Claims (10)

  1. Maschine (1) zur Herstellung mindestens eines kontinuierlichen Strangs (100) aus Filtermaterial (F) oder Tabak (T), umfassend:
    - eine Verarbeitungsstation (2) zur Verarbeitung von Filtermaterial (F) oder Tabak (T), um mindestens einen halb fertigen kontinuierlichen Strom (101) aus Filtermaterial (F) oder Tabak (T) herzustellen;
    - eine Vorformungsvorrichtung (3), die nach der Verarbeitungsstation (2) angeordnet und ausgelegt ist, um den mindestens einen halb fertigen kontinuierlichen Strom (101) zu erhalten, um mindestens einen kontinuierlichen Strom (102) aus Filtermaterial (F) oder Tabak (T) herzustellen;
    - einen Formungsbalken (4), der ausgelegt ist, um den mindestens einen kontinuierlichen Strang (100) aus Filtermaterial (F) oder Tabak (T) zu formen, angeordnet nach der Vorformungsvorrichtung (3) und ausgelegt, um den mindestens einen kontinuierlichen Strom (102) zu erhalten, wobei der Formungsbalken (4) einen Formungskanal (5) aufweist, entlang dessen der mindestens eine kontinuierliche Strang (100) progressiv geformt wird, während der entlang der Formungszuführungsrichtung (X) zugeführt wird,
    wobei die Vorformungsvorrichtung (3) mindestens ein längliches fliesenförmiges Element (10) umfasst, das eine Mantellinie (D) aufweist, die einen ersten definierten Winkel (α) mit der Formungszuführungsrichtung (X) bildet, wobei das mindestens eine längliche fliesenförmige Element (10) eine innenseitige Oberfläche (10') aufweist, die ausgelegt ist, um den Querschnitt des halb fertigen kontinuierlichen Stroms (101), der daran entlang zwischen einem Zufuhrquerschnitt (10a) und einem Ausfuhrquerschnitt (10b) des länglichen fliesenförmigen Elements (10) zugeführt wird, progressiv zu reduzieren, und um den Strom in den Formungskanal (5) einzuleiten, wobei die Maschine (1) Saugmittel umfasst, um Partikel aus Filtermaterial (F) oder Tabak (T) aus dem halb fertigen kontinuierlichen Strom (101) zu extrahieren, und wobei die Vorformungsvorrichtung (3) eine Vielzahl an Öffnungen (11) aufweist, die mit den Saugmitteln verbunden sind, um die Partikel aus Filtermaterial (F) oder Tabak (T) zu extrahieren, wobei die Maschine (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Vielzahl an Öffnungen (11) seitliche Saugöffnungen (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) umfasst, die auf mindestens einer seitlichen außenseitigen Oberfläche (3a) der Vorformungsvorrichtung (3) ausgebildet sind, befindlich oberhalb des länglichen fliesenförmigen Elements (10), wobei die Vorformungsvorrichtung (3) seitliche Saugleitungen (15, 15a, 15b, 15c) umfasst, die zu den seitlichen Öffnungen (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) führen und mit den Saugmitteln verbunden sind.
  2. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vielzahl an Öffnungen (11) untere Öffnungen (12) umfasst, die auf der innenseitigen Oberfläche (10') des länglichen fliesenförmigen Elements (10) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Vorformungsvorrichtung (3) untere Saugleitungen (13) umfasst, die zu den unteren Öffnungen (12) führen und mit den Saugmitteln verbunden sind.
  3. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die unteren Öffnungen (12) in Serie entlang der Mantellinie (D) angeordnet sind, sodass mindestens eine Reihe der unteren Öffnungen (12) definiert wird.
  4. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die seitlichen Öffnungen (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) in Serie entlang einer Richtung angeordnet sind, die parallel zur Mantellinie (D) verläuft, sodass mindestens eine Reihe der seitlichen Öffnungen (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) definiert wird.
  5. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, wobei die seitlichen Öffnungen (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) auf zwei seitlichen außenseitigen Oberflächen (3a) der Vorformungsvorrichtung (3) an entgegengesetzten Seiten der Mantellinie (D), vorzugsweise symmetrisch um die Mantellinie (D), ausgebildet sind.
  6. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die seitlichen Öffnungen (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) auf einer höheren Ebene als die unteren Öffnungen (12) angeordnet sind.
  7. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die unteren Leitungen (13) und die seitlichen Leitungen (15, 15a, 15b, 15c) in eine Hauptsaugleitung (16) zusammenlaufen, die mit den Saugmitteln verbunden ist.
  8. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste definierte Winkel (α) zwischen der Mantellinie (D) des länglichen fliesenförmigen Elements (10) und der Formungszuführungsrichtung (X) zwischen 0° und 2°, vorzugsweise 0,5°, beträgt.
  9. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vorformungsvorrichtung (3) einen Führungsabschnitt (17) umfasst, der vor dem länglichen fliesenförmigen Element (10) am Zufuhrquerschnitt (10a) des länglichen fliesenförmigen Elements (10) angeordnet und ausgelegt ist, um den halb fertigen kontinuierlichen Strom (101) in das längliche fliesenförmige Element (10) zu forcieren, wobei der Führungsabschnitt (17) mit einer verbindenden innenseitigen Oberfläche (17') versehen ist, die mit der innenseitigen Oberfläche (10') des länglichen fliesenförmigen Elements (10) zusammenläuft und eine jeweilige Mantellinie (01) aufweist, die einen zweiten definierten Winkel (β) mit der Formungszuführungsrichtung (X) bildet.
  10. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei der zweite definierte Winkel (β) größer ist als der erste definierte Winkel (α).
