Claims (7)
- Zusatztank (1) für ein Hilfssystem, das mit einem Verbrennungsmotor eines Kraftfahrzeugs verbunden ist und wenigstens einem Aufnahmevolumen (7) für ein Kühlmittel eines Motor-Kühlsystems aufweist,
wobei der Zusatztank (1) einen Körper (2) aufweist, der eine obere Halbschale (3) und eine untere Halbschale (4) umfasst, die beide aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind, entlang jeweiliger umlaufender Kopplungs-Ränder (3A, 4A) starr miteinander verbunden sind und zwischen denen das Aufnahmevolumen (7) ausgebildet ist,
wobei das Aufnahmevolumen (7) mit einem Füll-Einlass (10) zum Einfüllen der Flüssigkeit in den Innenraum des Aufnahmevolumens sowie wenigstens einem oberen Verbindungselement (5) und einem unteren Verbindungselement (6) zum Verbinden von Rohren von dem Hilfssystem versehen ist, und
das Aufnahmevolumen (7) mit einem Schwallrohr (8) versehen ist, das sich im Inneren des Aufnahmevolumens (7) von einer Bodenwand des Körpers (1) ausgehend nach oben erstreckt,
wobei der Zusatzbehälter dadurch, dass die obere Halbschale (3) und die untere Halbschale (4) mittels Klebstoff (M) starr miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch, dass das Schwallrohr (8) über eine allgemeine theoretische Ebene, die den umlaufenden Kopplungsrand (4A) der unteren Halbschale einschließt, nach oben vorsteht und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Schwallrohr (8) aus einem Stück mit der unteren Halbschale (4) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Verbindungselement (5) Teil eines separaten Körper-Abschnitts ist, der mittels Klebstoff mit der oberen Halbschale (3) verbunden ist, und eine Farbe hat, die zu der Farbe der oberen Halbschale (3) kontrastiert, wobei die Farbe in Abhängigkeit von dem Typ Motor, mit dem der Zusatztank verbunden werden soll, vorgegeben ist, so dass bei einer industriellen Produktion die gleiche Farbe der Verbindung die Zuordnung des Tanks zu einem bestimmten Typ Motor anzeigt. - Zusatztank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (1) zwei getrennte Aufnahmevolumina (7, 70) aufweist, d. h. ein erstes Volumen für das Kühlmittel und ein zweites Volumen für eine Harnstofflösung für ein System zur katalytischen Reduktion der Abgase des Motors, wobei das zweite Aufnahmevolumen (70) mit einem Füll-Einlass (100) zum Einfüllen der Flüssigkeit in den Innenraum des zweiten Aufnahmevolumens (70) sowie wenigstens einem unteren Verbindungselement (60) versehen ist.
- Zusatzbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umlaufenden Kopplungs-Ränder (3A, 4A) der oberen Halbschale (3) und der unteren Halbschale (4) Flächen für gegenseitigen Eingriff aufweisen, die einen umlaufenden Steg (15) enthalten, der in einer umlaufenden Nut (16) aufgenommen ist.
- Zusatzbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umlaufende Steg (15) und die umlaufende Nut (16) ein Querschnittsprofil haben, das aus einem trapezförmigen Profil, einem dreieckigen Profil, einem abgerundeten Profil und einem rechteckigen Profil ausgewählt wird.
- Zusatzbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umlaufenden Kopplungs-Ränder (3A, 4A) der zwei Halbschalen (3, 4) Abschnitte aufweisen, die in unterschiedlichen Ebenen liegen, die geneigt oder vertikal voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Zusatzbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbschalen (3, 4) mittels mechanischer Kopplung sowie mittels Klebstoff starr miteinander verbunden werden.
- Zusatzbehälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanische Kopplung eine Vielzahl elastischer Zähne (30) einschließt, die jeweils entlang des umlaufenden Kopplungs-Randes (3A, 4A) einer der zwei Halbschalen (3, 4) angeordnet sind und in eine entsprechende Kopplungs-Aufnahme (40) eingreifen, die entlang des umlaufenden Kopplungs-Randes (3A, 4A) der anderen Halbschale vorhanden ist.
