Claims (6)
- Eine Etikettiervorrichtung (1), die Folgendes umfasst: mindestens einen Aufbau (2) zum Zuführen einer Folie (10), die eine Vielzahl von Etiketten (11) trägt, und mindestens einen Aufbau zum Auftragen der aus der Folie (10) gewonnenen Etiketten (11); es ist mindestens ein Aufbau (20) für den Vorschub der Folie (10) von dem mindestens einen Zuführaufbau (2) zu dem mindestens einen Auftragsaufbau vorhanden; wobei entlang dem Vorschubaufbau (20) und zwischen dem Zuführaufbau (2) und dem Auftragsaufbau mindestens eine Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken mindestens eines Abschnitts (11a) mindestens eines der Etiketten (11) vorhanden ist; wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens eine Vorrichtung zur Steuerung des Vorschubaufbaus (20) und der Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken umfasst, die ausgebildet ist, um das Zuführen der Folie (10) an die mindestens eine Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken zwischen mindestens einem ersten Zustand, in welchem die Folie (10) mit einem ersten Geschwindigkeitswert, kleiner als oder gleich einer Geschwindigkeit v1, der Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken zugeführt wird und in welchem die Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken aktiviert ist, um das Bedrucken des mindestens einen Abschnitts (11a) des Etiketts (11) durchzuführen, und mindestens einem zweiten Zustand zu steuern, in welchem die Folie (10) mit einem zweiten Geschwindigkeitswert, höher als die Geschwindigkeit v1, der Vorrichtung (30) zum Bedrucken zugeführt wird und in welchem die Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken deaktiviert ist, wobei der nicht zu bedruckende Abschnitt desselben Etiketts (11) in dem zweiten Zustand die Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken durchläuft; wobei der Vorschubaufbau (20) eine erste Vorrichtung (4) zum Aufspulen der Folie (10) umfasst, die zwischen der Zuführvorrichtung (2) und der Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken angeordnet ist, und eine zweite Vorrichtung (5) zum Aufspulen der Folie (10), die zwischen der Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken und dem Auftragsaufbau angeordnet ist; wobei die Etikettiervorrichtung (1) mit einer ersten Vorrichtung (10) zur Mitnahme der Folie ausgestattet ist, um das Zuführen der Folie (10) an den Auftragsaufbau mit der Etikettiergeschwindigkeit zu ermöglichen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorschubaufbau (20) eine zweite Mitnahmevorrichtung (21) umfasst, die zwischen der ersten Aufspulvorrichtung (4) und der zweiten Aufspulvorrichtung (5) angeordnet ist, wobei die zweite Mitnahmevorrichtung (21) von der Steuerungsvorrichtung gesteuert wird, um die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit der Folie (10) an der Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken anzupassen.
- Die Etikettiervorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Mitnahmevorrichtung (21) mit der Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken verbunden ist.
- Die Etikettiervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Mitnahmevorrichtung (21) ein tragendes Element umfasst, das durch Bewegung gesteuert wird und dazu dient, die Folie (10) in dem Zustand des Eingriffs mit der Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken zu halten.
- Die Etikettiervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Geschwindigkeitswert in dem ersten Zustand im Wesentlichen konstant ist.
- Die Etikettiervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Geschwindigkeitswert in dem zweiten Zustand Abschnitte mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit v2 und Übergangsabschnitte umfasst, in denen die Geschwindigkeit zwischen v1 und v2 liegt.
- Die Etikettiervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Trocknungsvorrichtung (31) umfasst, die stromabwärts von der Vorrichtung (30) zum digitalen Bedrucken angeordnet ist.
