Figur 1 zeigt eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Kaugummientsorgungsvorrichtung in perspektivischer Ansicht. Es besteht aus einem im Wesentlichen quaderförmigen Einschubfach, welches in eine dazu komplementäre Einschuböffnung im unteren Teil des Korpus 11 einschiebbar und dort abschließbar ist. Das Behältnis 13 ist nach oben offen und steht vorderseitig über die Vorderseite 12 des Korpus hinaus, um evtl. an der Vorderseite anhaftende und von dort herunterfallende Kaugummis ebenfalls auffangen zu können. Oberseitig wird der Korpus durch eine schräge Abdeckplatte 111 mit vorstehendem Regenschutz 1110 verschlossen. Der Regenschutz ragt zumindest soweit über Vorderseite 12 vor, wie das Behältnis 13, so dass dessen außerhalb Korpus 11, vor Vorderseite 12 liegende Öffnung 16 gegen eindringen von Regen geschützt ist. Claims (6)

  1. Device for disposing of used chewing-gums, comprising:
    - a corpus (11), with a vertically oriented and flat front face (12), which is configured for receiving used chewing gums, and
    - a receptacle (13) for gathering and temporarily storing the used chewing gums, which is arranged below the corpus or integrated in its underside or in a lower region of it,
    - wherein the front face (12) is fitted with a flexible sheet (14), characterized in that
    - the front face has an opening (10), which is at least partially covered by the sheet (14) and through which chewing gums can be inserted into an interior space of the corpus, and
    - the receptacle (13) has on its upper side an opening (16), that is configured and arranged such that a chewing gum pushed through the opening (10) in the front face (12), passing through the interior space of the corpus (11), falls, due to gravity, into the receptacle (13).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the front face (12):
    - has more than one, in particular more than two, preferably a multitude of openings (10), and/or
    - comprises a flat plate, and/or
    - is fashioned as a door or a flap, which is in particular lockable, and/or
    - has in its border region a holder (17) for inserting the layer (14), and/or
    - is oriented substantially vertically, and/or

    - is changeable, and/or
    - is composed of only loosely or not at all connected parts, wherein every part is attached to an opening (10), and/or
    - is composed of paper, in particular coated paper, a foil, a textile fabric or a composite of the aforementioned materials, and/or
    - covers the opening (10) completely,
    - is printed or otherwise graphically designed in an attention-grabbing way, and/or
    - has pre-determined breaking lines above the opening (10).
  5. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the opening (10):
    - is circular, and/or
    - has a diameter of between 1 and 3 cm, in particular in between 1.5 und 2.5 cm.
  6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the corpus (11):
    - comprises side faces, in particular flat side faces, and/or
