Definitions
- the invention relates to a collecting device for resulting in a cleaning of facades cleaning fluid and a system with such a collecting device.
- From the DE 40 29 757 A1 is a collecting device known for cleaning fluid, which is obtained during the cleaning of building facades.
- foils are designed between the building wall and horizontal scaffolding poles to form a collecting tray.
- a collecting mat used by the applicant is known, one longitudinal edge of which is bent open and applied to the building facade, and whose opposite longitudinal edge is bent to a guide surface by means of clamps arranged on the outside. Furthermore, in this device a Flachsaugmatte used to suck the resulting liquid.
- a description of this collection mat can be found in the utility model AT 15 000 U2 , which is incorporated by reference in its entirety in the present application.
- the collecting device for collecting cleaning liquid accumulating during the cleaning of facades contains a collecting mat as an essential element.
- the term "mat" indicates that the collection mat is typically a flat, flexible, sheet or strip-shaped element with two opposite longitudinal edges, the mat being impermeable to the cleaning liquid to be collected.
- the one longitudinal edge of the collecting mat is bent or bent to bear on a facade, while the other longitudinal edge is bent or bended to a guide surface for collected cleaning liquid.
- the collecting mat thus forms a channel that catches at the foot of a building wall from the wall down flowing cleaning fluid.
- the collecting device described above is characterized in that it comprises a pulling means which can exert an inwardly directed (i.e., towards the center of the mat) tensile force on the guide surface.
- a pulling means which can exert an inwardly directed (i.e., towards the center of the mat) tensile force on the guide surface.
- the use of the traction means has various advantages. This eliminates interfering outwardly projecting elements (brackets) and a strong buckling load of the collecting mat. Furthermore, the traction means may be constructed of corrosion resistant materials, while staples generally must contain steel springs which will rust over time.
- a plurality of traction means are distributed along the longitudinal extent of the collecting mat at suitable intervals, in order to deflect the guide surface uniformly and reliably.
- the traction means may comprise a flexible cable, a flexible band, a rod and / or a chain.
- a traction device can wrap around the entire collecting mat as an annular band or rope and thus bend to a gutter, without being firmly connected to the collecting mat at a certain point.
- At least one end of the traction means is connected to the collecting mat or a point of the collecting mat (tensile strength).
- This connection can be permanently formed, e.g. by gluing, by welding, by knots, by sewing or the like.
- the connection can also be reversible, so that the traction means can be connected by a user in a simple manner (typically without tools) to the collection mat or can be detached again therefrom.
- loosening the traction means of the collecting mat can be taken care of relaxation, so that the collecting mat take a flat shape and can be easily transported. Only when the releasable end of the traction means is connected to the point provided for this purpose the collecting mat, it comes to the exercise of traction and thus to bending the guide surface.
- the traction means is connected at both ends to the collecting mat (detachable or rigid). One end is usually attached to the guide surface and the other end away from it, preferably with a central part of the collecting mat.
- both ends of the pulling means are releasably connected to the collecting mat.
- one end of the traction means is releasable and the other permanently connected to the collecting mat.
- both ends of the traction means can be firmly connected to the collecting mat.
- the collecting mat will be permanently in a bent-up state of the guide surface.
- such a traction means may also be variable in length, for example in the manner of a belt and / or forming a loop, so that the collection mat can be changed between a more or less flat and a bent state by setting a corresponding length.
- the traction means may also consist of at least two parts which can be connected to each other, wherein the non-free ends of these parts are firmly connected to the collecting mat. The free ends can then be connected to one another, for example, by means of Velcro fasteners, hooks and eyes, a knot or the like, so that the guide surface can easily be bent up by making this connection.
- the releasable connection of one end of the traction device with the collecting mat can be made for example via a hook and loop fastener, whereby corresponding complementary components of the hook-and-loop fastener are arranged at the associated end of the traction device on the one hand and at the intended attachment point of the collecting mat on the other hand.
- the traction means can be connected via a button with the collecting mat.
- a button with the collecting mat.
- This may, for example, be a push button of the type known from the prior art.
- the knob may also be formed by a thickening (e.g., bullet, disk, or rod) at the end of the traction means which is to be passed through an associated slot or hole in the trapping mat.
