition zwischen dem Antriebselement (13) und dem motorisch angetriebenen Element (11) gedrückt wird, das in Verwendung am Einlass der Welle (15) des Handgriffs (16) aktiviert werden kann.
  7. Tür oder Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, wobei das motorisch angetriebene Element (11), das im kastenförmigen Körper (12) untergebracht ist, eine Antriebswelle (27) aufweist, die sich um ihre eigene Längsachse dreht, und ausgestattet mit einer Schneckenschraube (28), die im Eingriff an einem zweiten Getrieberad (29) ist, das drehbar im kastenförmigen Körper (12) verbunden ist, wobei das zweite Getrieberad (29) im Eingriff an einem dritten frei laufenden Getrieberad (30) ist, das im kastenförmigen Körper (12) untergebracht und wiederum im Eingriff mit dem ersten Getrieberad (18) ist, um die Bewegungsübertragung zu erlauben.
  8. Tür oder Fenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der kastenförmige Körper (11) im vertikalen Pfosten (2b) des Gehflügels (2) fixiert ist, wobei der kastenförmigen Körper (12) eine frontseitige Nut aufweist, von der mindestens zwei Elementen (31) hervorstehen, um die Betätigungsstangen (7) zu kuppeln, wobei die Kupplungselemente (31) mit den Antriebselementen (13) verbunden sind.
