Claims (5)

  1. Boîte d'emballage étanche et imperméable formée à partir d'une ébauche monobloc, ladite ébauche comprenant :
    - une surface de base (1) formant un plan horizontal et des premières surfaces de pliage (2) pour former les côtés longs de la boîte,
    un pli (20) entre la surface de base (1) et chaque première surface de pliage (2) de surfaces verticales (3) pour former les côtés courts de la boîte, une pliure (22) entre la surface de base (1) et chaque surface verticale (3), un premier soufflet d'angle (6) et un deuxième soufflet d'angle (7) d'une structure d'angle, et un pli incliné (18) entre les premier et deuxième soufflets d'angle ;
    - un pli conique (21) entre les surfaces de pliage (2) des côtés longs de la boîte et le deuxième soufflet d'angle (7) de telle manière que la ligne de pliage est inclinée par rapport au pli (22) entre la surface de base (1) et la surface verticale (3) ;
    - des deuxièmes surfaces de pliage (19) reliées aux premières surfaces de pliage (2) par l'intermédiaire de deuxièmes lignes de pliage, et s'étendant adjacentes à et
    parallèlement auxdites premières surfaces de pliage (2), et des verrous à crochet horizontaux (9) fonctionnant comme des moyens de verrouillage formés sur les bords d'extrémité externes desdites deuxièmes surfaces de pliage (19) ;
    - un plan d'empilement (4) relié à chacune des surfaces verticales (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un pli (17) ;
    - un côté inférieur (5) de chaque dit plan d'empilement (4) relié audit plan d'empilement (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un double pli (16) ;
    et des fentes de verrouillage (11) agencées pour recevoir lesdits verrous à crochet (9) dans une position de verrouillage au niveau de ladite face inférieure (5) du plan d'empilement (4),
    dans lequel ladite boîte d'emballage est formée par pliage de la surface verticale (3) dans une disposition verticale à partir de la pliure (22) entre la surface verticale (3) et la surface de base (1). Le pliage dudit plan d'empilement (4) dans une configuration horizontale, avec ledit côté inférieur (5) plié le long du double pli (16) sous le plan d'empilement (4), et une structure d'angle imperméable est formée par pliage du premier soufflet d'angle (6) et du deuxième soufflet d'angle (7) ensemble à partir du pli incliné (18), et la surface verticale (3) d'un côté court de la boîte d'emballage est formée pour être déviée selon une pente dans la boîte, devenant essentiellement conique, au moyen du pli conique incliné (21) entre la surface de pliage (2) des côtés longs de la boîte et le deuxième soufflet d'angle (7), caractérisée en ce que la disposition desdits verrous à crochet horizontaux (9) formés sur lesdites deuxièmes surfaces de pliage (19) pour venir entre le double pli (16) et se verrouiller horizontalement dans les fentes de verrouillage (11) d'un côté court de la boîte au niveau dudit côté inférieur (5) du plan d'empilement (4).
  2. Boîte d'emballage imperméable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les verrous à crochet horizontaux (9) de la boîte d'emballage maintiennent la pente de la surface verticale (3) d'un côté court verrouillé selon l'angle défini par le pli conique (21) lors du verrouillage du côté court dans les fentes de verrouillage (11).
  3. Boîte d'emballage imperméable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des languettes de friction servant de patins de freinage (12) sont formées sur les bords extérieurs du premier soufflet d'angle (6) et du deuxième soufflet d'angle (7) de la structure d'angle de la boîte d'emballage, l'homologue de ces languettes de friction est l'épaulement à double pli (10) du plan d'empilement (4) d'un côté court et du côté inférieur (5) du plan d'empilement.
  4. Boîte d'emballage imperméable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le côté le plus extérieur des surfaces de pliage (19) des côtés longs de la boîte d'emballage est découpé, de préférence en un côté de forme découpée incurvé (8) rigidifiant la structure du côté long.
  5. Boîte d'emballage imperméable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'angle (X) entre le pli conique (21) et le pli incliné (18) est dans la plage de 45 à 50°, de préférence 47°, et en ce que l'angle (Y) entre le pli conique (21) et le pli vertical (24) de la surface verticale (3) est dans la plage 90-100°, de préférence 94°.