- a button on the collecting mat and the slot or the hole can be provided on the traction means vice versa.
- the collecting device is further optionally characterized in that the collecting mat has at least in places an abrasion-resistant surface.
- the outer surface in use may be abrasion-resistant or the entire surface of the collecting mat.
- the entire collection mat can be abrasion resistant throughout.
- Known collecting mats consist of a black rubber material, which proves to be in practice not tamperproof. Therefore, it may happen that after use of the collecting mat on the ground or on a facade contamination by abraded material occur. These problems are avoided by the collecting mat has an at least locally abrasion resistant surface as described above.
- the surface of the collecting mat may consist in the abrasion-resistant region in particular of one of the following materials or contain: styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), chloroprene rubber (CR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and / or materials with at least as high abrasion resistance as the examples mentioned ,
- SBR styrene-butadiene rubber
- CR chloroprene rubber
- NBR nitrile rubber
- the abrasion resistance can also be achieved by packing a conventional mat in a wrap, e.g. a plastic bag.
- the described system has the advantage that the hose for discharging cleaning liquid is connected or fixed at a point above the guide surface. Unlike known devices in which a Flachsaugmatte is used to aspirate cleaning fluid, thus the hose does not load the guide surface and does not press down.
- suction element which can be used as a separate element or as part of the system described above.
- the suction chamber to the environment is preferably surrounded by a retaining device, which prevents the entry of larger solid foreign matter.
- the retaining device can be present in particular in the form of a sieve or a filter.
- the hole size of the screen or filter should be selected according to the size of the foreign matter to be retained. Typically, the hole size is less than about 10 mm, or less than about 5 mm, or less than about 1 mm, or less than about 500 ⁇ m, or less than about 400 ⁇ m, or less than about 300 ⁇ m , about 200 microns. Furthermore, the hole size is preferably larger than about 100 ⁇ m or as one of the abovementioned numerical values for preferred maximum hole sizes.
- the retaining device prevents problematic foreign body can get into the suction chamber and thus located in the downstream components of the suction.
- it may also be sufficient to prevent the passage of foreign bodies from the suction chamber into the transition line.
- a restraint device additionally or alternatively also at any point in Transition line may be provided, preferably at the connection to the suction chamber.
- the suction chamber may preferably be formed in the volume between legs of the suction element.
- the suction element will generally have a compact shape such as a cuboid and / or a circular cylinder, with three or more legs distributed along the periphery of the bottom of the suction to carry the body of the suction at a predetermined distance to the ground. The distance between the substrate and the body of the suction element generated by the legs then forms at least a part of the suction chamber into which liquid to be pumped can enter from the environment.
- the liquid outlet of the suction element is preferably arranged at a distance above the suction chamber in the operating state, this distance optionally being more than 10 cm, or more than 20 cm, or more than 30 cm, or more than 50 cm. This has the advantage that at the liquid outlet usually attached hoses or pipes are spaced from the ground, so they do not lie in the liquid to be pumped and, above all, can not depress the edges of a collecting mat located there.
- the fill level probe of the suction element can be configured to detect the exceeding of a first fill level. This can be used to control an assigned pump level.
- the filling level probe is additionally set up to detect a second fill level, which is lower than the first fill level.
- a pump can then be switched off when the first fill level is exceeded and falls below the second fill level again, which prevents unwanted emptying of the pump.
- the filling level probe is adapted to detect a third level, which is preferably lower than the second level.
- the third level can for example, correspond to a level at which a pump should not be turned on - not even manually - should.
- the undershooting of the third level can be displayed to the user, so that it is warned before switching on the pump, or the switching on of the pump can be actively suppressed even by a controller.
- the collecting device and the suction element complement each other in an advantageous manner to a system for collecting and subsequent discharge of cleaning liquid.
- the described system comprises at least one pump for pumping liquid from the suction element.
- This can optionally be integrated into the suction or be located at an external location in the connected to the suction line.
- the system may include a controller for controlling the pump in response to the signal of the level probe.
- the controller can be constructed in various ways, for example in the form of a mechanism. Typically, however, the controller will be implemented electrically or electronically using analog hardware and / or digital hardware with appropriate control software.
