Definitions
- the invention further relates to a ceiling prop with such a prop head and a ceiling formwork with such a ceiling prop.
- formwork elements for the production of concrete ceilings.
- frame panel formwork elements are used Use, which at least partially form a mold for pouring liquid concrete. After the concrete has hardened, the formwork elements are removed.
- the formwork elements are supported by floor props. Depending on the position at which the formwork elements are supported by the floor prop, different floor props or floor props with different prop heads are used. On the one hand, slab props with large catch areas are used, to which formwork elements can be easily mounted from below. On the other hand, compact ceiling props are used, which allow the ceiling prop to be set up close to a wall or a wall corner in order to be able to position a formwork element flush with a wall or in the wall corner.
- EP 0 878 595 A1 discloses a panel for supporting a slab formwork, on the surface of which projections of different heights are arranged in the direction normal to the surface of the panel.
- the document DE 4204788 A1 discloses a support head having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the object of the present invention is to create a prop head, a slab prop and a slab formwork with such a slab prop, in which the prop head can be used as universally as possible.
- the object of the invention is also to provide a method for erecting such a ceiling formwork.
- This object is achieved according to the invention by a prop head with the features of patent claim 1, a ceiling prop with the features of patent claim 12 and by a ceiling formwork with the features of patent claim 13.
- the object is achieved by a method according to claim 15.

- the support head also has a support plane.
- the support plane is in the form of a surface of a support plate.
- Guide tabs protrude from the connection area on two opposite sides of the support head.
- the guide lugs represent a catching area for the exact positioning of formwork elements on the prop head.
- First guide lugs on the first side of the prop head form a larger catching area than second guide lugs on the second side of the prop head.
- the ends of the first guide tabs are preferably designed to project further away from the connection area than the ends of the second guide tabs.
- the support head is thus designed asymmetrically to a plane running perpendicularly to the support plane and through the connection area.
- the support head can be arranged with the second side, which has the less widely opened second guide lugs, so close to a wall corner that a formwork element connected to the support head can be flush with the wall corner.
- a formwork element can be easily mounted on the second side, since the second guide lugs are wide open. It is therefore not necessary to provide different support heads for different installation situations.
- the formwork element can be hooked into the guide lugs of the prop head and then swiveled open from the ground.
- the first guide tabs open further in the radial direction, i. H. further spread, designed as the second guide tabs.
- the first guide tabs and the second guide tabs form side guides for insertion openings in a support plate.
- the guide lugs preferably each have at least one projection for gripping behind a formwork element, in order to prevent the formwork element from being lifted off perpendicularly to the support plane and to be able to mount the formwork element securely.
- the first guide tabs are preferably designed in the form of a first pair of guide tabs and a second pair of guide tabs and the second guide tabs in the form of a third pair of guide tabs and a fourth pair of guide tabs.

The object of the invention is also to provide a method for erecting such a ceiling formwork. This object is achieved according to the invention by a prop head with the features of patent claim 1, a ceiling prop with the features of
The object according to the invention is thus achieved by a support head. The prop head has a connection area on which the prop head can be mounted on a formwork prop. The support head also has a support plane. The support plane is in the form of a surface of a support plate. Guide tabs protrude from the connection area on two opposite sides of the support head. The guide lugs represent a catching area for the exact positioning of formwork elements on the prop head. First guide lugs on the first side of the prop head form a larger catching area than second guide lugs on the second side of the prop head. The ends of the first guide tabs are preferably designed to project further away from the connection area than the ends of the second guide tabs.
The support head is thus designed asymmetrically to a plane running perpendicularly to the support plane and through the connection area.
The support head can be arranged with the second side, which has the less widely opened second guide lugs, so close to a wall corner that a formwork element connected to the support head can be flush with the wall corner. In addition, a formwork element can be easily mounted on the second side, since the second guide lugs are wide open. It is therefore not necessary to provide different support heads for different installation situations.
The formwork element can be hooked into the guide lugs of the prop head and then swiveled open from the ground.
Starting from the connection area, the first guide tabs open further in the radial direction, i. H. further spread, designed as the second guide tabs. The first guide tabs and the second guide tabs form side guides for insertion openings in a support plate.
The guide lugs preferably each have at least one projection for gripping behind a formwork element, in order to prevent the formwork element from being lifted off perpendicularly to the support plane and to be able to mount the formwork element securely.
The first guide tabs are preferably designed in the form of a first pair of guide tabs and a second pair of guide tabs and the second guide tabs in the form of a third pair of guide tabs and a fourth pair of guide tabs.
