Claims (9)
- Procédé de réglage d'un espace de concassage (38) d'un dispositif de fragmentation (10), en particulier d'un concasseur à percussion, comprenant un rotor (14) pouvant tourner sur son axe central et comportant des éléments de percussion (16) disposés sur le rotor de manière périphérique,
une unité de percussion (12) montée de manière mobile par rapport au rotor (14) au moyen d'un actionneur hydraulique (18), l'actionneur hydraulique (18) étant relié à une soupape de limitation de pression adaptative (26) et
un espace de concassage (38) formé entre l'unité de percussion (12) et les éléments de percussion (16),
le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) faire tourner le rotor (14),b) déplacer l'unité de percussion (12) en direction du rotor (14),c) déterminer le profil de pression dans l'actionneur hydraulique (18),d) régler la valeur de seuil de la soupape de limitation de pression adaptative (26), à laquelle la soupape de limitation de pression adaptative (26) se déplace jusque dans une position ouverte, en fonction de la pression exercée au niveau de l'actionneur hydraulique (18),e) détecter la position zéro à laquelle l'unité de percussion (12) vient en contact avec au moins un élément de percussion (16) lorsque la soupape de limitation de pression adaptative est déplacée jusque dans la position ouverte ou lorsque la pente du profil de pression au niveau de l'actionneur hydraulique (18) dépasse une valeur de seuil prédéterminée, la position de l'unité de percussion (12) étant déterminée dans le temps et à partir de la position de l'unité de percussion (12) dans la position zéro détectée à l'étape e), etf) déplacer l'unité de percussion (12) dans la direction opposée à celle de l'étape b) de manière à régler un espace de concassage souhaité (38). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,

- Dispositif de fragmentation (10) comportant
un rotor (14) pouvant tourner sur son axe central et comportant des éléments de percussion (16) disposés sur le rotor de manière périphérique,
une unité de percussion (12) montée de manière mobile par rapport au rotor (14) au moyen d'un actionneur hydraulique (18),
un espace de concassage (38) formé entre l'unité de percussion (12) et les éléments de percussion (16) et un dispositif de mesure de pression (24) destiné à déterminer le profil de pression dans l'actionneur hydraulique (18), l'actionneur hydraulique (18) étant relié à une soupape de limitation de pression adaptative (26),
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fragmentation (10) comprend un dispositif de mesure de déplacement (22) destiné à déterminer la position de l'unité de percussion (12) et un dispositif de commande destiné à commander l'actionneur hydraulique (18) et conçu pour déterminer la pente du profil de pression et une position zéro de l'unité de percussion (12) à laquelle l'unité de percussion (12) vient en contact avec un élément de percussion (16) du rotor (14) lorsque la soupape de limitation de pression adaptative est déplacée jusque dans la position ouverte ou lorsqu'une valeur de seuil de pression prédéterminée est dépassée. - Dispositif de fragmentation (10) selon la revendication 5, la soupape de limitation de pression adaptative (26) étant conçue de manière à régler la valeur de seuil de soupape, à laquelle la soupape de limitation de pression adaptative (26) se déplace jusque dans une position ouverte, en fonction de la pression dans l'actionneur hydraulique (18).
- Dispositif de fragmentation (10) selon la revendication 6, la valeur de seuil de soupape étant d'environ 5 à 10 bars, notamment de 7 bars.
- Dispositif de fragmentation (10) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, l'actionneur hydraulique (18) comportant un cylindre hydraulique (40) et un piston (20) agencé dans celui-ci, le piston (20) étant relié à l'unité de percussion (12) et le dispositif de mesure de déplacement (22) étant fixé au piston (20).
- Dispositif de fragmentation (10) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, le dispositif de mesure de pression (24) étant disposé de manière à déterminer la pression dans la chambre de cylindre de l'actionneur hydraulique (18) qui est opposée à l'unité de percussion (12).
