Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif pour hacher des aliments, comprenant une partie de base (11) qui possède un logement (1), lequel peut accueillir au moins deux parties de coupe (2, 3) l'une au-dessus de l'autre, et comprenant une partie d'actionnement (8) qui possède un piston de pressage (9) au moyen duquel de la matière à hacher peut être poussée le long d'une direction d'extrusion à travers les parties de coupe (2, 3) insérées dans logement (1), les deux parties de coupe (2, 3) pouvant être disposées dans le logement (1) avec des orientations de rotation différentes l'une par rapport à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'actionnement (8) est reliée de manière articulée avec la partie de base (11) et peut pivoter contre la partie de base (11) afin de pousser de la matière à hacher au moyen du piston de pressage (9), qui exécute un mouvement de pivotement, le long de la direction d'extrusion à travers les parties de coupe (2, 3) insérées dans logement (1), les parties de coupe (2, 3) empilées l'une au-dessus de l'autre dans logement (1) étant immobilisées dans leur orientation relative l'une par rapport à l'autre dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction d'extrusion, indépendamment de l'orientation de rotation choisie, par le fait que l'une des parties de coupe (2) empilées l'une au-dessus de l'autre dans le logement (1) possède un moyen de couplage qui est en liaison fonctionnelle avec un moyen de couplage homologue de l'autre partie de coupe (3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    a. les parties de coupe (2, 3) peuvent être empilées l'une au-dessus de l'autre de telle sorte que les plans de coupe des lames des parties de coupe (2, 3) empilées sont disposés en parallèle les uns des autres et/ou en ce que
    b. les parties de coupe (2, 3) peuvent être empilées l'une au-dessus de l'autre de telle sorte que les plans de coupe des lames des parties de coupe (2, 3) empilées sont disposés espacés les uns des autres et/ou en ce que
    c. les parties de coupe (2, 3) présentent des dimensions extérieures identiques ou en ce que les parties de coupe (2, 3) présentent des dimensions extérieures identiques dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction d'extrusion.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le moyen de couplage est configuré et conçu pour être mis en liaison fonctionnelle par complémentarité de formes avec le moyen de couplage homologue et/ou en ce que
    b. au moins une partie de coupe (2) possède à la fois un moyen de couplage qui est configuré et conçu pour être mis en liaison fonctionnelle avec un moyen de couplage homologue d'une autre partie de coupe (14), notamment par complémentarité de formes, et un moyen de couplage homologue qui est configuré et conçu pour être mis en liaison fonctionnelle avec un moyen de couplage d'une autre partie de coupe (14) et/ou en ce que
    c. le moyen de couplage est réalisé sous la forme d'une denture (39) ou possède une denture (39) et/ou en ce que le moyen de couplage homologue est réalisé sous la forme d'une denture homologue (40) ou possède une denture homologue (40).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
    a. les parties de coupe (2, 3) possèdent respectivement un porte-lame auquel est fixée au moins une lame de coupe (4), notamment qui ne peut pas être détachée sans être détruite, et/ou en ce que
    b. un porte-lame sans lame de coupe (4), notamment un cadre vide (13), est présent, qui peut être inséré dans le logement (1) en combinaison avec au moins une partie de coupe (2), et/ou en ce que
    c. les parties de coupe (2, 3) possèdent respectivement un porte-lame auquel est fixée au moins une lame de coupe (4), notamment qui ne peut pas être détachée sans être détruite, ou un porte-lame sans lame de coupe (4), notamment un cadre vide (13), est présent, qui peut être inséré dans le logement (1) en combinaison avec au moins une partie de coupe (2), le porte-lame possédant le moyen de couplage et/ou le moyen de couplage homologue, et/ou en ce que
    d. les parties de coupe (2, 3) possèdent respectivement un porte-lame auquel est fixée au moins une lame de coupe (4), notamment qui ne peut pas être détachée sans être détruite, ou un porte-lame sans lame de coupe (4), notamment un cadre vide (13), est présent, qui peut être inséré dans le logement (1) en combinaison avec au moins une partie de coupe (2), le porte-lame possédant comme moyen de couplage une denture (39) orientée en sens inverse de la direction d'extrusion et/ou le porte-lame possédant comme moyen de couplage homologue une denture homologue (40) orientée dans la direction d'extrusion, et/ou en ce que
