Description

The invention relates to the field of visit hatches and more particularly the hatches of visits intended to be concealed in sections of structures covered with ceramic tiles.

Inspection hatches, also commonly referred to as inspection hatches, are generally used for easy and quick access to items that are hidden from view but need to be controlled and / or repaired, such as, eg, service shafts. of construction.

The hatches of visits are in principle constituted by a frame or frame and a door or door. The frame in fact delimits an opening that was previously provided in the structure in which is mounted the trap door. The shutter which is generally fixed in an articulated or removable manner on the frame has the function of closing the opening while concealing it. In order to better hide the trap doors to the sight or for questions of aesthetics, the outer face of the pan of the structure in which is installed the trap door, as well as that of the door and the frame, can also be dressed with ceramic tiles.

In the case in particular of the inspection hatches with an articulated leaf, the modes of holding the leaf in the frame must meet a certain number of requirements. In addition to the fact that they must allow a wide opening of the wing to allow easy access to the concealed elements to be controlled, they must also ensure a solid attachment of the flap on the frame while leaving him some clearance to allow satisfactory dimensional adjustment In this one. Unfortunately, a very repeated solicitation of the inspection hatches usually leads to a deviation of the positioning of the wing relative to the frame which results, inter alia, in a limitation of the closure of the inspection hatch and therefore to a decrease in its longevity. This is even more accentuated for the doors covered with ceramic tiles because the weight of the earthenware has the effect of accentuating the sagging of the wing relative to the frame.

The patent document RU92449U1 discloses including a trap door with a flapper dressed with tiles. In this device the flap is connected to the frame by means of a hinge consisting of a straight amount connected on both sides by two pairs of horizontal arms defining an inner pair and an outer pair. The pair of inner arms is arranged between the frame and the right upright and the outer pair is positioned between the wing and the upright. The attachment of the ends of the arms on the frame is made detachably using expansion sleeves, and on the flap by welding. The right upright connecting the two pairs of horizontal arms consists at its center of a hollow rod which comprises two threaded bushings and at the ends of which are also inserted threaded rods which cooperate with screws and lock nuts to facilitate the pivoting of the arms, and therefore of the wing. Although it is possible to readjust the positioning of the flap in relation to the frame, the possible rerouting of the right upright between the two pairs of horizontal arms does not guarantee a longevity of the inspection flap and all the more that the imprecise positioning of the sockets can complicate the rotation of the amount and lead to its break.

The patent document RU128236U1 describes a inspection hatch where the leaf is connected to the frame by means of two horizontal arms or levers which are connected to two adjacent right uprights. This hatch has the advantage of having mechanisms for adjusting horizontally and vertically the wing relative to the frame. The adjustment in the vertical direction is thus achieved by means of adjustment screws positioned at the ends of the two pairs of levers and the horizontal adjustment is carried out by means of a system of screws arranged on the pair of levers, fixed on the upper and lower part of the the frame, in front of the adjustment screws of the vertical position. However, because of the weight of the two right uprights, this pivoting part has the disadvantage of weighing outside the frame which tends to limit the narrow closure of the leaf leaving gaps appear. This turns out to be even more embarrassing when the door is covered with tiles because the increase in weight has the effect of further squeeze the door and prevent closing.

The patent document RU173062U1 discloses a inspection hatch which comprises a flap movable about two coaxial axes to which are connected two pairs of rotary loops. The first pair of loops is attached to an edge of the inner side of the wing and the second pair is attached to the frame. To adjust the folding position of the leaf, an adjustment mechanism is present on the top rail and the lower rail of the frame. Each mechanism is in connection with the ends of the second pair of rotating buckle, and includes a screw-shaped slider and a nut-shaped drive system in a holder. The axes of the pair of rotary loops are anchored in the sliders, the latter being themselves inserted, with the supports of the drive systems, into guide grooves made in the upper and lower rails of the frame. Although these adjustment mechanisms make it possible to adapt the positioning of the leaf with respect to the frame in a vertical and / or horizontal orientation, these mechanisms remain nevertheless complex to implement. In addition, their positioning on the frame can prevent, in case of seizure in particular, the closing or opening of the leaf.

The measurements of the invention are interesting in that they make it possible to improve the horizontal and / or vertical positioning of the wing relative to the frame and thus to limit its angle of repose. This invention is also all the more interesting as most of the adjustment mechanisms are present on the leaf, which has the direct consequence of making it possible to make more precise and therefore more effective adjustments of the leaf during the installation of the leaf. access hatch but also during its use. In addition to this advantage, these adjustment mechanisms are simple to implement and offer the advantage of being able to rectify quickly and easily the alignment of the wing to position it with flower with the frame and the panel of the structure in which is inserted the inspection hatch, which proves useful for the laying of ceramic tiles.