- the controller is preferably adapted to the pump when a first predetermined level is exceeded turn on and off again when falling below a second predetermined level, the second level is lower than the first level. In this way, a regulation of the level in the vicinity of the suction element can be achieved within a predetermined filling interval. Switching off the pump when falling below a second level ensures that the pump does not run dry, which would lead to malfunctions.
- a receiving device can in the system, in particular a collecting device according to the DE10 2017 115 151 used, which was explained in detail in the first part of the application.
- FIG. 1 is shown in a schematic side view or a cross section of a system for collecting facade cleaning liquid, which contains a collecting device 1 with a collecting mat 10 and a suction element 20.
- the collecting mat 10 consists of a web or strip-shaped flexible material having a first longitudinal edge 11, a median strip 12, and a second longitudinal edge 13.
- the collecting mat 10 is positioned so that the first longitudinal edge 11 is bent upwards and thus applied to the facade or the base of a wall W to be cleaned.
- the transition between the wall and the longitudinal edge 11 by a grout (not shown) are sealed, which is dissolved time-delayed in operation by the cleaning agent.
- the outer longitudinal edge 13 of the collecting mat 10 In order to form a longitudinal channel for collecting along the wall W down running cleaning liquid, the outer longitudinal edge 13 of the collecting mat 10 must also be bent upwards to a guide surface. This bending is done by one or more along the longitudinal direction distributed traction means 15, through which an inwardly (ie to the right in FIG. 1 ) directed tensile force F can be exerted on the guide surface 13.
- the traction means is a flexible band or rope 15, which on the one hand with a first end to a first coupling point 16 on the guide surface 13 and on the other hand with a second end to a second coupling point 17 on the first longitudinal edge 11 or - preferably - on the median strip 12 attached.
- a flexible traction device could also be used on rigid element such as a rod.
- the traction means 15 may optionally be permanently connected to the collecting mat 10 with its two ends in coupling points 16 and 17.
- the traction means in order to be able to reverse the bending of the guide surface 13, can be variable in length and / or consist of two parts which can be connected to one another (for example hooked).
- the traction means 15 is detachably connected to the collecting mat 10 at at least one end, for example at the coupling point 16 to the guide surface 13.
- FIG. 1 further shows as a second component of the system, a suction element 20, via which the cleaning liquid collecting in the collecting mat 10 can be pumped out.
- the suction element 20 may itself contain an active pump, or such a pump may be located at the other end of the pump Suction hose 23 may be arranged.
- the illustrated suction element 20 further has a suction body 21, which lies at the lowest point and provides openings there for receiving the cleaning liquid. This is then guided within the suction element 20 to a Anschlußstutzten 22, to which the aforementioned tube 23 is connected.
- the connection piece 22 is advantageously arranged at a vertical height above the upper edge of the guide surface 13, so that the hose 23 connected there does not touch the guide surface as much as possible or at least does not load and depress it with a high weight.
- FIG. 2 schematically shows a cross section through a first embodiment of a detachable coupling point 16a between the traction means 15 and the guide surface 13.
- the traction means is formed by a cable 15, at the end of which a knob or toggle 15a is located.
- the guide surface 13 has a slot 13a (or a hole) through which the toggle 15a can be inserted by a user, with the toggle 15a laying transversely on the back of the slot 13a and thus not easily sliding back again.
- An inwardly directed force F can then be exerted on the guide surface 13 via the traction means 15 in order to bend it upward as desired.
- the toggle 15a may also be mounted in a positionally variable manner on the traction means 15, for example in the form of a clamp.
- the traction means 15 can be more or less pulled outwardly as required by the hole 13 a and then fixed.
- FIG. 3 shows an alternative embodiment of a coupling point 16b, in which at the end of the traction means 15 and at the upper outer edge of the guide surface 13, the complementary components 13b, 15b of a hook and loop fastener.
- the end of the traction means 15 can therefore be fixed in a simple manner to the burettes 13 b of the collecting mat.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 show a second embodiment of a system according to the invention, wherein the collecting device 1 with the Collection mat 10 is substantially similar to the first embodiment ( FIGS. 1 to 3 ) and will therefore not be explained in detail below.
- the suction element 20 preferably has a compact, stable shape, such as the illustrated shape of a cuboid or block. His body may for example be made in one piece of a waterproof material. In particular, it can be made by milling from a plastic block.
