Claims (10)
- Piston de coulée sous pression (1)- avec une unité de réception (2) qui peut être fixée à une tige de piston, comprenant un dispositif de refroidissement (21) et un dispositif de connexion (22) pour la tige de piston,- avec un corps de support cylindrique creux en forme de coupelle (3) avec une surface frontale côté masse en fusion (31), sur la surface externe (32) duquel au moins un corps coulissant cylindrique creux (4) peut être monté, où une bague frontale (5) est disposée entre la surface frontale (31) du corps de support (3) et une surface frontale (41) du corps coulissant (4), qui sert de premier élément de maintien du côté frontal pour le au moins un corps coulissant cylindrique creux (4),- que le corps de support (3) peut être monté sur l'unité de réception (2) en recouvrant axialement le dispositif de refroidissement (21) et peut être verrouillé avec l'unité de réception (2) et déverrouillé à nouveau au moyen d'un dispositif de liaison (6),caractérisé- en ce que le dispositif de liaison (6) est disposé du côté opposé à la surface frontale (31) du corps de support (3) axialement après le corps coulissant (4), le dispositif de liaison (6) étant une fermeture à baïonnette,- en ce que le au moins un corps coulissant cylindrique creux (4) peut être fixé sur le côté opposé à la surface frontale (31) du corps de support (3) par une bague de montage (8) qui est conçue pour ne pas tourner par rapport au corps de support (3),- en ce qu'au niveau de la position de la bague de montage (8), le contour extérieur du corps de support (3) est conçu comme un polygone (35) et le contour intérieur de la bague de montage (8) est également conçu comme un polygone (81) qui s'adapte de manière ajustée au contour extérieur du corps de support (3), et- en ce que le corps de support (3) peut être bloqué contre la rotation par rapport à l'unité de réception (2) au moyen d'au moins un élément de fixation (7).
- Piston de coulée sous pression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un élément de fixation (7) est accessible sur la circonférence extérieure du piston pour le blocage.
- Piston de coulée sous pression selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bague de montage (8) peut également être bloquée avec le au moins un élément de fixation (7).
- Piston de coulée sous pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'à la position de la bague de montage (8) le contour extérieur de l'unité de réception (2) présente en tant que polygone une étendue radiale maximale qui est inférieure au diamètre intérieur du au moins un corps coulissant cylindrique creux (4).
- Piston de coulée sous pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le contour extérieur de la bague de montage (8) est réalisé sous forme de polygone (82).
- Piston de coulée sous pression selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (7) est disposé sur le contour extérieur de la bague de montage (8) sur une surface du polygone.
- Piston de coulée sous pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la bague frontale (5) est en appui contre un déplacement axial contre une butée du côté frontal (33) formée sur le corps de support (3).
- Piston de coulée sous pression selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la butée du côté frontal (33) est une saillie circonférentielle depuis la surface extérieure du corps de support (3).
- Piston de coulée sous pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la bague frontale (5) et le corps coulissant cylindrique creux immédiatement adjacent (4) présentent des épaulements complémentaires au niveau des joints du côté frontal respectifs, de sorte qu'ils sont imbriqués.
- Piston de coulée sous pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la bague frontale (5) consiste en un matériau plus dur que celui du corps coulissant (4).
