Composition de détergent liquide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-5, qui comprend une ou plusieurs enzymes supplémentaires choisies dans le groupe consistant en amylases, catalases, cellulases (par exemple, endoglucanases), cutinases, haloperoxygénases, lipases, mannanases, pectinases, pectine lyases, peroxydases, protéases, xanthanases, et xyloglucanases, ou un mélange quelconque de celles-ci.
  7. Composition de détergent liquide selon la revendication 1, qui comprend un inhibiteur de protéase à base de peptide, dans laquelle l'inhibiteur de protéase à base de peptide présente la structure suivante : des composés de peptides de la formule B2-B1-B0-R, dans laquelle
    • R est l'hydrogène, CH3, CX3, CHX2 ou CH2X, où X est un atome d'halogène ;
    • B0 est un résidu de phénylalanine avec un substituant OH à la position p et/ou à la position m;
    • B1 est un résidu d'acide aminé simple ; et
    B2 consiste en un ou plusieurs résidus d'acides aminés, comprenant éventuellement un groupe de protection N-terminal.
  8. Composition de détergent liquide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle la composition de détergent est emballée dans la forme d'une composition de détergent liquide emballée en dose unitaire.
  9. Composition de détergent liquide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle la quantité totale de tensioactif est de 0,1 à 85 % en masse/masse, de préférence de 1 à 60 % en masse/masse, encore mieux de 2 à 40 % en masse/masse, bien mieux encore de 3 à 35 % en masse/masse et particulièrement de préférence de 5 à 20 % en masse/masse.
  10. Composition de détergent liquide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle la composition de détergent liquide est une composition de lavage de vaisselle liquide ou une composition de lessive liquide, de préférence est une composition de lave-vaisselle liquide ou une composition de lessive liquide, et est encore mieux une composition de lessive liquide.
  11. Procédé de lessive utilisant une composition de détergent de lessive liquide comprenant une protéase présentant une séquence d'acide aminé qui présente 100 % d'identité de séquence par rapport à SEQ ID NO : 1, dans lequel la protéase est un variant de subtilase comprenant les substitutions X9E+X206L+X262E, comprenant l'étape de mise en contact du textile avec la composition de détergent de lessive liquide dans des conditions appropriées pour nettoyer le textile.