- the suction element 20 At the bottom of the suction element 20 are three, four or more legs 21, which hold the body of the suction at a certain distance (typically 1 to 5 cm) from the ground. Between the legs 21, a suction chamber 24 is thus formed. As seen from the sectional view of FIG. 5 can be seen, this typically also extends a little further into the interior of the suction. There, it usually narrows to a transition line 27, which leads to a liquid outlet 22 at the top of the suction element 20. At this outlet, as in the first embodiment, a hose 23 may be connected, which in turn leads to an external pump P. As already explained, the liquid outlet 22 is at a distance from the substrate above the edges of the collecting mat 10, so that the connected tube 23 does not rest on these edges and can not press them down.
- the suction chamber 24 is preferably surrounded by a sieve 25.
- the screen 25 may extend as shown along the bottom of the suction element 20 and a distance along the vertical height around its side walls. Such an arrangement of the screen has the advantage that it can be easily cleaned and / or removed. Additionally or alternatively, for example, at the beginning or at the end the internal transition line 27 may be provided a suitable retaining device.
- the hole size of the screen 25 may be, for example, in a range of about 400 microns.
- the screen 25 may preferably be made of stainless steel or another corrosion resistant material.
- the suction element 20 is further equipped with a level probe 26, via which the liquid level in the suction chamber can be detected.
- a level probe 26 may include a single sensor that can detect exceeding a single level level.
- the level probe 26 includes two or three (or more) individual sensors arranged at different heights for detection of different liquid levels. In the example shown, it is e.g. to a three-point probe, with which a first, highest level a, a second, middle level b, and a third, lowest level c can be detected.
- the signals emitted by the level probe 26 indicate whether the liquid level is above the level of sensor c, b and / or a, so that a total of four liquid levels can be distinguished (from "lower than c" to "higher than a").
- the signals emitted by the filling level probe 26 can be forwarded to an external (alternatively internal) regulator R, which uses it to control the pump P.
- the pump P can be switched on when an exceeding of the first, highest fill level a is detected, and switched off again when a subsequent undershooting of the second, middle fill level b is detected. Dry running of the pump P can thus be prevented.

Description
The invention relates to a collecting device for resulting in a cleaning of facades cleaning fluid and a system with such a collecting device.
Against this background, it was an object of the present invention to provide a catcher for facade cleaning fluid with improved application properties.
This object is achieved by a collecting device with the features of
The collecting device according to the invention for collecting cleaning liquid accumulating during the cleaning of facades contains a collecting mat as an essential element. The term "mat" indicates that the collection mat is typically a flat, flexible, sheet or strip-shaped element with two opposite longitudinal edges, the mat being impermeable to the cleaning liquid to be collected. The one longitudinal edge of the collecting mat is bent or bent to bear on a facade, while the other longitudinal edge is bent or bended to a guide surface for collected cleaning liquid. In use, the collecting mat thus forms a channel that catches at the foot of a building wall from the wall down flowing cleaning fluid.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, the collecting device described above is characterized in that it comprises a pulling means which can exert an inwardly directed (i.e., towards the center of the mat) tensile force on the guide surface. By this tensile force, the second longitudinal edge of the collecting mat can thus be bent up to the guide surface.
Typically, a plurality of traction means are distributed along the longitudinal extent of the collecting mat at suitable intervals, in order to deflect the guide surface uniformly and reliably.
For the concrete training of the traction means there are various possibilities. In particular, the traction means may comprise a flexible cable, a flexible band, a rod and / or a chain.
There are also various possibilities for connecting the traction means to the collecting mat. For example, a traction device can wrap around the entire collecting mat as an annular band or rope and thus bend to a gutter, without being firmly connected to the collecting mat at a certain point.
According to another embodiment, at least one end of the traction means is connected to the collecting mat or a point of the collecting mat (tensile strength). This connection can be permanently formed, e.g. by gluing, by welding, by knots, by sewing or the like. Alternatively, the connection can also be reversible, so that the traction means can be connected by a user in a simple manner (typically without tools) to the collection mat or can be detached again therefrom. By loosening the traction means of the collecting mat can be taken care of relaxation, so that the collecting mat take a flat shape and can be easily transported. Only when the releasable end of the traction means is connected to the point provided for this purpose the collecting mat, it comes to the exercise of traction and thus to bending the guide surface.
