Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a connection device for connecting a suction hose to a machine tool.
  • the connecting device is equipped with a pipe section which has a machine tool-side inlet opening, a hose-side outlet opening and a tube curvature located therebetween.
  • the present invention also relates to a machine tool with such a connection device.
  • Connecting devices of the type mentioned are basically known from the prior art. They are used to connect a dust-generating machine tool, such as a wall slot device or the like, to a suction device via a suction hose.
  • connection devices known from the prior art have the disadvantage that during operation of the machine tool, through which vibrations typically occur, the suction hose can break or become detached from the connection device. This can lead to an undesirable dust pollution of the environment and a health burden on the user of the machine tool.
  • the object is achieved in that the pipe section has a located between the pipe bend and the hose-side outlet opening guide portion in which a free end of the suction hose is received such that the free end of the suction hose over a guide length, the at least half a hose diameter corresponds to, is guided within the guide section straight.
  • the connection device has an end piece arranged at the free end of the suction hose and, preferably spaced therefrom by a distance, an adapter counterpart arranged on the suction hose.
  • the tail is complete and the adapter counterpart at least partially disposed within a volume defined by the guide portion.
  • slipping out of the suction hose from the guide portion is avoided by cooperation of the end piece and the adapter counterpart, wherein at the same time a rotation of the suction hose in the circumferential direction is possible.
  • connection device favors a connection between the machine tool and suction hose vibration, the connection is robust with respect to a lateral and axial pulling on the suction hose and the compound simultaneously provides a maximum possible Absaugquerites.

  • a detachable attachment is preferably realized by means of a releasable by rotation latch unit. This may be formed for example as a bayonet connection or the like. It has proved to be advantageous if the adapter counterpart, as part of the latching unit, has a stepped rim, which preferably corresponds to a suitably designed hose-side outlet opening. Alternatively or additionally, the adapter counterpart can be designed such that it is held on it, for example by means of a press fit in the region of the hose-side outlet opening.
  • the adapter piece, secured against axial movement relative to the suction hose is arranged on the suction hose.
  • the adapter counterpart is secured exclusively in its axial direction of movement relative to the suction hose and in particular radially, that is, in the circumferential direction with respect to the suction hose freely movable or rotatable.