Other features and advantages of the present invention will be better understood from the description and the drawings, among which:
  • The figure 1 is a schematic view of a inspection hatch according to the invention;
  • The figure 2 shows a front view of the horizontal adjustment means of the second pivot axis of the inspection hatch of the figure 1 .
  • The figure 3 illustrates a perspective view of the vertical adjustment means of the second pivot axis of the inspection hatch of the figure 1 .

The figure 1 is a schematic view of a inspection hatch 1 according to the preferred embodiment of the invention. This hatch 1 consists of a frame 3 and a leaf 5. The frame 3 is intended to be fixed to a structure, usually a wall section, and the leaf 5 is pivotally mounted on the frame 3 using a hinge 7. The latter is in fact made up of three pivot axes 9, 11, 13 allowing an offset of the leaf 5 relative to the frame 3 during the opening thereof.

The first pivot axis 9 is positioned on the frame 3 between the upper and lower crosspieces 17, the second pivot axis 11 is in turn arranged on the flap 5 on its inner face, and the third pivot axis 13 is an intermediate axis which is located between the first and second axes 9, 11.

In order to adjust, during the installation of the inspection hatch 1 or during its use, the positioning of the leaf 5 relative to the frame 3, the inspection hatch 1 of the figure 1 also comprises horizontal adjustment means 19 and vertical adjustment means 21, 23. The first 19 are placed in the plane of the flap 5 of the second pivot axis 11 and the second 21, 23 are located on at least one of the first and second pivot axes 9, 11.

The figure 2 has a front view of the horizontal adjustment means 19 of the second pivot axis 11 of the inspection hatch 1 of the figure 1 . These means 19 are formed by a screw system 25 consisting of a nut 27 and a set screw 29, and which is placed perpendicularly to the second pivot axis 11, at each of its two ends. These means 19 furthermore have a support 31 with a lashing zone 32 (not visible because behind) of the screw system 25, which support 31 is attached to the leaf 5 (not shown) and in practice forms a guiding slide of the second pivot axis 11, parallel to the plane of the wing 5.

As illustrated on the figure 2 , the ends of the second pivot axis 11 are each provided with a threaded rod 33, and the nut 27 of each screw system 25 is engaged on each of these threaded rods 33. Each adjusting screw 29 engages , also in the corresponding nut 27 but at a transverse thread 26. It is in this sense that these nuts 27 are referred to as the term "nuts".

On the figure 2 this tube 35 is rotatably mounted around the threaded rods 33 and horizontal tabs 36 (not shown, see FIG. figure 1 ) extend transversely from this tube 35 rotating towards the third pivot axis 13 (not shown).

To adjust horizontally the leaf 5 relative to the frame 3, simply turn the adjusting screw 29 of one or the screw system 25, including using an Allen key (not shown). The adjusting screw 29 then moves horizontally through the transverse thread 26 of the blind nut 27 causing the second pivot axis 11 to move laterally and along the plane of the leaf 5. An oblong hole 37 pierced at the level of the support 31 receives the second pivot axis 19 and serves as a guide rail to this axis 19 facilitating its lateral movement.

These nuts 28, 34 constitute the vertical adjustment means 21 of the second pivot axis 11 and can be used to achieve a vertical displacement of the flap 5 of the inspection door 1. This possibility of being able to adjust horizontally and / or vertically and concomitantly or separately the second pivot axis 19 makes it possible to adjust more precisely and rapidly the sagging of the angle of application and displacement of the wing 5.

The figure 3 illustrates a perspective view of the horizontal adjustment means 19 of the second pivot axis 11 of the inspection hatch 1 of the figure 1 . In this case, in this figure it is possible to clearly distinguish the support 31 of the adjustment means 19 at the upper end of the second pivot axis 11, and the securing zone 32 of the corresponding screw system 25.

On the figure 3 , this bracket has a first wing 31.1 fixed against the inner face of the wing (not shown), and a second wing 31.2 perpendicular to the plane of said same wing 5. The oblong hole 37 which serves as a guide rail to the second pivot axis 11 is especially realized on this second wing 31.2.

