Claims (11)

  1. Sequentiell aktivierte Multimembran-Schaumpumpe (206; 1110) für einen Schaumspender (200), umfassend:
    ein Gehäuse,
    einen Flüssigkeitspumpenteil, der am Gehäuse befestigt ist, wobei der Flüssigkeitspumpenteil einen Flüssigkeitseinlass (352; 1102), ein Flüssigkeitseinlassventil (316A; 1105), eine Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106), ein Flüssigkeitsauslassventil (323A; 1116) und einen Flüssigkeitsauslass (309A; 1122) aufweist,
    einen Luftpumpenteil, der am Gehäuse befestigt ist, wobei der Luftpumpenteil einen ersten Lufteinlass (424B; 1104), ein erstes Lufteinlassventil (316B; 1107), eine erste Luftpumpenmembran (310B; 1108) und einen ersten Luftauslass (309B; 1123), einen zweiten Lufteinlass (424C; 1104), ein zweites Lufteinlassventil (316C; 1107), eine zweite Luftpumpenmembran (310C; 1108) und einen zweiten Luftauslass (309C; 1123) aufweist,
    wobei die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106), die erste Luftpumpenmembran (310B; 1108) und die zweite Luftpumpenmembran (310C; 1108) in einem einheitlichen elastischen Element ausgebildet sind,
    eine Mischkammer (325; 1130) in Fließverbindung mit dem Flüssigkeitsauslass (309A; 1122), dem ersten Luftauslass und dem zweiten Luftauslass,
    wobei die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106), die erste Luftpumpenmembran (310B; 1108) und die zweite Luftpumpenmembran (310C; 1108) in sequentieller Reihenfolge arbeiten,
    wobei die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106) einen Schuss Flüssigkeit in die Mischkammer (325; 1130) pumpt,
    wobei die erste Luftpumpenmembran (310B; 1108) einen Schuss Luft in die Mischkammer (325; 1130) pumpt, um sich mit der Flüssigkeit zu mischen, um eine Flüssigkeits-Luft-Mischung zu bilden, und
    wobei die zweite Luftpumpenmembran (310C; 1108) einen Schuss Luft in die Mischkammer (325; 1130) pumpt, um sich mit der Flüssigkeits-Luft-Mischung zu mischen, um eine schaumige Mischung zu bilden, und
    einen Auslass (350; 1114) zur Abgabe von Schaum.
  2. Sequentiell aktivierte Multimembran-Schaumpumpe (206, 1100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Flüssigkeitseinlassventil (316A; 1105), das erste Lufteinlassventil (316B; 1107) und das zweite Lufteinlassventil (316C; 1107) im einheitlichen elastischen Element ausgebildet sind.
  3. Sequentiell aktivierte Multimembran-Schaumpumpe (206, 1100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich der Auslass (350; 1114) auf einer Längsachse befindet und die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106), die erste Luftpumpenmembran (310B; 1108) und die zweite Luftpumpenmembran (310C; 1108) konzentrisch um die Längsachse sind.
  4. Sequentiell aktivierte Multimembran-Schaumpumpe (206, 1100) nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend eine Taumelscheibe (314; 1110), wobei sich die Taumelscheibe (314; 1110) dreht und die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106), die erste Luftpumpenmembran (310B; 1108) und die zweite Luftpumpenmembran (310C; 1108) in sequentieller Reihenfolge zusammendrückt.
  5. Sequentiell aktivierte Multimembran-Schaumpumpe (206, 1100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die schaumige Mischung ein Verhältnis von Luft zu Flüssigkeit von etwa 2 zu 1 aufweist.
  6. Sequentiell aktivierte Multimembran-Schaumpumpe (206, 1100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106) flüssige Seife in die Mischkammer (325; 1130) pumpt.
  7. Sequentiell aktivierte Multimembran-Schaumpumpe (206, 1100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106) Desinfektionsmittel in die Mischkammer (325; 1130) pumpt.
  8. Schaumspender (200), umfassend:
    ein Gehäuse (202),
    einen Motor (204),
    eine Taumelscheibe (314; 1110),
    eine Aufnahme (208) zur Aufnahme einer Ersatzeinheit (100),
    eine Ersatzeinheit (100) mit einem Konnektor (104) zur Verbindung mit der Aufnahme (208),
    eine sequentiell aktivierte Multimembran-Schaumpumpe (206, 1100) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die Drehung der Taumelscheibe (314; 1110) ein sequentielles Zusammendrücken der zusammenzudrückenden Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106), der ersten Luftpumpenmembran (310B; 1108) und der zweiten Luftpumpenmembran (310C; 1108) veranlasst,
    eine Schaumkartusche (210), die der Mischkammer (325; 1130) nachgeschaltet ist, und
    einen Schaumauslass (212), der der Schaumkartusche (210) nachgeschaltet angeordnet ist.
  9. Schaumspender (200) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die sequentiell aktivierte Multimembran-Schaumpumpe (206; 1100) eine Längsachse aufweist und die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106), die erste Luftpumpenmembran (310B; 1108) und die zweite Luftpumpenmembran (310C; 1108) konzentrisch um die Längsachse sind.
  10. Schaumspender (200) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106) flüssige Seife pumpt.
  11. Schaumspender (200) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Flüssigkeitspumpenmembran (310A; 1106) Desinfektionsmittel pumpt.
