Claims (11)
- Procédé de production d'un textile teint, lequel procédé comprend les étapes de:a) fourniture d'une pluralité de fils de trame et d'une pluralité de fils de chaîne;b) imprégnation des fils de chaîne avec une solution contenant un polymère destiné à améliorer les propriétés mécaniques des fils;c) tissage des fils de trame et des fils de chaîne pour obtenir un textile;d) teinture du textile avec une composition de teinture;e) séchage du textile teint;caractérisé en ce que ladite composition de teinture comprend une quantité prédéterminée de graphite, et en ce qu'aucune étape de traitement intermédiaire n'est prévue entre ladite étape d) de teinture et ladite étape e) de séchage, ledit polymère étant choisi dans le groupe comprenant le chitosan ou ses dérivés, ayant une pluralité de charges positives réparties périodiquement adaptées pour une interaction avec les charges négatives de ladite composition de teinture.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite étape d) de teinture est réalisée en plongeant le textile imprégné dans une cuve contenant ladite composition de teinture et en exprimant le textile avec un ou plusieurs rouleaux exprimeurs pour faciliter l'absorption de la composition.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite composition de teinture comprend une fraction en poids prédéterminée d'eau et une fraction en poids prédéterminée d'un composé de base contenant de la poussière de graphite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la fraction en poids d'eau varie de 70 % à 90 % rapporté au poids total de la composition de teinture, et ladite fraction en poids du composé de base varie de 10 % à 30 % rapporté au poids total de la composition de teinture.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit composé de base est dilué avec de l'eau directement dans ladite cuve d'imprégnation pour former ladite composition de teinture.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en amont de l'étape b) d'imprégnation, une étape f) de plongement des fils de chaîne dans de l'eau pure et exprimage ultérieur des fils pour éliminer l'excès d'eau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape e) de séchage est réalisée à l'aide d'une rameuse disposée dans l'axe avec ladite cuve et desdits cylindres exprimeurs, ladite étape d) de teinture et ladite étape e) de séchage étant réalisées de manière continue.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape e) de séchage est réalisée à l'aide d'une rameuse disposée parallèlement à ladite cuve et auxdits rouleaux exprimeurs, ladite étape d) de teinture et ladite étape e) de séchage étant réalisées de manière discontinue.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite solution d'imprégnation contient une fraction en poids de chitosan ou de ses dérivés qui varie de 1 % à 3 %.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le composé de base comprend :une fraction en poids d'eau qui varie de 35 % à 45 % ;une fraction en poids de poussière de graphite qui varie de 40 % à 50%;une fraction en poids globale d'un agent antimousse, d'un agent bactéricide, de dipropylène glycol, d'un agent dispersant et d'un agent liant qui varie de 5 % à 25 %.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ledit agent dispersant est le poly(acrylate de sodium) et ledit agent liant est choisi dans le groupe des acrylates.
