Definitions
- the invention relates to an insulating body for multi-shell components according to the preamble of claim 1 and such a device with insulating body according to the preamble of claim.
- profile elements that form an outer and an inner shell, preferably as a light metal profile of aluminum or aluminum alloys, by means of insulating bodies from each other and thermally separated.
- insulating bars are used in practice, as used for example in the EP 1 531 228 B1 are shown.
- the known insulating webs have on its two opposite sides or ends fastening lugs, also referred to as a mounting foot, which widen to its end and are held in complementary Austropept such as undercut grooves of the profile elements.
- At least one wall of the originally made with oversized receiving groove this reforming pressed against the therein mounting lug - the so-called curling - and keep the insulating not only fixed in the bar longitudinal direction, but also within the groove immovable.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to simplify the construction of Kischaliger components. This object is achieved by an insulating body with the features of claim 1 and by a such insulating body using component according to claim 9.
- the two profile elements Due to the formation of the insulating body with at least on one side at least two fastening lugs, so that attack on one of the two profile elements to be connected at least two fastening lugs of the same insulating body, the two profile elements are not only kept at a distance, but also secured against tilting. For this purpose, at least two insulating bars have been required in practice so far.
- the insulating body according to the invention forms a hollow chamber having an inner guide contour for receiving and guiding fittings, also eliminates the need for separate components between the profile elements that receive the fittings, such as locks.
- the hollow chamber formed by the one-piece insulating body need not necessarily be closed. It is sufficient if the guide contour provides a secure guidance of the male fitting part, for example a locking pin, possibly also with adjacent walls of the connected profile elements.
- window and door frames are often constructed in several parts as prescribed and usually also require fitting parts for locking, such as locking pin.
- These usually have a circular cross-section or rods with at least partially circular peripheral segment-shaped contour.
- the guide contour of the insulating body also has circular peripheral segment-shaped areas.
- a preferred embodiment of the insulating body has at least two spaced apart, extending from one profile element to another insulating webs, which are connected transversely thereto with a transverse web, which forms the guide contour at least partially.
- the crosspiece can dome-shaped, be formed buckling on one of the profile elements and thus not only forms the guide contour, but also gives the insulator a high stability.
- the multifunctionality of the insulating body according to the invention can be further increased by this is provided with one or more receptacles open to the outside for other functional elements.
- These recordings which are preferably designed as undercut grooves, can accommodate, for example, seals, fasteners for adjacent components, fixings or other fittings.
- the projections of fasteners can be housed without interference.
- These recesses should therefore be so deep that projections such as the heads or other portions of sheet metal nuts, blind rivets or countersunk rivets do not protrude into the guide contour and thus do not touch the fitting part to be included in the guide contour.
- the insulating body may further comprise one or more outwardly projecting guide webs, such a guide web may be provided in addition to the at least three fastening lugs of the insulating body or replace one of the fastening lugs.
- the guide bar can thus also be a "fastening lug”.
- a guide web on the one side of the insulating body, facing one of the profile elements, is arranged between two fastening lugs. This creates an added benefit, as described with reference to the claimed component.
- the attachment lug or attachment lugs on one side of the insulating body projects further outward than the guide web.
- the described insulator With the help of the described insulator, it is possible to form a novel multilayer component which has a reduced number of components with increased functionality. If, for example, a locking element is displaceably guided in the guide contour of the insulating body, the need for more is eliminated Guide components for it.
- the component can thereby be made slimmer than conventional, which is particularly advantageous for framed glass wings, if the view width of the frame forming profile elements to be reduced.
- insulating body and at least one of the profile elements can also complement one another in that the guide contour predetermined by the insulating body is continued by a guide contour region on the profile element. This is particularly appropriate for components of small thickness, the insulator cause a correspondingly small depth.
- insulating body 1 In Fig. 1 an embodiment of an insulating body 1 according to the invention is shown, the two profile elements 2.3 connects but also spaced and thermally separated.
- the illustrated insulating body 1 consists essentially of two extending from a profile element 2 to the other profile element 3 Isolierstegen 4, which are connected transversely to the main extension direction R of the insulating strips 4 by a cross bar 5.
- the insulating webs 4 and the cross bar 5 form a hollow chamber 6, which has an inner guide contour 7. This is designed by their shape for receiving and guiding fittings, as in the following Fig. 3 and 5 to 7 demonstrate.
- the insulating body 1 has bilateral, i. facing each of the two profile elements 2.3, two attachment lugs 8, which are designed as outwardly widening mounting foot and engage in receptacles 9 of the profile elements 2.3. With this they are firmly connected in practice by a deforming this pressure is applied to the outer sides 11 of the receptacles 9, whereby the outer sides 11 create firm against the mounting lugs 8 and fix them immovable. This procedure is called curling.
- the insulating body 1 has a guide web 12, which is displaceably guided in a matching guide receptacle 13 of the profile element 2 but captive.
- the illustrated embodiment offers a T-shaped Guide web 12 and a substantially C-shaped guide receptacle 13 at.
- the positioning of the guide web 12 between the attachment lugs 8 and its reduced length compared to this has the advantage that when rolling the attachment lugs 8 also not indirectly pressure on the guide receptacle 13 is exerted, so that the displaceability of the guide web 12 is maintained.
- the non-displaceable connection of the insulating body 1 can be detached from the profile element 2 by the connection of the fastening lugs 8 is severed to the remaining part of the insulating body 1 , for example, at the in Fig. 2 designated by the reference numeral 18 position.
