Claims (11)

  1. Extraktionsverfahren eines Stiftes (23) einer Glühkerze oder eines gebrochenen Stiftes, wobei der genannte Stift (23) in einer Aufnahme (11) der Glühkerze eingeklemmt ist, umfassend einen unteren Teil (19) und einen oberen Teil (17), wobei der obere Teil (17) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als den Durchmesser des unteren Teils (19) derart, dass die Aufnahme (11) einen Absatz (21) aufweist, wobei der Stift (23) im unteren Teil (19) der Aufnahme (11) der Kerze eingeklemmt ist, wobei da Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Durchbohren einer Bohrung in dem Stift (23) gemäß der Längsrichtung desselben mittels einer Bohrnadel (1), wobei die genannte Bohrnadel (1) einen Durchbohrungsteil (5) umfasst, der Bohrernuten (7) und einen Stab (3) trägt, wobei der genannte Durchbohrungsteil (5) einen kleineren Durchmesser aufweist als den Durchmesser des Stiftes (23);
    b) Innengewindebohren der in Schritt a) durchbohrten Bohrung in dem Stift (23) mittels eines Gewindebohrers (29), wobei der genannte Gewindebohrer (29) einen Außengewinde-Teil (31) aufweist, der wenigstens eine Bohrernut und wenigstens einen Stab (33) aufweist, wobei der genannte Außengewinde-Teil (31) einen größeren Durchmesser als den Durchmesser der Bohrung und einen kleineren als den Durchmesser des Stifts (23) aufweist;
    c) Verschrauben eines Extraktors (37) in dem genannten Innengewinde, wobei der Extraktor (37) einen Gewindekopf (41) umfasst, durch den dieser an den Stift (23) verschraubt ist und der an einem der Enden eines Stiftes (39) angeordnet ist;
    d) Extraktion des Stiftes (23) durch die Abnahme des in dem Stift (23) verschraubten Extraktors (37),
    und die Bohrnadel (1) ist ausgewählt, damit ihr Stab (3) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als sowohl den Durchmesser ihres Durchbohrungsteils (5) derart, dass die Bohrnadel (1) einen Absatz (9) umfasst, als auch den Durchmesser des unteren Teils (19) der Aufnahme (11) der Kerze, dass der Schritt a) der Durchbohrung der Bohrung das Durchbohren des Stiftes (23) umfasst, bis der genannte Absatz (9) der Nadel (1) gegen den Absatz (21) der Aufnahme (11) der Glühkerze zum Anschlag kommt und
    das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass dem Schritt a) des Durchbohrens einer Bohrung das Einsetzen eines Zentrierers (27) am Auslass des oberen Teils (17) der Aufnahme (11) der Kerze für die Positionierung eines oder mehrerer Elemente vorausgeht, die ausgewählt sind aus:
    - der Bohrnadel (1) bei der Bohroperation des Stiftes (23);
    - dem Gewindebohrer (29) bei der Innengewindebohr-Operation der Bohrung;
    - dem Extraktor (37) bei der Verschraubung desselben im Innengewinde des Stiftes (23).
  2. Extraktionsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (33) des Gewindebohrers (29) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als sowohl der Außengewinde-Teil (31) derart, dass der Gewindebohrer (29) einen Absatz (35) aufweist, als auch den Durchmesser des unteren Teils (19) der Aufnahme (11) der Kerze, und dass der Schritt b) des Innengewindebohrens das Innengewindebohren der Bohrung umfasst, bis der genannte Absatz (35) des Gewindebohrers (29) gegen den Absatz (21) der Aufnahme (11) der Glühkerze zum Anschlag kommt.
  3. Extraktionsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (39) des Extraktors (37) ein Anschlussstück (43) umfasst, das an seinem Ende positioniert ist, das dem mit dem Gewindekopf (41) verbundenen entgegengesetzt ist und einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als den Durchmesser des Stabes (39) und dass der Schritt c) die folgenden Teilschritte umfasst:
    c1) Aufstreifen des Extraktors (37) durch seinen Gewindekopf in einem Vorschlaghammer (45) in hohler zylindrischer Form;
    c2) Verschrauben des Extraktors (37) in dem Innengewinde durch seinen Gewindekopf und dass die Abnahme des Extraktors (37) im Extraktionsschritt d) des Stiftes (23) per Schlagen des Vorschlaghammers (45) gegen das Anschlussstück des Stiftes (39) des Extraktors (37) in der Abnahmerichtung realisiert wird.
  4. Extraktionsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der untere Teil (19) der Aufnahme (11) der Kerze sich durch ein Ende zu einer Verbrennungskammer (15) öffnet, wenn die Extraktion des Stiftes (23) bei Schritt d), der zu einem Bruch desselben derart führt, dass ein gebrochener Teil des Stiftes im unteren Teil (19) der Aufnahme (11) der Kerze eingeklemmt bleibt, das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es darüber hinaus die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    f) Austreiben des gebrochenen Teils des Stiftes (23) in der Verbrennungskammer (15) mittels einer Austreibvorrichtung (49), umfassend einen Stab (51) mit einem Kopf (53) an einem Ende, wobei das Austreiben durch das Schlagen auf die Austreibvorrichtung (49) mittels eines Schlagwerkzeugs (59) derart erreicht wird, dass ihr Kopf (53) sich auf den gebrochenen Teil des Stiftes (23) aufstützt, und
    g) Auffangen des gebrochenen Teils des Stiftes (23) durch eine Aufnahme (67) einer Düse, die sich zu der genannten Verbrennungskammer (15) öffnet, mittels einer Auffangvorrichtung (61), die einen magnetisierten Teil (65) umfasst.