In order to be able to support a formwork element centrally on a longitudinal side, the first pair of guide lugs together with the third pair of guide lugs preferably forms a first channel guide and the second pair of guide lugs together with the fourth pair of guide lugs form a second channel guide. A frame section of a formwork element can optionally be accommodated in the two channel guides.
Between the first guide tabs and the second guide tabs, the support head can have at least one spacer tab, in particular a first pair of spacer tabs. The spacer tab preferably defines a third channel guide together with the first guide tabs and a fourth channel guide together with the second guide tabs. As a result, the prop head can optionally be in the third Channel guide or fourth channel guide accommodate a frame portion of a formwork panel to serve as central longitudinal side support for formwork panels.
The first channel guide, the second channel guide, the third channel guide and the fourth channel guide are preferably of equal width. Preferably, the second duct is equidistant from the first duct as the fourth duct is spaced from the third duct. The prop head can thus be used rotated by 90° with respect to an axis of rotation, which runs perpendicular to the support plane, for the central support of a formwork element. This design of the prop head also makes it possible to accommodate formwork elements with different orientations, i. H. the longer sides of two adjacent formwork elements supported on the prop head can be rotated by 90° to each other. This design of the prop head also makes it possible to accommodate formwork elements with different orientations, i. H. the longer sides of two adjacent formwork elements supported on the prop head can be rotated by 90° to each other.
The support head can have a spacer projection or several spacer projections between the spacer tabs. The spacer projection or the spacer projections enable a carrier, which is placed on the spacer projection or the spacer projections, to be spaced apart from the support plane. As a result, the beam does not collide with the spread guide lugs of the prop head. The spacer projection can protrude from the support plane at least as far perpendicularly to the support plane as the guide lugs.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the support head has at least one first carrier insertion area, in which a carrier can be partially accommodated. The first carrier insertion area preferably has side guides to stabilize the carrier from tilting, so that a carrier mounted on the first carrier insertion area can be walked on without accidents. The side guides can be in the form of tabs. The support head can also have a second carrier insertion area, in particular with lateral guides for stabilizing a carrier from tilting. The side guides can be in the form of tabs. The first carrier insertion area and/or the second carrier insertion area is/are preferably designed in the form of through-holes in the support plane. The first carrier insertion area may be formed between the first pair of guide tabs and the second pair of guide tabs, and the second carrier insertion area may be formed between the third pair of guide tabs and the fourth pair of guide tabs.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the connection area has a bayonet mount in order to be able to attach a formwork support using a bayonet connection.
In order to prevent the bayonet connection from being opened unintentionally, the bayonet receptacle can have a rotation lock, in particular in the form of a screw lock, a latch lock, a wedge lock and/or a spring-loaded lock.
The object according to the invention is achieved by a floor prop which, in addition to the prop head described above, has a formwork prop which is arranged on the prop head. The formwork prop can be connected to the prop head via the bayonet connection.
The invention also relates to a ceiling formwork with a ceiling support as described above.
The ceiling formwork preferably has a formwork element which is arranged on the ceiling support.
The formwork element can have at least one connecting projection, which can be gripped behind by a guide lug. As an alternative or in addition to this, two connecting projections can rest against the first spacer bracket on both sides.
The ceiling formwork can have a carrier. The carrier may have a hook in the form of a curved finger at each of its longitudinal ends, a part of a first hook being inserted into the first carrier insertion region. The first hook preferably has an inside bevel that runs obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the carrier. As a result, the first hook can be mounted on the support head with a loose fit, with the carrier being pulled in the mounted state by its weight towards the center of the support head. Due to the loose fit, the beam can be mounted on the erected ceiling prop from below. The two hooks are preferably designed to be mirror images of one another.
The object is also achieved by a method for erecting a ceiling formwork as described above. The ceiling formwork has a formwork surface made up of several formwork elements. To erect the ceiling formwork, at least two ceiling props can be used, with a first of these ceiling props supporting the formwork surface at a corner of the formwork surface and a second ceiling prop supporting the formwork surface is supported in a central area of the formwork surface spaced from the edge and the corners and in particular a third floor prop supports the formwork surface at its edge, the third floor prop supporting the formwork surface at its edge in such a way that the formlining either at least almost completely covers the prop head or covered at most up to the center of the connection area. According to the invention, it is therefore provided to use the same floor props to support all areas of the formwork surface.
