Claims (10)
- Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät, umfassend eine Heizplatte (2), die durch einen Versorgungskreis elektrisch gespeist wird, der einen Thermostat (3) umfasst, der mit einer Wärmeabschaltung ausgestattet ist, wobei die Wärmeabschaltung einen Schalter (7) aufweist, der in geschlossener Stellung durch ein Übertragungsorgan (8) in Kontakt mit dem Schalter (7) und mit einem schmelzbaren Verschluss (22) gehalten wird, der in einem Hohlraum (21) der Heizplatte (2) enthalten ist, wobei das Übertragungsorgan (8) dem Öffnen des Schalters (7) unter der Wirkung von Mitteln zur Rückstellung (71) entgegenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungsorgan (8) mindestens ein schmelzbares Element (83) aufweist, dessen Schmelzen das Öffnen des Schalters (7) unter der Wirkung von Mitteln zur Rückstellung (71) bewirkt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungsorgan (8) sich in der Länge zwischen einem unteren Ende in Kontakt mit dem schmelzbaren Verschluss (22) und einem oberen Ende in Kontakt mit dem Schalter (7) erstreckt, und dass das schmelzbare Element (83) eine Verringerung der Länge des Übertragungsorgans (8) bewirkt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das schmelzbare Element (83) nahe dem oberen Ende des Übertragungsorgans (8) angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungsorgan (8) eine Stange (81), die mit dem schmelzbaren Verschluss (22) in Kontakt kommt, und einen Kopf (82) aufweist, der mit dem Schalter (7) in Kontakt kommt, und dass das schmelzbare Element (83) zwischen der Stange (81) und dem Kopf (82) angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungsorgan (8) Führungsmittel (82B, 84) aufweist, die eine Translationsführung zwischen dem Kopf (82) und der Stange (81) während des Schmelzens des schmelzbaren Elements (83) sicherstellen.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalter (7) eine flexible Kontaktklinge (71) umfasst, die aus einem Material mit Federeffekt hergestellt ist, wobei die Kontaktklinge (71) die Mittel zur Rückstellung des Schalters (7) in die offene Position bildet, und dass das obere Ende des Übertragungsorgans (8) an der flexiblen Kontaktklinge (71) anliegt.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das schmelzbare Element (83) aus einem schmelzbaren Material besteht, das eine Schmelztemperatur aufweist, die sich von derjenigen des schmelzbaren Verschlusses (22) unterscheidet.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das schmelzbare Element (83) aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das eine Schmelztemperatur von 300 °C oder darunter aufweist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Thermostat (3) einen Körper aufweist, an dem Kontaktklingen (4, 5, 6) des Thermostats angebracht sind, wobei sich diese seitlich an dem Körper erstrecken, und dass der Schalter (7) zwei Kontaktklingen (71, 72) unabhängig von den Kontaktklingen (4, 5, 6) des Thermostats (3) aufweist, wobei die Kontaktklingen (71, 72) des Schalters (7) ebenfalls mit dem Körper verbunden sind.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerät ein Bügeleisen ist, das eine Bügelsohle (1) aufweist, die in thermischem Kontakt mit der Heizplatte (2) steht.
