Claims (10)

  1. Motorised very heavy door comprising at least one leaf or flap (1) and at least one lower hinge (3, 4) and at least one upper hinge, the leaf being mounted pivotably about an essentially vertical axis of rotation (1') on a frame (2) by means of said hinges (3, 4), said lower hinge comprising a fixed hinge part (3) joined to said frame (2) and a movable hinge part (4) joined to said leaf (1) and mounted in rotation relative to said fixed hinge part (3) about a pivot axis (5), said movable hinge part (4) comprising a drive mechanism (6, 8) driven by a motor unit (7) comprising a geared motor (7') which is able to drive in rotation said movable hinge part (4) about its pivot axis (5), and thereby displace by pivoting said leaf (1) into an open or closed position, said motor unit (7) being mounted in a movable manner on said drive mechanism (6, 8) and on the fixed hinge part (3) and being fixed onto the fixed hinge part (3) by rapid securing and release means (9, 10), by being held in a drive position of said drive mechanism (6, 8) with anti-rotational locking of said unit (7) relative to the leaf (1), possibly with radial play,
    said door being characterised in that the motor unit (7) on the one hand comprises a drive hub (12) driven in axial rotation by the geared motor (7') and extending by traversing a head (7") of the motor unit (7) relative to the part of said unit (7) comprising the motor part, the drive mechanism consisting of a drive shaft (6) extending the movable hinge part (4), coaxially to its pivot axis (5), said drive shaft (6), which is joined to said movable hinge part, being driven in axial rotation by said drive hub (12) by connecting and rotary drive means (8, 11) and on the other hand occupies a space adjacent to the frame (2), at the axis of rotation (1') of the leaf (1) between the lower hinge or hinges (3, 4) and the upper hinge or hinges of said door, substantially in alignment with the latter,
    and in that said head (7") is profiled so as to have two opposite faces, a lower face and upper face respectively, which are traversed substantially perpendicularly by said drive hub (12) which runs onto said opposite faces by two openings, a lower (12') and upper (12") opening respectively, said drive shaft (6) being introduced into said drive hub (12) through the lower opening (12') and maintenance with axial locking of the drive shaft (6) in said drive hub (12) being possible by means of a stop (6') fixed in a removable manner on the free end part of said drive shaft (6) passing beyond the opposite face and bearing against the external surface of said face by preventing any withdrawal of said drive shaft (6) out of said drive hub (12) and
    in that the motor unit (7) is fixed in a removable manner onto the fixed hinge part (3) by means of a connecting part (9) fixed onto said motor unit (7) and comprising a connecting part (13) ensuring the mechanical connection with the fixed hinge part (3) by means of an axis or connecting and anti-rotational locking pin (10) fixed onto the fixed hinge part (3).
  2. Door according to claim 1, characterised in that the means for connection and driving in rotation consist of one or more keys (8) that are attached to the drive shaft (6) and each engage in a key groove (11) made in the drive hub (12) of the motor unit (7).
  3. Door according to claim 2, characterised in that the mechanical connection between the connection part (13) and the connecting and anti-rotational locking pin (10) is a mechanical connection with radial play which can give said unit (7) a degree of freedom enabling possible and small scale displacements of the latter during the opening or the closure of the leaf (1).
  4. Door according to claim 3, characterised in that the connecting part (9) is fixed underneath the motor unit (7) and partly opposite the introduction opening (12') of the drive shaft (6) in the drive hub (12) and in that the connecting and anti-rotational locking pin (10) has an elongated form, preferably generally cylindrical, and is connected mechanically at one of its free ends to said connecting part (9) and fixed at its other free end to the external face of the fixed hinge part (3), by extending substantially parallel to the axis of rotation (1') of the leaf (1), distinctly from the movable hinge part (4).
  5. Door according to claim 4, characterised in that the fixed hinge part (3) has a profiled structure with a generally cylindrical form, with a substantially vertical axis, and in that the connecting and anti-rotational locking pin (10) is fixed onto the upper end face of said fixed hinge part (3).
  6. Door according to any one of claims 4 to 5, characterised in that the connecting part (9) is in the form of a plate fixed underneath the motor unit (7), partly opposite the introduction opening (12') of the drive shaft (6) in the hub (12), and extending in a plane substantially perpendicular to the drive axis (12') of said drive hub (12), said connecting part (9) in the form of a plate comprising on the one hand a first opening (9') which can be traversed by said drive shaft (6) of the movable hinge part (4) in order to allow the mechanical drive connection of said shaft (6) into said hub (12) and on the other hand a second opening (9") able to receive a part of the corresponding free end of the connecting and anti-rotational locking pin (10) in order to ensure the mechanical connection of said connecting part (9) with the latter in order to ensure an anti-rotational locking of the motor unit (7).
  7. Door according to claim 6, characterised in that the second opening (9") has an oblong form with a longitudinal axis (9"') passing substantially through the drive axis (12') of the drive hub (12) of the motor unit (7) and in that the corresponding free end part of the connecting and anti-rotational locking pin (10) traversing said second opening (10) is able to slide freely into the latter so as to give it radial play in the longitudinal direction of the said second oblong opening (9") making it possible to enable possible small scale radial displacements of said motor unit (7) during the opening or closing of the leaf (1).
  8. Door according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the pivot axis (5) is connected to the fixed hinge part (3) and in that the movable hinge part (4) is formed by a support plate (14) designed to be fixed onto the leaf (1) and extending with an arm (15) supporting at its free end an end piece (16) with a generally cylindrical form, comprising a receiving cavity or bearing (16') designed to receive said pivot axis (5) of said movable hinge part (4) and in that said arm (15) extends by departing from the plane of the leaf (1) so as to create a space or sufficient provision to accommodate and position the motor unit (7).
  9. Door according to claim 8, characterised in that if necessary the drive shaft (6) of the movable hinge part (4) is fixed onto the upper face of the end piece (16) by means of a hood (17) with a generally cylindrical form comprising an enlarged base forming a securing crown (18) for connecting with rotational locking onto said end piece (16), preferably by screwing said crown (18) onto said upper face of the latter.
  10. Door according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the guiding in rotation of the movable hinge part (4) relative to the fixed hinge part (3) of each lower hinge (3, 4) about its pivot axis (5) is achieved by the interposition of radial rolling means designed to withstand mainly radial loads and axial rolling means designed to withstand mainly axial loads, and in that the rotational guiding of the movable hinge part relative to the fixed hinge part of each upper hinge about its pivoting axis is achieved by the interposition of radial rolling means designed to withstand mainly radial loads, said rolling means being able to allow an angular coaxial deficiency of said fixed hinge parts relative to said movable hinge parts.
