- the light holder is provided at the lower end of the outer wall thereof with a conical surface, and the side edge of the bottom plug does not go beyond the range of the bottom orifice of the light holder.
- the invention has the following advantages that the connection between the LED bulb and the wires in the present invention is of a soldered structure, as the current automatic soldering technology is constantly developing and becoming mature, the electrical connection reliability and greatly increased production efficiency of the soldered structure allow the production of the product to be carried out rapidly and reliably. Moreover, since the light holder and the light cover are connected through the first annular boss and the first annular groove, the shaped light cover is simpler to use, a copper cap bulb can be produced with low cost, and various potential quality problems caused by complex production processes, such as mechanisms and cap mounting, as well as material waste caused by the repair of defective products do not occur. Furthermore, the LED light head can be positioned conveniently and accurately by the bottom plug and the limit pillar arranged on the top thereof, so that the overall light-emitting effect is guaranteed.

- the bottom plug 5, having an upper end, is mounted at the bottom of the light holder 2.
- the limiting pillar 6, having a top, are arranged at the upper end of the bottom plug 5 and located between two wires 4.
- the light cover 1 is tightly engaged with the first annular boss 21, the LED light head 3 is mounted on the top of the limiting pillar 6 and in the internal cavity of the light cover 1. In assembling, the LED light head 3 goes into the internal cavity of the light cover 1, passing through the light holder 2 from bottom to top.

- the LED light head 3 further comprises an insulating pillar 32 and an insulating heat-shrinkable bush 33.
- the insulating pillar 32 is inserted between two polar pins, and the insulating heat-shrinkable bush 33 are applied to wrap the insulating pillar 32 and the polar pins, whereby the LED light head 3 is formed.
- the insulating pillar 32 is used to isolate the two polar pins of the LED bulb 31 to prevent short circuit
- the insulating heat-shrinkable bush 33 is used to wrap all the electrified parts, such that the resulting product has higher safety performance while being produced at high efficiency.
