Claims (9)
- Élément d'écartement pour conducteurs sous gaine dotés de plusieurs fils comme des câbles, des torons et apparentés, doté d'un mandrin (1) à introduire à une extrémité du conducteur sous gaine, dans lequel le mandrin comporte le long d'une direction longitudinale une première extrémité (3) se rétrécissant et une deuxième extrémité s'élargissant, et doté d'une butée (2) à la deuxième extrémité, laquelle s'étend radialement par rapport à la direction longitudinale, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin (1) comporte sur sa surface des évidements (9) destinés à accueillir les fils du conducteur sous gaine, le mandrin (1) comporte plusieurs cales (7) ou est formé de plusieurs cales et en ce qu'un élément de guidage (6) doté d'évidements (9) destinés à accueillir les fils, lequel s'étend radialement par rapport à la direction longitudinale, est prévu.
- Élément d'écartement d'après la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de guidage est formé par la butée.
- Élément d'écartement d'après la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de guidage (6) de la butée (2) est agencé comme écarté dans la direction longitudinale de la face de la butée se détournant de la première extrémité.
- Élément d'écartement d'après la revendication 1 ou 3, doté d'une zone d'espacement (5) entre la butée (2) et l'élément de guidage (6).
- Élément d'écartement d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'élément de guidage (6) est conçu comme disque perforé.
- Élément d'écartement d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 5, lequel est réalisé d'une seule pièce en plastique.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une extrémité d'un conducteur sous gaine doté de plusieurs fils avec les étapes :décollement de la gaine d'une extrémité du conducteur sous gaine,insertion d'un élément d'écartement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 dans l'extrémité,surmoulage de l'extrémité avec l'élément d'écartement avec un matériau plastique.
- Procédé d'après la revendication 7, dans lequel le surmoulage s'effectue en affleurement avec l'élément de guidage.
- Procédé d'après la revendication 7, dans lequel le surmoulage s'effectue de telle façon que l'élément de guidage est incrusté dans le matériau plastique.
