Definitions

  • the invention relates to a household appliance for dispensing liquid according to the preamble of independent claim 1 or the preamble of independent claim 14.
  • the household appliance has an output unit for dispensing the liquid.
  • the household appliance also has a connection device for connecting the household appliance to an external water network.
  • the household appliance also has a chilled water system with which a water supplied from the external water network can be cooled.
  • the household appliance has a disinfection device which is designed to disinfect at least partial areas of at least the cooled water system.
  • Such a configuration is, for example, from DE 196 18 319 C2 known.
  • a disinfector is arranged as a separate unit in an area itself, in which the water supplied is to be cooled with a cooling device.
  • the disinfector there has a heating device and a flow adjustment device. When disinfecting, water flows from the external domestic water network through the heater, which heats this water.
  • a treatment system for liquid which is used in a household is known from the prior art.
  • sanitary fittings are known as dispensing units for the liquid in a further specification. So is from the DE 10 2013 002 857 A1 such a sanitary fitting for tapping water is known.
  • a boiler is also associated with this household appliance. With this, hot water can be made available, which is significantly warmer than in terms of temperature usually via a hot water pipe which is connected to the external water network and which can be output via this sanitary fitting or the water tap.
  • the device there has a water outlet line to which a negative pressure can be applied when a valve element is closed.
  • the water located in the water outlet line is at least partially sucked into a water reservoir counter to the outflow direction. Due to the curved geometry there, in particular a gooseneck geometry, of the sanitary fitting, an interruption is generated there during this back suction process via a line breaker at the maximum of this gooseneck bend, so that that part of the residual water in the water outlet line that is up to an outlet opening in this sanitary fitting is over this discharge opening is explicitly drained and that part which is upstream of this line breaker is sucked back into the water reservoir, namely the boiler.
  • both the targeted supply of hot water to the dispensing opening of the sanitary fitting and the discharge of the remaining water after a dispensing process are carried out via this single water outlet line.
  • the return of this water that is no longer required and no longer dispensed from the line into the boiler has disadvantages in that, on the one hand, this already cooled water has to be warmed up again or the water in the boiler cools down. On the other hand, such a return requires a complex process, which in particular requires this specific line breaker at a specific position.
  • the device has a fitting body as the output unit, which represents a sanitary fitting and thus a water tap.
  • the fitting body is connected to an external water network.
  • This connection device has a cold water pipe and a hot water pipe.
  • a mixing valve is arranged between an output opening of the fitting body and these two feed lines in order to enable the water from the cold water feed line and the hot water feed line to be mixed, if necessary.
  • the device has a hot water system which has a boiler.
  • the boiler is connected to the fitting body and in particular to the output unit there via a separate line unit in which a valve is also arranged.
  • the line unit is completely separated and led separately to this dispensing opening and is therefore not connected to the line which leads from the mixing valve to the dispensing opening of the fitting body.
  • the device has a beverage unit which can be connected to an external beverage system.
  • the device also has a tank with hot water and a tank with cool water. The two tanks are each connected to an output of the device by a separate line
  • the object of the present invention is to create a household appliance for dispensing liquid in which disinfection of a chilled water system can be carried out simply and with less effort. This object is achieved by household appliances according to the independent claims.
  • the invention relates to a household appliance for dispensing liquid.
  • the household appliance can also be referred to as a liquid treatment system for the household.
  • the household appliance has a dispensing unit for dispensing the liquid.
  • the household appliance has a connection device for connecting the household appliance to a water network external to the device.
  • the household appliance has a chilled water system, with which one of the water supplied to the external water network can be cooled.
  • the household appliance has a disinfection device which is designed to disinfect at least partial areas of at least the cooled water system.
  • the household appliance has a hot water system which is separate from the cooled water system and with which a water supplied from the external water network can be heated. This heated water and thus hot water from the hot water system can also be made available for output at the output unit.
  • the hot water system is used as a disinfection device in a disinfection mode of the household appliance that differs from an output mode in which the hot water can be output via the output unit.
