Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zum Implementieren einer Dienstfunktion, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst:
    Empfangen einer Sofortnachricht, die in einer Sofortkonversation (210) durch einen Konversationsteilnehmer gesendet wird, wobei die Sofortnachricht durch eine Vorrichtung des Konversationsteilnehmers gesendet wird;
    Bestimmen, ob ein Inhalt der empfangenen Sofortnachricht in der Sofortkonversation eine im Voraus eingestellte Auslösebedingung erfüllt, die zwei im Voraus eingestellte Auslösebedingungen zusammenfasst, die einem bestimmten Diensttyp entsprechen, wobei der Inhalt der empfangenen Sofortnachricht durch ein Schlüsselwortabgleichsverfahren verarbeitet wird, um zu bestimmen, ob der Inhalt der empfangenen Sofortnachricht einer ersten der im Voraus eingestellten Auslösebedingungen entspricht, die ein Schlüsselwort definiert, das dem bestimmten Diensttyp entspricht, und wobei eine zweite der im Voraus eingestellten Auslösebedingungen ein Ergebnis einer semantischen Analyse für Inhalte einiger Sofortnachrichten enthält, die zu der Sofortnachricht benachbart sind, die mit dem bestimmten Diensttyp übereinstimmt, von dem bestimmt wurde, dass er der empfangenen Sofortnachricht für die erste im Voraus eingestellte Auslösebedingung entspricht;
    Erzeugen einer Dienstaufgabe des Diensttyps, der dem Inhalt der Sofortnachricht zugeordnet ist, als Reaktion darauf, dass der Inhalt der Sofortnachricht die im Voraus eingestellte Auslösebedingung des bestimmten Diensttyps, der die zwei im Voraus eingestellten Auslösebedingungen zusammenfasst, erfüllt;
    Senden einer Anweisung, ein Verknüpfungsbedienungselement (220) anzuzeigen, an die Vorrichtung des Konversationsteilnehmers, der beabsichtigt, die Dienstaufgabe einzuleiten, wenn der Inhalt die im Voraus eingestellte Auslösebedingung erfüllt, wobei das Verknüpfungsbedienungselement verwendet wird, um die Dienstaufgabe des Diensttyps durch die Vorrichtung des Konversationsteilnehmers einzuleiten, wobei die Anweisung, das Verknüpfungsbedienungselement anzuzeigen, eine Adresse eines Servers zum Ausführen der Dienstaufgabe enthält;
    Empfangen einer Anforderung, die durch die Vorrichtung anhand des Verknüpfungsbedienungselements zum Ausführen der Dienstaufgabe eingeleitet wird, wobei die Anforderung einen Dienstparameter zum Einleiten der Anforderung, der an der Vorrichtung hinzugefügt wird, enthält; und
    Ausführen der Dienstaufgabe (230), die dem Verknüpfungsbedienungselement entspricht.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das ferner umfasst, an die Vorrichtung eine Anweisung zu senden, ein Ausführungsergebnis der ausgeführten Dienstaufgabe anzuzeigen.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die Anweisung, das Verknüpfungsbedienungselement anzuzeigen, eine Anzeigezeit des Verknüpfungsbedienungselements auf der Vorrichtung umfasst und wobei die Anzeige des Verknüpfungsbedienungselements durch die Vorrichtung bei einem Ablauf der Anzeigezeit abgebrochen wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei
    die Anweisung, das Verknüpfungsbedienungselement anzuzeigen, den Diensttyp, zumindest einen Dienstparameter der Dienstaufgabe, umfasst; und
    der Dienstparameter gemäß Inhalten von Sofortnachrichten in einer Sofortkonversation und/oder Teilnehmern der Sofortkonversation erzeugt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der bestimmte Diensttyp ein Überweisungsdienst ist und wobei die Dienstaufgabe eine Überweisungsdienstaufgabe ist und wobei die Überweisungsdienstaufgabe durch einen Sofortnachrichten-Server anhand einer Einleitung von der Vorrichtung des Konversationsteilnehmers eingeleitet und ausgeführt wird, wobei der Sofortnachrichten-Server eine Anforderung für die Überweisungsdienstaufgabe an einem Zahlungs-Server einleitet und ein Überweisungskonto, ein Einzahlungskonto und einen Überweisungsbetrag zu der Überweisungsaufgabe hinzufügt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei
    die Dienstfunktion eine Netzzahlungsfunktion umfasst; der Diensttyp eine Überweisung und/oder das Senden eines "Red Envelope" umfasst;
    ein Dienstparameter einer Überweisung eines oder mehrere eines Überweisungskontos, eines Einzahlungskontos und eines Überweisungsbetrags umfasst; und
    ein Dienstparameter zum Senden eines "Red Envelope" eines oder zwei eines "Red Envelope"-Sendekontos und eines "Red Envelope"-Betrags umfasst.