With regard in particular to the securing zone 32 of the screw system 25 of the horizontal adjustment means 19 of the second pivot axis 11, this zone 32 is preferably formed by a plate which is fixed directly on the bracket 31, in this case on the figure 3 on the second wing 31.2, and positioned perpendicular to the adjusting screw 29 which passes through and bears on it.

Pour des raisons de clarté, il est à noter que le tube montant 35 autour de la tige filetée 33 n'a pas été représenté sur la figure 3.For the sake of clarity, it should be noted that the tube 35 rising around the threaded rod 33 has not been shown on the figure 3 .

Un tube 43 est en outre monté tournant autour des tiges filetées 40, et des pattes 36 (non représentées) s'étendent transversalement à partir de ce tube 43 vers le troisième axe de pivotement 13.The figure 4 is a front view of the upper part of the first pivot axis 9 of the inspection hatch 1 of the figure 1 with the corresponding vertical adjustment means 23. The first pivot axis 9 comprises in particular at each of its ends a threaded rod 40 which is engaged in the frame 3, more precisely in the upper cross member 15 and the lower cross member 17 (not shown). A tube 43 is also rotatably mounted around the threaded rods 40, and tabs 36 (not shown) extend transversely from this tube 43 to the third pivot axis 13.

Avantageusement, un second écrou 46 est soudé à l'encadrement 3, en l'occurrence sur la traverse supérieure 15 et la traverse inférieure 17 (non représentée).The vertical adjustment means 23 of the first pivot axis 9 are in fact constituted by an engaging nut 45 around each of the threaded rods 40. These nuts 45 also bear against the adjacent end of the riser tube 43 at a stop axial 47 and serve to adjust the vertical positioning of the leaf 5 relative to the frame 3. Advantageously, a second nut 46 is welded to the frame 3, in this case on the upper cross member 15 and the lower cross member 17 (no shown).

The figure 5 is a centric view of the hinge 7 of the figure 1 and more particularly of the three pivot axes 9, 11, 13 and associated tabs. The first pivot axis 9 and the second pivot axis 11 each comprise tabs 36 which extend transversely from each tube 35, 43 towards the third pivot axis 13. In this case, the tabs 36 of the first pivot axis 9 are in fact formed by two parallel upper branches 36.1 and two parallel lower branches 36.2 which each end with a spacer 38 aligned along the third pivot axis 13. Advantageously, the two upper branches 36.1 are interconnected by at least a branch 36.3, preferably two vertical branches 36.3 and spaced apart from each other. The two parallel upper branches 36.1 form in a way an upper leg 36.1 and the two lower branches 36.2 constitute a lower leg 36.2.

The tabs 36 of the second pivot axis 11 are constituted by an upper tab 36.4 and a lower tab 36.5 which also terminate, each with a spacer 38 which is arranged between and pivotally connected to the two spacers 38 of the tabs 36.1 or lower 36.2 of the first pivot axis 9.

The figure 6 is an enlarged view of the struts 38 of the upper legs 36.1, 36.4 of the figures 1 and 5 . In this case, three spacers 38 are here formed by links in structures which fit together by means of 49 conical fins. In addition to their role of linking upper tabs 36.1, 36.4 and lower 36.2, 36.5 and maintaining the spacing between the first pivot axis 9 and the second pivot axis 11, these spacers 38 also serve to increase the strength and rigidity of the tabs 36 themselves. This is all the more because they are crossed by the third pivot axis 13 which is in fact formed of two axes, the first axis passing through the spacers 38 of the upper legs 36.1, 36.4 and the second axis passing through the spacers 38 lower tabs 36.2, 36.5.

It should also be noted that the preferred embodiment of the inspection hatch 1 of the figure 1 also comprises on the frame 3 and at the edge of the leaf 5 locking means 50 (see figure 5 ) which are means for closing the leaf 5 in the closed position. During a first translational movement of the leaf 5 to the frame 3, these means 50 thus ensure the locking thereof, and during a second translational movement of the leaf 5, consecutive to the first movement, they guarantee its unlocking. Due to the adjustment means 19, 21, 23 of the first pivot axis 9 and the second pivot axis 11 of the present hinge 7 ( figure 1 and 5 ), the locking means 50 can remain aligned and thus allow a reliable and uneventful opening and closing of the leaf 5.

In general, this inspection hatch has the advantage of allowing a quick and easy readjustment of the angle of sag of the wing relative to the frame. The adjustment means of the first pivot axis and the second pivot axis are simple to implement and associated, via the spacers, to the third pivot axis, they allow to modulate the positioning differences of the leaf with respect to the frame .
