Claims (5)

  1. Brechtrommelanordnung einer Brechtrommel, in der an der äußeren Fläche der Brechtrommel eine Vielzahl von Brechschaufeln angeordnet ist, wobei die Anordnung, fest an der äußeren Fläche der Trommel angebracht, eine Schaufelhalterung (1) mit einem Aufnahmeraum (3) für ein austauschbares Schaufelstück (11) beinhaltet; wobei das Schaufelstück (11) aus einem horizontalen Schaufelabschnitt (13) und einem vertikalen Schaftabschnitt (12) besteht, wobei der Schaftabschnitt (12) ausgelegt ist, in dem Aufnahmeraum (3) der Schaufelhalterung platziert und darin mittels eines separaten Verriegelungselements verriegelt zu werden;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahmeraum (3) als eine im Wesentlichen viereckige Öffnung geformt ist, die sich auf die obere Fläche der Schaufelhalterung öffnet und auf mindestens einer Seite, sich nach innen zu der Öffnung erstreckend, einen Verriegelungsvorsprung (5) aufweist, der sich zwischen der Bodenfläche (7) der Schaufelhalterung und ihrer oberen Fläche erstreckt; und dass der Schaftabschnitt (12) des Schaufelstücks (11) im Wesentlichen viereckig geformt ist, entsprechend der Öffnung der Schaufelhalterung, und mit einem länglichen Verriegelungskanal (15) des Wellenabschnitts ausgestattet ist, der dem mindestens einen Verriegelungsvorsprung (5) entspricht und sich in Richtung des Innenraums des Schafts erstreckt, wobei der Verriegelungsvorsprung (5) und Verriegelungskanal (15) zusammen eine Formverriegelung bilden.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an sich zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Öffnung (3) Verriegelungsvorsprünge (5) zueinander erstrecken, und dass der Schaft des Schaufelstücks an seinen zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten Verriegelungskanäle (15) aufweist, die den Verriegelungsvorsprüngen entsprechen.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Schaufelhalterung (1) ein horizontales Verriegelungsloch (4) gebildet ist, das im Wesentlichen an den Verriegelungsvorsprüngen (5) verläuft, und dass in das Schaufelstück (11) ein entsprechendes horizontales Verriegelungsloch (16) gebildet ist, das im Wesentlichen an den Verriegelungskanälen (15) verläuft.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu dem oberen Rand der zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Öffnung (3) der Schaufelhalterung (1) eine Vertiefung (6) ausgebildet ist, die sich an der äußeren Fläche der Schaufelhalterung erstreckt, wobei in die Vertiefung ein Werkzeug zum Lösen des Schaufelstücks in der Halterung einzupassen ist, wobei die Vertiefungen (6) sich an jenen Seiten der Öffnung (3) befinden, die keine Verriegelungsvorsprünge (5) aufweisen.
  5. Anordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenfläche (7) der Halterung (1) als gekrümmt ausgebildet ist, entsprechend der Krümmung der Außenfläche der Brechtrommel.