  7. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die empfangene Sofortnachricht Audio oder Video umfasst und wobei das Verfahren ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    Umsetzen von Informationen in der Audio- oder Videosofortnachricht in Text unter Verwendung von Erkennungstechnologien; und
    Verwenden der umgesetzten Informationen als Inhalt der Sofortnachricht.
  8. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst:
    Senden durch die Vorrichtung der Sofortnachricht in der Sofortkonversation, an der teilgenommen wird, an einen Sofortnachrichten-Server;
    Anzeigen an der Vorrichtung des Verknüpfungsbedienungselements für einen Anwender gemäß der Anweisung, die von dem Sofortnachrichten-Server empfangen wird, um das Verknüpfungsbedienungselement anzuzeigen, wobei das Verknüpfungsbedienungselement der Dienstaufgabe entspricht, die dem Inhalt der Sofortnachricht zugeordnet ist; und
    Einleiten der Dienstaufgabe, die dem Verknüpfungsbedienungselement entspricht, nach dem Empfangen einer vorgegebenen Ausführungsbedienung des Anwenders an dem Verknüpfungsbedienungselement.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, das ferner umfasst, die Anzeige des Verknüpfungsbedienungselements nach Ablauf einer Anzeigezeit des Anzeigens des Verknüpfungsbedienungselements für den Anwender abzubrechen, wobei die Anzeigezeit auf der Vorrichtung im Voraus eingestellt wird oder durch den Sofortnachrichten-Server in einer Anweisung zum Anzeigen des Verknüpfungsbedienungselements ausgewiesen ist.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei
    der Schritt des Einleitens einer Dienstaufgabe, die dem Verknüpfungsbedienungselement entspricht, umfasst, eine Anforderung an den Sofortnachrichten-Server anhand des Verknüpfungsbedienungselements einzuleiten; und
    das Verfahren ferner Folgendes umfasst: Anzeigen eines Ausführungsergebnisses für den Anwender gemäß einer Anweisung, die von dem Sofortnachrichten-Server empfangen wird, zum Anzeigen des Ausführungsergebnisses der Dienstaufgabe.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei
    die Dienstfunktion eine Netzzahlungsfunktion umfasst;
    der Diensttyp der Dienstaufgabe eine Überweisung oder das Senden eines "Red Envelope" umfasst;
    ein Dienstparameter einer Überweisung eines oder mehrere eines Überweisungskontos, eines Einzahlungskontos und eines Überweisungsbetrags umfasst; und
    ein Dienstparameter zum Senden eines "Red Envelope" eines oder zwei eines "Red Envelope"-Sendekontos und eines "Red Envelope"-Betrags umfasst.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei das Anzeigen des Verknüpfungsbedienungselements für den Anwender umfasst, das Verknüpfungsbedienungselement als eine Systemnachricht in einem Sofort-Konversationsfenster oder einem anklickbaren schwebenden Fenster anzuzeigen.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei das Verfahren auf einen Sofortnachrichten-Server angewendet wird.
  14. System zum Implementieren einer Dienstfunktion, wobei das System mehrere Einheiten als Hardware, Software oder eine Kombination von Hardware und Software umfasst, wobei das System ausgelegt ist, das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 auszuführen.
