Definitions
- the invention relates to an adapter for coupling a provided for low-voltage power supply of a local network emergency power system with the local network station.
- the medium voltage (about 1 kV to 30 kV) is transformed down by transformers to the usual household low voltage (230 V or 400 V).
- a local network station must be disconnected from the network during maintenance or switching work. In this case, an uninterruptible power supply for consumers should nevertheless be ensured, so that the end customer does not experience any supply gaps.
- the affected consumers can be supplied by neighboring local network stations. If this is not possible, a mains power supply system (NEA) will be provided for the continuous supply of the consumers.
- NAA mains power supply system
- the emergency power system is usually a mobile generator with an output of 275 - 500 kW.
- the DAS1081536 shows a connection terminal for two rigid conductors.
- lamellar terminals are known to the exposed areas of busbars of the local network station can be attached.
- the busbars of local network stations are so compactly equipped that it is not possible to fasten such a lamellar terminal to the busbar.
- in practice recourse is made to individually modified metallic contact blades to which the respective cable connection shoe of one phase of the emergency power system is fastened.
- the modified contact blade is inserted into a low-voltage, high-performance busbar of the busbar instead of a high-voltage, low-voltage fuse.
- the modified contact blades are used in the area of a 3-pole low-voltage high-efficiency disconnector to feed the power of the emergency power system.
- the technical problem underlying the invention to provide an adapter that allows a reliable and secure connection of a network backup system with a local network station, especially in the event that a feed with known solutions, such as fin clamps or the like, is not possible.
- the invention relates to an adapter for coupling a low-voltage supply of a local network station provided emergency power system with the local network station, with an adapter housing and a low voltage, high power contact blade, the adapter housing comprising an electrically insulating material, the low voltage, high power contact blade being at least partially enclosed by the adapter housing, the low voltage, high power contact blade having a first blade contact cantilevered from a first side of the adapter housing wherein the low voltage high power contact blade has a second blade contact extending cantilevered from a second side of the adapter housing, the first side of the adapter housing facing away from the second side of the adapter housing, the first blade contact and the second blade contact having opposite ends of the adapter Forming low-voltage high-performance contact blade and wherein the first blade contact and the second blade contact of the low-voltage high-performance contact blade for insertion into terminals of a low voltage ungsroch elaborates connection bar of the local network station or for insertion into terminals of a three-pole low-voltage
- the adapter can be mounted securely, whereby the risk of bridging and the formation of arcs is reduced. Occupational safety for the fitter is improved by using the adapter.
- the adapter has a lug connection for connecting a cable lug to the low-voltage high-performance contact blade, the lug being enclosed in a state connected to the low-voltage high-performance contact blade at least in sections by the adapter housing.
- the connection of a Phase of a power supply system with a cable lug can therefore be integrated into the adapter housing to achieve a reliable connection of the network replacement with the low-voltage high-power contact blade of the adapter.
- the contact between the cable lug and the low voltage high power contact blade may also be insulated from the environment by the adapter housing.
- the adapter housing may be formed in two parts or in several parts.
- the adapter housing may consist of two half-shells.
- the half-shells or parts of the multi-part adapter housing can be positively and / or non-positively and / or materially connected to each other to safely receive the low-voltage high-performance contact blade.