Typically, the traction means is connected at both ends to the collecting mat (detachable or rigid). One end is usually attached to the guide surface and the other end away from it, preferably with a central part of the collecting mat.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, both ends of the pulling means are releasably connected to the collecting mat. In another embodiment, one end of the traction means is releasable and the other permanently connected to the collecting mat. An advantage of the second embodiment is that the traction means can not be accidentally lost.
In a further embodiment, both ends of the traction means can be firmly connected to the collecting mat. In the simplest case, then the collecting mat will be permanently in a bent-up state of the guide surface. Alternatively, however, such a traction means may also be variable in length, for example in the manner of a belt and / or forming a loop, so that the collection mat can be changed between a more or less flat and a bent state by setting a corresponding length. Furthermore, the traction means may also consist of at least two parts which can be connected to each other, wherein the non-free ends of these parts are firmly connected to the collecting mat. The free ends can then be connected to one another, for example, by means of Velcro fasteners, hooks and eyes, a knot or the like, so that the guide surface can easily be bent up by making this connection.
The releasable connection of one end of the traction device with the collecting mat can be made for example via a hook and loop fastener, whereby corresponding complementary components of the hook-and-loop fastener are arranged at the associated end of the traction device on the one hand and at the intended attachment point of the collecting mat on the other hand.
In another embodiment of the detachable connection, the traction means can be connected via a button with the collecting mat. This may, for example, be a push button of the type known from the prior art. Further, the knob may also be formed by a thickening (e.g., bullet, disk, or rod) at the end of the traction means which is to be passed through an associated slot or hole in the trapping mat. Of course, a button on the collecting mat and the slot or the hole can be provided on the traction means vice versa.
The collecting device is further optionally characterized in that the collecting mat has at least in places an abrasion-resistant surface. In particular, the outer surface in use may be abrasion-resistant or the entire surface of the collecting mat. Furthermore Not only the surface, but the entire collection mat can be abrasion resistant throughout.
Known collecting mats consist of a black rubber material, which proves to be in practice not tamperproof. Therefore, it may happen that after use of the collecting mat on the ground or on a facade contamination by abraded material occur. These problems are avoided by the collecting mat has an at least locally abrasion resistant surface as described above.
The surface of the collecting mat may consist in the abrasion-resistant region in particular of one of the following materials or contain: styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), chloroprene rubber (CR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and / or materials with at least as high abrasion resistance as the examples mentioned ,
Furthermore, the abrasion resistance can also be achieved by packing a conventional mat in a wrap, e.g. a plastic bag.
- A collecting device for collecting the cleaning liquid, with a collecting mat whose one longitudinal edge is bent or bent to bear against a facade and whose other longitudinal edge is bent or bended to a guide surface for cleaning fluid. In particular, this may be a collecting device according to one of the embodiments described above.
- A suction for sucking in the collecting mat collecting cleaning liquid, which can be placed on the collecting mat intake and a connection piece for a hose has, wherein the connecting piece in the operating condition of the system is vertically above the guide surface of the collecting mat.
The described system has the advantage that the hose for discharging cleaning liquid is connected or fixed at a point above the guide surface. Unlike known devices in which a Flachsaugmatte is used to aspirate cleaning fluid, thus the hose does not load the guide surface and does not press down.
In the following, a suction element is described which can be used as a separate element or as part of the system described above.
- A during operation at the bottom or bottom side of the suction arranged void or cavity, which forms a suction chamber into which the liquid to be pumped can enter from the environment. In other words, the suction chamber will fill up with the liquid to be pumped when the suction is turned off in a liquid volume of sufficient height.
- A liquid outlet through which discharged liquid is discharged. Typically, the liquid outlet is adapted to connect a hose or pipe thereto, via which the liquid can be directed to a destination.
- A functionally arranged between the suction chamber and the liquid outlet transition line through which liquid from the suction chamber to the liquid outlet can be promoted.
- A level probe, which is adapted to measure the liquid level in the suction chamber. Such a measurement may consist in the simplest case of the detection of a single, predetermined level height. In further developed embodiments, it is also possible to output a signal which continuously reflects the filling level in a specific measuring interval.
