Definitions

  • the invention relates to a synchronization method between at least two participants of at least one asynchronous event between the participants in time
  • Communication device and a subscriber directory for a synchronization method wherein the subscriber directory is stored digitally in a computerized synchronization site.
  • Asynchronous events in the context of this invention are to be understood as: in particular telephone conversations, meetings, telephone conferences, personal parcel / postal deliveries, scheduling, advertising requests, consultations and the like.
  • Asynchronous event means that a first participant has a time-definable, within a certain time interval expiring and / or plannable, as well
  • Synchronous event means that the asynchronous event request between the at least two participants taking into account the personal appointment situation of at least the second participant, in particular of both participants takes place, so for example a
  • Busy signal gives or answers the mailbox of the called party, as well as the announcement sounds that the subscriber to be reached is currently unreachable, or a package is delivered, the parcel delivery already knows that the recipient is at home.
  • the most important event is the telephone call, which is completely covered by the basic functions of the synchronization procedure.
  • This is to be understood as a telephone conversation between a first subscriber and at least one second subscriber, wherein the first subscriber wishes to call the second subscriber.
  • the called second party will not be able to accept the first party, so the conversation will not take place.
  • the telephone call of the first subscriber would accrue on the mailbox, the answering machine or in the secretary of the second subscriber, because the second subscriber is prevented, is in an appointment or simply does not want to speak with the first participant.
  • the object of the invention is that busy signals as well as mailboxes and answering machines simply abolish, so that one can finally say that every conversation, if it is synchronized, actually takes place.
  • Another event is a meeting or a meeting between at least two participants, which is also characterized by the basic functions of the
  • Synchronization method is covered. For example, a first attendee wants to meet at least one second attendee to talk to him about a particular topic. For example, the second participant could be particularly busy, therefore, the appointments assigns his employees, the corresponding requests by email or phone tries to sort into the personal schedule of the second participant, so that in this case the communication through a third party is necessary to the appointment
  • Participant a patient, an appointment with the second participant, so the doctor would like to organize and only on the physician assistants on the phone assigned a corresponding appointment.
  • the same is true, for example, with lawyers who visit clients want to become.
  • constellations are, for example, insurance agent and customer, car salesman and customer, delivery service (home delivery service, pizza delivery service and the like), etc.
  • appointments and meetings via telephone or email in each case via a third party, to be scheduled, ie synchronized, it is also possible to send email inquiries with specified dates and corresponding subject to the persons concerned and these appointments after confirmation by deposit the second participant in a groupware solution or a computerized database.
  • email inquiries with specified dates and corresponding subject to the persons concerned and these appointments after confirmation by deposit the second participant in a groupware solution or a computerized database.
  • Another example would be the negotiation of a case in front of an office where two parties have to be summoned to the office and those parties need to be dubbed.
  • the next example is the package delivery, where everyone knows the problem, that the parcel delivery service is ringing and nobody is at home. This asynchronous event must be synchronized compellingly, but considering environmental requirements, namely environmental pollution by motor vehicles and the like, it seems to be necessary that a parcel is actually delivered at the first delivery attempt. This requires the synchronization of the presence of the customer, namely the second participant, and the delivering company, in particular deliverer, the first participant who would like to deliver the package to be delivered and this requires an accurate time.
  • Event mediation method is not possible, in particular the busy signal, the inaccessibility, for example by dead spots in the mobile network, unscheduled illness-related absence and the like to bypass or completely disregard.
  • the object of the present invention is to connect people with each other, namely to synchronize different asynchronous events between at least two subscribers, wherein the individual subscribers of the synchronization procedure for asynchronous events to the other subscribers do not synchronize their actual appointments
  • the synchronization method between at least two subscribers of at least one asynchronous event between the subscribers for time-synchronized events comprises the following steps:
  • the event request having at least the following parameters:
  • Event status which must correspond to the subscriber status of the at least second subscriber or all subscriber status of all subscribers selected for carrying out the event
  • Agreement and / or fulfillment and / or satisfiability of the parameters at least one digital transmission of the now possible event to the participants of the event takes place and the event is synchronized.
  • the transmission of the referencing number of the first party is the simplest and most sensible way to identify the sender by means of a digital communication device which the first party can use for communication with the computerized synchronization site, the personal referencing number, quasi his Identification number in the system represents.
  • an identification method is preferably used in which the participants are clearly referenced.

  • At least the second participant must be in the participant state selected by the first participant at the moment of the event.