- the guide web 12 keeps the profile element 2 continues safe, but fixed to the profile plane 3 displaceable on the profile element.
- Insulator 1 shown have beyond open receptacles 14,15, in the other functional elements can be inserted. For example, it can be added sealing rubbers, fasteners or other fittings.
- the hollow chamber 6 of the insulating body 1 from Fig. 1 is designed to be open towards the profile element 3, the insulating body 1 of the Fig. 2 a closed hollow chamber. This is due to the extended embodiment of the insulating body 1 in Fig. 2 possible, which is intended for thicker components.
- the entire guide contour 7 is formed by the wall of the hollow chamber 6, while in Fig. 1 a guide contour area 17, here also circular peripheral segment-shaped, this part task takes over.
- Both embodiments of the insulating body ( Fig. 1 and 2 These are preferably used to hold metal nuts, blind rivets, countersunk rivets of the like fasteners and are so deep that the fastener received there does not project beyond an imaginary extension of the guide contour 7.
- the open receptacles 14 and optionally 15 and the recess 19 along the insulating strips 4 are arranged alternately, so that the web material is reduced inadmissible at any point.
- the Fig. 3 ff. show embodiments of multi-shell components using the above-described insulator 1.
- Fig. 3 two glass wings connected by a hinge 21 are shown.
- the profile elements 2, 3 each carry a two-pane laminated glass 22.
- the profiles 2, 3 are thermally separated via the insulating body 1.
- the right in the representation of the glass wing is also locked by a handle 23 which acts on a locking pin 24 and can move it perpendicular to the drawing plane.
- the locking pin 24 is guided as a fitting part in the hollow chamber 6 of the insulating body 1.
- the guide bar 12 does not serve a sliding guide of the insulating body 1, but supports it only against the profile element 2 from.
- Fig. 4 shows the upper left corner of a three-leaf glass folding plant, as shown in the upper part of the figure as a pictogram.
- the 4 to 6 serve so far only the clarification, such as the locking pin 24 acts in the device. He attacks, as in the FIGS. 5 and 6 recognizable, in a part of an upper frame profile 26 a.

Description
The invention relates to an insulating body for multi-shell components according to the preamble of
As a rule, several insulating bars are used in close spatial proximity. Also, it is necessary in many construction positions, additional guides or recordings for fittings such. Provide locking elements. The plurality of required components requires a plurality of assembly steps.
The invention is therefore based on the object to simplify the construction of mehrschaliger components. This object is achieved by an insulating body with the features of
Due to the formation of the insulating body with at least on one side at least two fastening lugs, so that attack on one of the two profile elements to be connected at least two fastening lugs of the same insulating body, the two profile elements are not only kept at a distance, but also secured against tilting. For this purpose, at least two insulating bars have been required in practice so far. In addition, since the insulating body according to the invention forms a hollow chamber having an inner guide contour for receiving and guiding fittings, also eliminates the need for separate components between the profile elements that receive the fittings, such as locks. The hollow chamber formed by the one-piece insulating body need not necessarily be closed. It is sufficient if the guide contour provides a secure guidance of the male fitting part, for example a locking pin, possibly also with adjacent walls of the connected profile elements.
In particular window and door frames are often constructed in several parts as prescribed and usually also require fitting parts for locking, such as locking pin. These usually have a circular cross-section or rods with at least partially circular peripheral segment-shaped contour. Preferably, therefore, the guide contour of the insulating body also has circular peripheral segment-shaped areas.
A preferred embodiment of the insulating body has at least two spaced apart, extending from one profile element to another insulating webs, which are connected transversely thereto with a transverse web, which forms the guide contour at least partially. The crosspiece can dome-shaped, be formed buckling on one of the profile elements and thus not only forms the guide contour, but also gives the insulator a high stability.
The multifunctionality of the insulating body according to the invention can be further increased by this is provided with one or more receptacles open to the outside for other functional elements. These recordings, which are preferably designed as undercut grooves, can accommodate, for example, seals, fasteners for adjacent components, fixings or other fittings.
Also inside the insulating body, it is advantageous to provide one or more recesses, preferably with a flat surface, in which the projections of fasteners can be housed without interference. These recesses should therefore be so deep that projections such as the heads or other portions of sheet metal nuts, blind rivets or countersunk rivets do not protrude into the guide contour and thus do not touch the fitting part to be included in the guide contour.
The insulating body may further comprise one or more outwardly projecting guide webs, such a guide web may be provided in addition to the at least three fastening lugs of the insulating body or replace one of the fastening lugs. The guide bar can thus also be a "fastening lug".
But preferred is an embodiment in which a guide web on the one side of the insulating body, facing one of the profile elements, is arranged between two fastening lugs. This creates an added benefit, as described with reference to the claimed component. In an advantageously compact and easy-to-use construction, the attachment lug or attachment lugs on one side of the insulating body projects further outward than the guide web.
With the help of the described insulator, it is possible to form a novel multilayer component which has a reduced number of components with increased functionality. If, for example, a locking element is displaceably guided in the guide contour of the insulating body, the need for more is eliminated Guide components for it. The component can thereby be made slimmer than conventional, which is particularly advantageous for framed glass wings, if the view width of the frame forming profile elements to be reduced.
When using an insulating body according to one of
In a multi-shell component according to the invention, insulating body and at least one of the profile elements can also complement one another in that the guide contour predetermined by the insulating body is continued by a guide contour region on the profile element. This is particularly appropriate for components of small thickness, the insulator cause a correspondingly small depth.

The insulating