By using a level detecting suction element, the idling of a connected pump can be prevented, which always leads to an accident in the devices used in practice. In this way, a higher reliability is achieved.
Especially when pumping facade cleaning fluid, the problem arises that the liquid contains numerous foreign bodies such as leaves, paint residues, cleaning debris and the like, which can block lines and / or a pump. To prevent this, the suction chamber to the environment is preferably surrounded by a retaining device, which prevents the entry of larger solid foreign matter. The retaining device can be present in particular in the form of a sieve or a filter. The hole size of the screen or filter should be selected according to the size of the foreign matter to be retained. Typically, the hole size is less than about 10 mm, or less than about 5 mm, or less than about 1 mm, or less than about 500 μm, or less than about 400 μm, or less than about 300 μm , about 200 microns. Furthermore, the hole size is preferably larger than about 100 μm or as one of the abovementioned numerical values for preferred maximum hole sizes.
By the retaining device prevents problematic foreign body can get into the suction chamber and thus located in the downstream components of the suction. To protect narrow lines and / or a pump, it may also be sufficient to prevent the passage of foreign bodies from the suction chamber into the transition line. In this case, a restraint device additionally or alternatively also at any point in Transition line may be provided, preferably at the connection to the suction chamber.
The suction chamber may preferably be formed in the volume between legs of the suction element. The suction element will generally have a compact shape such as a cuboid and / or a circular cylinder, with three or more legs distributed along the periphery of the bottom of the suction to carry the body of the suction at a predetermined distance to the ground. The distance between the substrate and the body of the suction element generated by the legs then forms at least a part of the suction chamber into which liquid to be pumped can enter from the environment.
The liquid outlet of the suction element is preferably arranged at a distance above the suction chamber in the operating state, this distance optionally being more than 10 cm, or more than 20 cm, or more than 30 cm, or more than 50 cm. This has the advantage that at the liquid outlet usually attached hoses or pipes are spaced from the ground, so they do not lie in the liquid to be pumped and, above all, can not depress the edges of a collecting mat located there.
The fill level probe of the suction element can be configured to detect the exceeding of a first fill level. This can be used to control an assigned pump level.
According to one development of this embodiment, the filling level probe is additionally set up to detect a second fill level, which is lower than the first fill level. A pump can then be switched off when the first fill level is exceeded and falls below the second fill level again, which prevents unwanted emptying of the pump.
According to one embodiment of the embodiment described above, the filling level probe is adapted to detect a third level, which is preferably lower than the second level. The third level can for example, correspond to a level at which a pump should not be turned on - not even manually - should. The undershooting of the third level can be displayed to the user, so that it is warned before switching on the pump, or the switching on of the pump can be actively suppressed even by a controller.
- A collecting device for collecting the cleaning liquid, with a collecting mat whose one longitudinal edge is bent or bent to bear against a facade and whose other longitudinal edge is bent or bended to a guide surface for cleaning fluid.
- A suction element according to one of the embodiments described above.
The collecting device and the suction element complement each other in an advantageous manner to a system for collecting and subsequent discharge of cleaning liquid.
Typically, the described system comprises at least one pump for pumping liquid from the suction element. This can optionally be integrated into the suction or be located at an external location in the connected to the suction line.
According to one embodiment of the preceding embodiment, the system may include a controller for controlling the pump in response to the signal of the level probe. The controller can be constructed in various ways, for example in the form of a mechanism. Typically, however, the controller will be implemented electrically or electronically using analog hardware and / or digital hardware with appropriate control software.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the controller is preferably adapted to the pump when a first predetermined level is exceeded turn on and off again when falling below a second predetermined level, the second level is lower than the first level. In this way, a regulation of the level in the vicinity of the suction element can be achieved within a predetermined filling interval. Switching off the pump when falling below a second level ensures that the pump does not run dry, which would lead to malfunctions.

The collecting
In the example shown, the traction means is a flexible band or
The traction means 15 may optionally be permanently connected to the collecting

Rather, the difference of the second embodiment lies in the
In order to prevent the suction of disturbing solid particles (eg leaves, paint or cleaning residues), the
The signals emitted by the