    e. les parties de coupe (2, 3) possèdent respectivement un porte-lame auquel est fixée au moins une lame de coupe (4), notamment qui ne peut pas être détachée sans être détruite, ou un porte-lame sans lame de coupe (4), notamment un cadre vide (13), est présent, qui peut être inséré dans le logement (1) en combinaison avec au moins une partie de coupe (2), le porte-lame étant réalisé sous la forme d'un cadre (7) qui entoure au moins une lame de coupe (4) dans un plan de lame de coupe de la partie de coupe (2), et/ou en ce que
    f. les parties de coupe (2, 3) possèdent respectivement un porte-lame auquel est fixée au moins une lame de coupe (4), notamment qui ne peut pas être détachée sans être détruite, ou un porte-lame sans lame de coupe (4), notamment un cadre vide (13), est présent, qui peut être inséré dans le logement (1) en combinaison avec au moins une partie de coupe (2), les porte-lames des parties de coupe (2, 3) étant de configurations identiques ou en ce que les porte-lames des parties de coupe (2, 3) possèdent les mêmes dimensions dans le plan de coupe et/ou dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction d'extrusion, et/ou en ce que
    g. les parties de coupe (2, 3) possèdent respectivement un porte-lame auquel est fixée au moins une lame de coupe (4), notamment qui ne peut pas être détachée sans être détruite, ou un porte-lame sans lame de coupe (4), notamment un cadre vide (13), est présent, qui peut être inséré dans le logement (1) en combinaison avec au moins une partie de coupe (2), les porte-lames étant de configuration carrée et/ou en ce que les porte-lames présentent une symétrie de rotation.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que deux parties de coupe (2, 3) peuvent être disposées dans le logement (1) au choix au moins avec une première orientation de rotation l'une par rapport à l'autre ou avec une deuxième orientation de rotation l'une par rapport à l'autre, la première orientation de rotation se différenciant de la deuxième orientation de rotation par un angle de rotation de 45 degrés ou de 90 degrés.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que
    a. au moins deux des parties de coupe (2, 3) possèdent des arrangements de lames de coupe différents, et/ou en ce que
    b. une première partie de coupe (2) possède des premières lames de coupe (4) parallèles les unes aux autres et en ce qu'une deuxième partie de coupe (3) possède des deuxièmes lames de coupe (6) parallèles les unes aux autres, et/ou en ce que
    c. une première partie de coupe (2) possède des premières lames de coupe (4) parallèles les unes aux autres et en ce qu'une deuxième partie de coupe (3) possède des deuxièmes lames de coupe (6) parallèles les unes aux autres, la première partie de coupe (2) et la deuxième partie de coupe (3) pouvant être disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre dans le logement (1) de telle sorte que les premières lames de coupe (4) et les deuxièmes lames de coupe (6) sont disposées parallèlement les unes aux autres, et/ou en ce que
    d. une première partie de coupe (2) possède des premières lames de coupe (4) parallèles les unes aux autres et en ce qu'une deuxième partie de coupe (3) possède des deuxièmes lames de coupe (6) parallèles les unes aux autres, la première partie de coupe (2) et la deuxième partie de coupe (3) pouvant être disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre dans le logement (1) de telle sorte que les premières lames de coupe (4) et les deuxièmes lames de coupe (6) sont disposées parallèlement les unes aux autres en étant toutefois décalées les unes des autres dans une projection le long de la direction d'extrusion, et/ou en ce que
    e. une première partie de coupe (2) possède des premières lames de coupe (4) parallèles les unes aux autres et en ce qu'une deuxième partie de coupe possède des deuxièmes lames de coupe (6) parallèles les unes aux autres, la première partie de coupe et la deuxième partie de coupe (3) pouvant être disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre dans le logement (1) de telle sorte que les premières lames de coupe (4) et les deuxièmes lames de coupe (6) sont disposées en se croisant les unes les autres dans une projection le long de la direction d'extrusion et/ou présentent un angle droit les unes par rapport aux autres dans une projection le long de la direction d'extrusion.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que