  • the heated water is a disinfection medium for disinfecting at least partial areas of the cooled water system and / or for disinfecting a line device of the household appliance that is separate from the cooled water system.
  • a hot water system that is present in addition to and separately from the cooled water system is thus multifunctional.
  • the supplied water as hot water which is then provided for dispensing a liquid via the dispensing unit, it can also be used as a disinfection device in a specific mode, namely the disinfection mode. This hot water, which is then provided anyway, then forms the disinfectant medium.
  • the mixing of the liquids to generate a mixed liquid can take place in the device itself, for example before dispensing via the dispensing unit or directly when dispensing via the dispensing opening of an dispensing unit, so that the liquids are mixed immediately after leaving the dispensing opening.
  • the household appliance has the line device with which the water of the external water network, in particular without being routed via the cooled water system or the hot water system, can be routed from the connection device to the output unit.
  • the water of the device-external water network is thus fed directly from the connection device to the output unit with the line device.
  • the line device has a cold water line and a hot water line, which are connected to the connection device. This also makes it possible that only the water supplied from the device-external water network is individually processed and supplied to the output unit via the line device. A corresponding mixing of the hot water in the hot water line and the cold water in the cold water line can thus also take place here in the line device.
  • the hot water system and the cooled water system are coupled to a mixed line of the output unit that is separate from the line device. This further improves the individuality of the liquid mixed media to be generated and a corresponding separation is carried out. At least two separate lines, on the one hand the mixed line and on the other hand the line device, therefore open at the output opening of the output unit.
  • the hot water system is connected to the line device by means of a disinfection coupling line.
  • the disinfection coupling line branches off from a line unit, which goes from a hot water treatment unit, in particular a boiler, to an outlet at which the hot water system flows into the mixed line.
  • the hot water system is with a Disinfection coupling line connected to the chilled water system, with hot water from the hot water system as a disinfection medium to the chilled water system for disinfecting at least partial areas of the chilled water system being routable through the disinfection coupling line only in disinfection mode.
  • the disinfection of at least partial areas of the household appliance, in particular the cooled water system can thereby be carried out very advantageously and also efficiently.
  • the line device preferably has at least one filter which, in the disinfection mode, represents a partial area through which the disinfection medium flows.
  • the filter is disinfected in a very simple and advantageous manner, which is arranged in particular in the cold water line of the line device.
  • the line device is preferably designed with a cold water line and a separate hot water line, the hot water system and the cooled water system being connected to the cold water line inside the device.
  • the cooled water system has a filter and / or has a storage container for cooled water, the filter and / or the storage container representing a partial area through which the disinfectant medium flows in the disinfection mode.
  • This configuration also means that components of the cooled water system that are advantageous for the water treatment are disinfected individually and simply and yet highly efficiently.
  • the disinfection coupling lines on the one hand a disinfection coupling line connected to the line device, and on the other hand a disinfection coupling line connected to the chilled water system, are formed by a common disinfection coupling line.
  • this disinfection coupling line preferably opens into a line of the chilled water system branching off from the cold water line of the piping device, this branching pipe then being stored in particular in a storage container in which the water supplied by the piping device is cooled.
  • Such a connection of the single disinfection coupling line can then also enable short paths to the corresponding components of the cooled water system as well as to corresponding components of the line device, which are each to be disinfected.
  • the disinfection coupling line is connected to the line device and / or the cooled water system via a valve.
  • a valve As a result, undesired introduction of hot water into the line device and / or the cooled water system in a different mode than the disinfection mode, in particular an output mode, can be prevented.
  • the hot water can be added very carefully as a disinfectant to the individual sub-areas of the household appliance.
  • the valve is an electric valve. As a result, it can be controlled very precisely by a control unit and the hot water can be metered very precisely.
  • the disinfection coupling line branches off at a junction from a line unit of the hot water system designed as an outlet line, as has already been explained above.
  • a valve is advantageously arranged in this line unit or the outlet line downstream of this branch. It can also be provided that this valve is arranged directly at this junction.
