That is, the care receiver M can obtain a sense of security that he/she is being supported by the underarm insertion portions 522a.
  • the care receiver M in a state in which the care receiver in the sitting posture boards on the assisting apparatus, it is easy to move the arm back and forth since the underarm insertion portion 522a is a linear rod member. That is, from the viewpoint of the care receiver M, the experience of being on the assisting apparatus becomes favorable. Even if the care receiver M moves his/her arm back and forth, the care receiver M can easily maintain the state of interposing the underarm insertion portions 522a in his/her underarms. That is, the trunk support member 51 supports the trunk of the care receiver M, from the chest portion above the underarms to the abdomen portion below the underarms. Thus, since the trunk of the care receiver M is supported by the trunk support member 51 over a wide range, the sense of security of the care receiver M is favorable.
  • the underarm insertion portions 522a are in a boarding orientation in which they are extended substantially in a horizontal direction.
  • the care receiver M in the sitting posture can easily insert the underarm insertion portions 522a into his/her underarms. Consequently, the care receiver M in the sitting posture may comfortably board on the assisting apparatus 1.

  • the angle ⁇ between the direction vector Nb and the normal vector Na is preferably 10° to 50°.
  • the underarm support member 52 is provided on the trunk support member 51 in a rotatable manner around the fulcrum 521a provided further toward the front of the care receiver M than the underarm insertion portion 522a.
  • the underarm insertion portion 522a has a boarding orientation that extends from the trunk support member 51 toward the rear of the care receiver M.
  • the care receiver M when the care receiver M inserts the underarm insertion portion 522a into the underarm, the underarm insertion portion 522a rotates around the fulcrum 521a provided at the front so as to match the position of the underarm of the care receiver M. Consequently, the care receiver M can easily get into the assisting apparatus 1 since the position of the underarm insertion portions 522a can be matched with the physique of the care receiver M. Furthermore, even if the underarm insertion portion 522a is rotated about the fulcrum 521a, the underarm insertion portion 522a extends rearward from the trunk support member 51. Consequently, irrespective of the physique of the care receiver M, the care receiver M may easily board on the assisting apparatus 1.
  • the underarm insertion portion 522a has a boarding orientation that extends in a substantially horizontal direction.

Claims (8)

  1. Unterstützungsvorrichtung (1), die so ausgeführt ist, dass sie einen Oberkörper eines Pflegebedürftigen (M) stützt, um einen Pflegebedürftigen (M) beim Aufstehen zu unterstützen, wobei sie umfasst:
    einen Sockel (2),
    eine Hebeeinrichtung (31), die an dem Sockel (2) vorhanden ist und vertikal bewegt werden kann,
    ein Rumpf-Stützelement (51), das in einer planen Form ausgebildet ist, an der Hebeeinrichtung (31) vorhanden ist und nach vorn sowie hinten geneigt werden kann und so ausgeführt ist, dass es einen Rumpf des Pflegebedürftigen (M) stützt, indem es mit einer Vorderseite des Rumpfes in Kontakt kommt, sowie
    ein Achsel-Stützelement (52), das von dem Rumpf-Stützelement (51) getragen wird und so ausgeführt ist, dass es eine Achsel des Pflegebedürftigen (M) stützt,
    wobei das Achsel-Stützelement (52) einen Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a) enthält, der in die Achsel des Pflegebedürftigen (M) eingeführt wird,
    wobei der Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a) von dem Rumpf-Stützelement (51) in Richtung einer Rückseite des Pflegebedürftigen (M) so ausgefahren wird, dass es sich in einer Aufstiegs-Ausrichtung befindet, wenn das Rumpf-Stützelement (51) in einer Aufstiegs-Position in Bezug auf den Pflegebedürftigen (M) eine sitzende Haltung einnimmt, und
    der Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a) von dem Rumpf-Stützelement (51) in Richtung des Pflegebedürftigen (M) nach oben und nach hinten so ausgefahren wird, dass er sich in einer Ausrichtung für stehende Haltung befindet, wenn das Rumpf-Stützelement (51) nach vorn geneigt wird, um den Pflegebedürftigen (M) in eine stehende Haltung zu bringen,
    wobei der Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a) ein hinteres Ende des Achsel-Stützelementes (52) bildet, und sich das Achsel-Stützelement (52) an einer Seite des Rumpf-Stützelementes (51) befindet und des Weiteren einen Schulter-Aufnahmeabschnitt (522b) zum Stützen einer Vorderseite der Schulter des Pflegebedürftigen (M) umfasst.
  2. Unterstützungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei das Achsel-Stützelement (52) eine L-Form hat, von der aus sich ein Abschnitt erstreckt, der der Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a) ist und von der sich ein anderer Abschnitt erstreckt, der der Schulter-Aufnahmeabschnitt (522b) ist.
  3. Unterstützungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    wobei der Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a) länger ist als der Schulter-Aufnahmeabschnitt (522b).
  4. Unterstützungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    wobei sich der Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a) von einer Mitte in einer vertikalen Richtung des Rumpf-Stützelementes (51) zu einer Rückseite des Pflegebedürftigen (M) erstreckt.
  5. Unterstützungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    wobei der Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a) sich in einer Aufstiegs-Ausrichtung befindet, die sich im Wesentlichen in einer horizontalen Richtung erstreckt, wenn das Rumpf-Stützelement (51) die Aufstiegs-Position in Bezug auf den Pflegebedürftigen (M) in der sitzenden Haltung einnimmt.
  6. Unterstützungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    wobei in einer Seitenansicht der Unterstützungsvorrichtung (1) ein Winkel (θ) zwischen einem nach hinten gerichteten Richtungsvektor (Nb) des Achsel-Einführungsabschnitts (522a) und einem Normalvektor (Na) des Rumpf-Stützelementes (51) ein spitzer Winkel ist, und wenn sich das Rumpf-Stützelement (51) in der Aufstiegs-Position befindet, der Normalvektor (Na) des Rumpf-Stützelementes (51) weiter nach oben gerichtet ist als der nach hinten gerichtete Richtungsvektor (Nb) des Achsel-Einführungsabschnitts (522a).
  7. Unterstützungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    wobei der Winkel (θ), der zwischen dem nach hinten gerichteten Richtungsvektor (Nb) des Achsel-Einführungsabschnitts (522a) und dem Normalvektor (Na) des Rumpf-Stützelementes (51) gebildet wird, 10° bis 50° beträgt.
  8. Unterstützungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    wobei das Achsel-Stützelement (52) an dem Rumpf-Stützelement (51) vorhanden ist und um einen Drehpunkt (521a) herum gedreht werden kann, der von dem Pflegebedürftigen (M) aus weiter vorn liegt als der Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a), und
    der Achsel-Einführungsabschnitt (522a) eine Aufstiegs-Ausrichtung hat, die sich von dem Rumpf-Stützelement (51) auf eine Rückseite des Pflegebedürftigen (M) zu erstreckt, wenn das Rumpf-Stützelement (51) die Aufstiegs-Position einnimmt und das Achsel-Stützelement (52) in Bezug auf das Rumpf-Stützelement (51) gedreht ist.