    a. la partie d'actionnement (8) possède un piston de pressage (9), et/ou en ce que
    b. la partie d'actionnement (8) possède un piston de pressage (9), lequel possède des rainures (15) dans lesquelles, lors d'une opération de hachage, s'enfoncent les lames de coupe (4, 6) des parties de coupe (2, 3) insérées dans le logement (1), et/ou en ce que
    c. la partie d'actionnement (8) possède un piston de pressage (9), qui est disposé de manière inamovible, notamment qui ne peut pas être détaché sans être détruit, à un levier de pressage (10) de la partie d'actionnement (8) ou qui est calé ou peut être calé de manière amovible, notamment réamovible sans être détruit et/ou sans outil, au niveau d'un levier de pressage (10) de la partie d'actionnement (8), et/ou en ce que
    d. la partie de base (11) peut être posée ou est posée sur un récipient (12) pour la matière hachée ou en ce que la partie de base (11) possède un récipient (12) pour la matière hachée.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que
    a. la partie d'actionnement (8) possède un piston de pressage (9) qui est réalisé sous la forme d'un double piston de pressage qui possède deux pistons de pressage individuels, notamment différents, et qui est calé ou peut être calé au choix dans une première position fonctionnelle ou une deuxième position fonctionnelle au niveau d'un levier de pressage (10) de la partie d'actionnement (8), et/ou en ce que
    b. la partie d'actionnement (8) possède un piston de pressage (9) qui est réalisé sous la forme d'un double piston de pressage et qui peut être transféré d'une première position fonctionnelle dans une deuxième position fonctionnelle en tournant le piston de pressage (9) par rapport au levier de pressage (10), notamment de 180 degrés,
    c. et/ou en ce que la partie de base (11) peut être posée ou est posée sur un récipient (12) pour la matière hachée ou en ce que la partie de base (11) possède un récipient (12) pour la matière hachée.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le même piston de pressage (9) est configuré pour être utilisé avec des parties de coupe (2, 3) différentes insérées dans le logement (1) et/ou en ce que le même piston de pressage (9) est configuré pour être utilisé avec des combinaisons différentes de parties de coupe (2, 3) insérées dans le logement (1), et/ou en ce que
    b. le même piston de pressage (9) est configuré pour être utilisé avec plusieurs parties de coupe (2, 3) disposées les unes au-dessus des autres dans le logement (1), indépendamment de l'orientation de rotation que présentent entre elles les parties de coupe (2, 3) disposées les unes au-dessus des autres dans le logement (1).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le piston de pressage (9) comporte un jeu de rainures qui possède au moins deux rainures (15) qui suivent un tracé parallèle l'une à l'autre et un autre jeu de rainures ayant une première autre rainure (16), la première autre rainure (16) croisant les au moins deux rainures (15) respectivement selon un angle supérieur à 0 degré et inférieur à 90 degrés (angle droit).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que
    a. l'autre jeu de rainures possède une deuxième autre rainure (17), la première autre rainure (16) et la deuxième autre rainure (17) se croisant dans une zone d'intersection (18), et/ou en ce que
    b. la première autre rainure (16) et la deuxième autre rainure (17) se croisent selon un angle différent de 90°, et/ou en ce que
    c. la deuxième autre rainure (17) croise les rainures (15') du premier jeu de rainures respectivement selon un angle supérieur à 0° et inférieur à 90 degrés (angle droit), et/ou en ce que
    d. un jeu de rainures supplémentaire est présent, lequel possède au moins deux rainures supplémentaires qui suivent un tracé parallèle l'une à l'autre et/ou qui croisent les premières rainures (15) selon un angle de 90 degrés et/ou l'une rainure supplémentaire des rainures supplémentaires croise la première autre rainure (16) et la deuxième autre rainure (17) dans une zone d'intersection (18), et/ou en ce que