  • the household appliance has a drain line with which the disinfectant medium used can be diverted to the outside of the appliance after a disinfection mode has been carried out.
  • the drain line does not open an output opening of the output unit, so that this discharge of the disinfectant medium does not take place via the output opening of the output unit. Rather, the drain line is laid in such a way that the disinfectant medium is drained into a residual reservoir, which is preferably connected to a waste water system external to the device, in particular a domestic waste water system.
  • This discharge line is preferably also designed to discharge after a discharge process in which a mixed liquid mixed by the hot water system and the cooled water system was discharged via the mixed line.
  • This residual mixed liquid then still located in the dispensing unit after the dispensing process is thus not dispensed via the dispensing opening of the dispensing unit, but in this regard externally via the drain line, which is a separate line from this mixed line.
  • the discharge line opens into an opening on the mixed line, at which the hot water system and the cooled water system also open into the mixed line.
  • the discharge line is preferably arranged and designed in such a way that this discharge of the disinfectant medium takes place purely as a result of gravity.
  • this also applies to the further functionality of the drain line if remaining mixed liquid is to be drained from the mixed line.
  • an active delivery unit such as a pump, can also be provided, for example.
  • the household appliance preferably has a control unit with which the start of the disinfection mode and / or the duration of the disinfection mode can be controlled.
  • the output unit is advantageously designed as a sanitary fitting and thus in particular as a water tap.
  • a liquid treatment system can be created which is particularly multifunctional.
  • This sanitary fitting which in particular represents a common component in the household and via which conventional functionalities, in particular outputting from one water supplied to the external water network is now functionally significantly expanded.
  • the household appliance in particular in the embodiment with the output unit as a sanitary fitting, is a household appliance that is separate from another household appliance, for example a household refrigerator or a fully automatic coffee machine.
  • the household appliance explained above is therefore not part of a household refrigerator or a fully automatic coffee machine in these designs.
  • the household appliance explained can also be constructed in a relatively compact and space-saving manner and can be installed at locations in the household where appliances such as household refrigerators or fully automatic coffee machines cannot be installed.
  • this embodiment of the household appliance can then also be arranged in the area of a kitchen unit with a sink or some other collecting basin.
  • the cooled water system is connected to a carbonation unit of the household appliance and / or to a medium addition unit of the household appliance.
  • the carbonation unit can supply carbon dioxide to the cooled liquid in the cooled water system, so that a carbonated liquid medium can also be generated and dispensed.
  • the medium addition unit can be used to add individual flavor notes, in which case, for example, a liquid or a gel or a powder can be added as an additive as a medium. Other additives are also possible.
  • the addition of minerals or sweeteners or the like can also be provided in the media addition unit.
  • the hot water system is designed in such a way that the water present therein can be heated to temperatures of over 90 °.
  • the chilled water system is designed in such a way that the water contained therein can also be cooled to temperatures below 10 °.
  • the invention also relates to a household appliance for dispensing liquid.
  • the household appliance can also be referred to as a liquid treatment system for the household.

  • the household appliance has a line device separate from the cooled water system, with which the water of the external water network can be passed directly from the connection device to the output unit without being passed through the cooled water system.
  • the chilled water system has a storage tank for chilled water, in which a water heating unit is arranged. With the water heating unit, the water in the storage container can be heated to a germicidal temperature in a disinfection mode of the household appliance and can thus be disinfected.
  • a water heating unit With the water heating unit, the water in the storage container can be heated to a germicidal temperature in a disinfection mode of the household appliance and can thus be disinfected.
  • Such a configuration also makes it possible in the case of a household appliance which has only one cooled water system and such a line device to carry out an efficient and yet simple disinfection of partial areas of the household appliance.
  • the household appliance according to this further independent aspect of the invention also has a hot water system.
  • the single FIGURE shows a schematic representation of a household appliance 1 which is designed to dispense liquid.
  • the household appliance 1 can also be referred to as a liquid treatment system for the household.
  • the household appliance 1 has an output unit 2, which is in particular a sanitary fitting.
