Claims (9)

  1. Treibwalze (10) für bandförmiges Material, aufweisend:
    - einen Zylinder (11);
    - eine Trägerwelle (12), geeignet um den Zylinder (11) zu tragen und die Rotation des Zylinders (11) um seine Achse zu ermöglichen;
    - eine Vielzahl elastischer Bänder (13), geeignet zum Eingriff in den Zylinder (11), so dass sie am äußeren Umfang des Zylinders (11) frei laufen können;
    - Mittel zur Befestigung und Ausrichtung der elastischen Bänder (13), wobei die Mittel zur Befestigung und Ausrichtung mit dem Zylinder (11) und der Trägerwelle (12) verbunden sind und geeignet sind, die elastischen Bänder (13) nebeneinander an der Oberfläche des Zylinders (11) zu halten und die Dehnung der elastischen Bänder (13) einzustellen, wobei die Mittel zur Befestigung und Ausrichtung der elastischen Bänder (13) mindestens eine Einstellungsvorrichtung (15) aufweisen, die wiederum aufweist:
    - einen Verbindungsblock, geeignet um die Welle des Zylinders (11) mit den Enden der elastischen Bänder (13) integral zu verbinden;
    - einen Einstellblock für die Spannung der elastischen Bänder (13), der mit dem Verbindungsblock verbunden ist und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er eine Kegelradpaarung (22, 23) aufweist, die geeignet ist, die Neigung des Verbindungsblocks gegenüber der Achse der Trägerwelle (12) einzustellen;
    - Befestigungsmittel, die geeignet sind, die gegenseitige Ausrichtung zwischen dem Verbindungsblock und dem Einstellblock zu arretieren.
  2. Treibwalze gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsblock aufweist:
    - eine Überwurfmutter (16) mit Mitteln zur Befestigung der Enden der elastischen Bänder (13);
    - eine Hülse (18), zugehörig zur Überwurfmutter (16), zu einem Kugelgelenk (19) und zu einer Hülse (20), zur Befestigung an der Trägerwelle (12).
  3. Treibwalze gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einstellblock für die Spannung der elastischen Bänder (13) aufweist:
    - ein Gehäuse (21), das mit Verbindungsmitteln zu der Hülse (20) versehen ist, wobei das Gehäuse die Kegelradpaarung (22, 23) und eine Kappe (24) aufweist;
    - einen Einstellstift (25) der Kegelradpaarung (22, 23).
  4. Treibwalze gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel, die geeignet sind, die gegenseitige Ausrichtung zwischen dem Verbindungsblock und dem Einstellblock zu arretieren, einen Befestigungsflansch (26) aufweisen, der mit einem Verbindungsstab (27) verbunden ist, der geeignet ist, um mit der Hülse (18) verbunden zu werden.
  5. Treibwalze gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine analoge Positionsanzeige (29) aufweist, die mit dem Einstellstift (25) verbunden ist.
  6. Treibwalze gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Bänder (13) einen Querschnitt mit einem im Wesentlichen T-förmigen Querschnitt mit einem erweiterten flachen Teilstück, das entsprechend auf einer Seite nicht besonders dick und auf der anderen Seite ein gekerbtes Verbindungsstück aufweisen, wobei das gekerbte Verbindungsstück eine längliche Form aufweist, die von dem flachen Teilstück aus für eine vorgegebene Länge mit einer ersten Stärke beginnt und mit einer zweiten Stärke endet, die größer ist als die erste Stärke.
  7. Treibwalze gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (11) auf seiner Oberfläche eine Vielzahl von Nuten (14) aufweist, die so geformt sind, dass diese mit dem gekerbten Verbindungsstück der elastischen Bänder (13) verbunden werden können und somit den elastischen Bändern (13) ermöglichen, frei auf der Oberfläche des Zylinders (11) zu laufen.
  8. Treibwalze gemäß dem vorigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuten (14) der Vielzahl der Nuten (14) soweit voneinander auf der Oberfläche des Zylinders (11) beabstandet sind, so dass die entsprechenden elastischen Bänder (13) so auf der Oberfläche des Zylinders (11) angeordnet sind, dass zwischen zwei benachbarten Bändern kein Zwischenraum ist.
  9. Einstellvorrichtung (15) für die Treibwalze gemäß Anspruch 1, aufweisend:
    - einen Verbindungsblock, geeignet um die Welle des Zylinders (11) mit den Enden der elastischen Bänder (13) integral zu verbinden;
    - einen Einstellblock für die Spannung der elastischen Bänder (13), die mit dem Verbindungsblock verbunden sind, und der eine Kegelradpaarung (22, 23) aufweist, die geeignet ist, um die Neigung des Verbindungsblocks gegenüber der Achse der Trägerwelle (12) einzustellen;
    - Befestigungsmittel, die geeignet sind, um die gegenseitige Ausrichtung zwischen dem Verbindungsblock und dem Einstellblock zu arretieren.