    e. un jeu de rainures supplémentaire est présent, lequel possède au moins une première rainure supplémentaire (19) et au moins une deuxième rainure supplémentaire (20) qui possède une profondeur de rainure différente de celle de la première rainure supplémentaire (19), et/ou en ce que
    f. un jeu de rainures supplémentaire est présent, les autres rainures (16, 17) de l'autre jeu de rainures possédant la même profondeur de rainure, et/ou en ce que
    g. les rainures (15) du jeu de rainures possèdent la même profondeur de rainure, et/ou en ce que
    h. le piston de pressage (9) peut être amené en prise avec une partie de coupe (2) ayant un arrangement de lames de coupe et en prise avec une autre partie de coupe (14) ayant un autre arrangement de lames de coupe, avec lequel au moins trois lames de coupe (4, 6, 26) se croisent dans une zone d'intersection (27), et/ou en ce que
    i. les rainures supplémentaires du jeu de rainures supplémentaires s'étendent d'un premier côté de piston de pressage à un côté de deuxième piston de pressage et/ou en ce que
    j. la première autre rainure (16) de l'autre jeu de rainures et/ou la deuxième autre rainure (17) de l'autre jeu de rainures et/ou les rainures (15) du jeu de rainures s'étendent d'un troisième côté de piston de pressage à un quatrième côté de piston de pressage.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'actionnement (8) possède un piston de pressage qui est calé ou peut être calé de manière amovible, notamment réamovible sans être détruit et/ou sans outil, au niveau d'un levier de pressage (10) de la partie d'actionnement (8), et en ce qu'au moins un piston de pressage supplémentaire est présent, lequel peut être calé au niveau du levier de pressage (10) en remplacement du piston de pressage (9) .
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le piston de pressage (9) est configuré pour être utilisé avec plusieurs parties de coupe (2, 3) définies disposées les unes au-dessus des autres dans le logement (1), alors que le piston de pressage supplémentaire est configuré pour être utilisé avec plusieurs autres parties de coupe (2, 3) disposées les unes au-dessus des autres dans le logement (1), ou en ce que
    b. le piston de pressage (9) est configuré pour être utilisé avec plusieurs parties de coupe (2, 3) définies disposées les unes au-dessus des autres dans le logement (1), lesquelles présentent une orientation de rotation définie les unes par rapport aux autres, alors que le piston de pressage supplémentaire est configuré pour être utilisé avec les mêmes parties de coupe (2, 3) disposées les unes au-dessus des autres dans le logement (1) lorsque celles-ci présentent une autre orientation de rotation les unes par rapport aux autres.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le dispositif est réalisé sous la forme d'un appareil portatif, et/ou en ce que
    b. le dispositif est réalisé sous la forme d'un appareil portatif, la partie de base (11) possédant une première partie formant poignée (28) et la partie d'actionnement (8) possédant une deuxième partie formant poignée (29), qui peuvent toutes les deux être entourées ensemble par les doigts d'une main et sont disposées de manière à pouvoir être poussées l'une contre l'autre, notamment à la manière d'une pince, et/ou en ce que
    c. le dispositif est réalisé sous la forme d'un appareil portatif, la partie de base (11) possédant une première partie formant poignée (28) et la partie d'actionnement (8) possédant une deuxième partie formant poignée (29), qui peuvent toutes les deux être entourées ensemble par les doigts d'une main et sont disposées de manière à pouvoir être poussées l'une contre l'autre, notamment à la manière d'une pince, et la première partie formant poignée (28) faisant saillie latéralement au-dessus du récipient (12).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le dispositif est réalisé sous la forme d'un appareil de table et/ou en ce que le dispositif est configuré et conçu pour être installé sur un plan de travail pour une opération de hachage et/ou en ce que le dispositif possède un montant servant à l'installation sur un plan de travail, et/ou en ce que le dispositif possède un montant servant à l'installation sur un plan de travail, le montant étant formé par un récipient (12) pour la matière hachée.