  5. Extraktionsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei sich der untere Teil (19) der Aufnahme (11) der Kerze durch ein Ende zu einer Verbrennungskammer (15) öffnet und wenn es nicht möglich ist, den Schritt d) zu realisieren, da der Stift (23) im unteren Teil (19) der Aufnahme (11) eingeklemmt bleibt, ist das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darüber hinaus die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    e) Abschrauben des Extraktors (37) vom Stift (23) und Abnehmen des Extraktors (37);
    f) Austreiben des Stiftes (23) in der Verbrennungskammer (15) mittels einer Austreibvorrichtung (49), umfassend einen Stab (51) mit einem Kopf (53) an einem Ende, wobei das Austreiben durch das Schlagen auf die Austreibvorrichtung (49) mittels eines Schlagwerkzeugs (59) derart erreicht wird, dass der Kopf (55) sich auf den Stift (23) aufstützt, und
    g) Auffangen des Stiftes (23) durch die Aufnahme (67) einer Düse, die sich zu der genannten Verbrennungskammer (15) öffnet, mittels einer Auffangvorrichtung (61), umfassend einen magnetisierten Teil (65).
  6. Werkzeuggruppe zum Umsetzen des Extraktionsverfahrens eines Stiftes (23) einer Glühkerze gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der genannte Stift (23), der in einer Aufnahme (11) der Glühkerze eingeklemmt ist, einen unteren Teil (19) und einen hohen Teil (17) umfasst, wobei der untere Teil (19) einen vordefinierten Durchmesser "d" aufweist, wobei der Stift (23) in dem genannten unteren Teil (19) eingeklemmt ist, wobei die Werkzeuggruppe umfasst:
    - wenigstens eine Bohrnadel (1), die einen Durchbohrungsteil (5) und einen Stab (3) aufweist, der einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als den Durchmesser des Durchbohrungsteils (5) der Bohrnadel (1) derart, dass die Bohrnadel (1) einen Absatz (9) aufweist und zum Aufweisen eines größeren Durchmessers als den Durchmesser "d" des unteren Teils (19) der Aufnahm (11) der Kerze ausgewählt ist;
    - wenigstens einen Gewindebohrer (29) zum Innengewindebohren der Bohrung des Stifts (23);
    - wenigstens einen Extraktor (37) zum Extrahieren des Stiftes (23) ;
    - wenigstens einen Zentrierer (27) zum Positionieren und Führen eines oder mehrerer Element(e), das / die ausgewählt ist / sind aus:
    • der Bohrnadel (1) bei der Bohroperation des Stiftes (23);
    • dem Gewindebohrer (29) bei der Innengewindebohr-Operation der Bohrung;
    • dem Extraktor (37) beim Verschrauben desselben im Innengewinde des Stiftes (23).
  7. Werkzeuggruppe gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindebohrer (27) einen Außengewinde-Teil (31) und einen Stab (33) umfasst, und dass der Stab (33) des Gewindebohrers (37) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als den Durchmesser des Außengewinde-Teils (31) derart, dass ein Absatz (35) mit dem Außengewinde-Teil (31) gebildet ist und zum Aufweisen eines Durchmessers ausgewählt ist, der größer ist als der Durchmesser "d" des unteren Teils (19) der Aufnahme (11) der Kerze.
  8. Werkzeuggruppe gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Außengewinde-Teil (31) Bohrernuten und Kämme umfasst und einen Eingang gefolgt von einer Führung aufweist, wobei der genannte Eingang ein Eingang im Schnitt GUN ist und dass die Bohrernuten auf seiner Höhe eine Schleifkerbe aufweisen.
  9. Werkzeuggruppe gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Extraktor (37) einen Stab (39) umfasst, dessen eines Ende einen Gewindekopf (41) aufweist, wobei der genannte Gewindekopf (41) einen kleineren Durchmesser aufweist als den Durchmesser des genannten Stabes (39), wobei das genannte Ende des Stabes (39) eine Außengewinde-Bohrung aufweist und der genannte Gewindekopf (41) in der genannten Außengewinde-Bohrung des Stiftes (39) verschraubt ist.
  10. Werkzeuggruppe gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie darüber hinaus eine Austreibvorrichtung (49) und eine Auffangvorrichtung (61) umfasst, wobei die genannte Austreibvorrichtung (49) einen Stab (51) mit einem Kopf (53) an einem Ende umfasst, wobei der Durchmesser des Stiftes (51) größer ist als der des Kopfes (53) und die genannte Auffangvorrichtung (61) einen magnetisierten Teil (65) umfasst.
  11. Werkzeuggruppe gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der magnetisierte Teil (65) der Auffangvorrichtung (61) mit einem Ende eines beweglichen Stabs (63) verbunden ist.
